Avoid - Price gouging company. When my 08 Hyundai’s key refused to turn in the ignition, I called Mobile Mechanic Fort Lauderdale, who in turn engaged All-in Locksmiths. The bad: Late The appointment was scheduled for 8-10 AM, changed to 10-11 AM morning of, then the tech showed up at 11. The good: Fast Work, Fixed Car The tech worked fast, tracing the issue to the steering lock device, which he removed. From arrival to removal, it took 40 minutes. The ugly: When done, the coordinator surprised me with a $550 bill for 40 min, an hourly rate of $825 - labor only. When I asked for this to be itemized, the coordinator said it was for the “experienced tech.” This is a ripoff - most techs can disassemble a steering column. Before paying, I informed them the price was untenable and offered two options: A) $350 and a positive review B) $500 and an accurate review reflecting the experience The company chose C, charging $550 and encouraging me to post a review.
