+ -1 moreSome of the workers aren't very experienced. John Shields is the best. He's the main guy and he does the initial assessment, but the young guys that come to actually do the work aren't the most experienced.

+ -1 moreWe had a bed bug problem in one of our rental units and Jim was great. He quickly jumped in to solve the problem and interact with the tenants to explain what was needed of them. He was just great. Very professional and very thorough. He understands the science behind bed bugs extermination so well that he sounds like a college professor. I highly recommend him.
