They over charged me for the system. The system didn't work for several months and they still charged me for those months. My house suffered a terrible robbery during this time. When I spoke with him about this he treated me terribly, cussing and talking down to me. I have no recourse in getting my money back and I now have a security system but I do not want him to monitor it. I caution you to stay away from this man. they are not testing equipment. they never told me anything like they wrote. the robbery was from rear doors batterys unknow to me were bad. back house alarm not working. i neveer said my items were stolen as stated by the rude pigs that failed to update phone line wo more big money. dumped them new company test system regular. go with kertz alarms fee half quality impressive. nice people rule my opinion
Description of Work: They installed a security system. foght for money and were rude pigs over getting more money they had not eaarned. my house was robbed they had wrong thpe of system. nasty viel money grubbers, my opinion

The above client has an existing contract with my company for monitoring her burglar alarm. Per our contract it states that it is the customers responsiblity to notify the company if their is any problems with the system. It is also the responsibity of the client to test their alarm system on a monthly basis. The client above changed telephone carriers and never notified our firm of the change even though her system had a trouble indication light and the system was beeping due to no phone line to the alarm. At the time of installation the client was given the option to add a cellular backup communicator but declined due to the additonal costs. The installation of the above system was a total of $500.00. The monthly charge for monitoring the alarm was $25.00 per month plus tax. At no time has anyone in my firm used profanity in dealing with the individual above. But that can not be said for the individual above. As far as her robbery claim she has admitted to the police that she believed it was someone that was in her employ that had total access to the property. The police informed her at that time that without video evidence she has no case. Due to her alleged robbery she had contacted our firm to give an estimate to install video cameras. When estimating the video installation we informed the client of the trouble light on her keypad which indicated no telephone line to the alarm. She then had us schedule the installation of a telephone line to her new carrier. Upon the installation of the line alarm signals were sent and received by monitoring company and when the technician left the property all trouble indications were gone. We have signed documentation that the repair of the phone line was completed to the clients satisfaction as well as documentation of the alarm signals received.
