It went very well. First, they came twice the same day to evaluate the problems. We bought the materials (faucet, toilette, filter) and they came back at a different day to install. They were right on time and installed everything efficiently for a reasonable price. Everyone , in phone and in person, was courteous and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend this company and will be using them for future plumbing repairs.

Howard and his staff were exceptionally professional and courteous. The work that was done was great. The cost was very reasonable. He was very good. They did a good job. They were quick and easy. They were very competent. I will give them five stars. They were very good. He brought with him two men. It was very good experience. I had no problem with them at all.

It was wonderful. Not only did they install it, the price included the water heater. He told me that he would be back with me by 9:30, and they actually had a crew show up at that time to my surprise. They even hauled the old one away.

We called the provider and Al showed up. Unfortunately we did not have the condo turn the water off but Al was very professional and discussed our issues. We were not charged for that service call. We called back to schedule two days following the first service call but Al was not available. We were told that all plumbers were busy at that time but they were able to accommodate us. Sal arrived with the Owner to provide the service. They were extremely professional and worked with high efficiency. They were reasonably priced and very punctual. We have finally found our plumbers.

I called A & I because my hot water heater stopped working. The owner, Howard, spoke with me on the phone and offered to come over on Sunday morning to see if it was something simple like re-setting the fuse... He arrived exactly when scheduled, opened the control panel, reset the button (and showed me where to reset it if needed again) and said it should be ok. But if it goes out again, then we can talk about replacing the heater. There was NO CHARGE! I can't believe I found a company that gives such service. Of course I will use A & I for ALL my future plumbing needs, and for some bathroom remodeling as well! A & I is the BEST ever!

This was my first plumbing issue as a new homeowner... It's quite messy but they fixed it! Moved into an old house and had a stoppage. Worth the $150 to not have to deal with it myself! I really needed help with a profuse leak and would have appreciated a call back from a live person. They are not a 24 hour emergency plumbing service if all you can do is leave a message that is never answered.

The guy got to my house early, about 20 minutes before the appointment, which was fine, I was there. I had several things I wanted done. I wanted new faucets put in the shower because they were dripping and I had a clogged sink in the bathroom and I had a leaky pipe outside. So, I had three different things that I needed fixed. He did the bathroom sink right away. He brought in his snake. But, while he is doing it, I heard him make a comment, he said "Oh my God, this is disgusting", so that kind of put me off. And then I asked him about the faucet and the shower, and he said that his boss is going to have to come and give us an estimate. Then he went to the outside and I was explaining to him about our pipes outside because I had helped one of my friends work on some of those. I knew what I was talking about and he was doubting me like I didn't know what was wrong, as it turns out I was right. He ended up running his snake about 65 feet to the outside pipe, and sure enough, the break was right by the septic tank, which I told him it was because all those other pipes we just replaced. He fixed that break after a while. I ended talking to his boss because first he said he was too old to dig, he wasn't going to do it. His boss said it sounded like a big job, I'm probably gonna have to get somebody else. I left and my brother told me that the guy did it anyway, charged almost $300 for the whole job. I left him my phone number before I left the house and his boss was supposed to call me on the price for the faucet and I still haven't received the cost and I haven't called them back, so I'm going to go with someone else on that.

HIRE THIS COMPANY. They were everthing you are looking for: Personable, on-time, professional. Did a tough job to standard, completed it within the estimated time, and cared enough to check and ensure all was well post-work.

I am very pleased with the plumber and this company- everyone I spoke with was very pleasant, the plumber was very prompt, skilled, and professional. They were much more affordable than other plumbing companies that I have used in the past, and I would absolutely use this company again.

All was good, he came on time and access the issue. He explained we needed a new faucet, he told us to get the new faucet and call them again to install. So we did. He came and he installed.

He completed both tasks, and reconfigured the pipes under the sink, and although the pipe under sink later came off again, we were able to reconnected it easily. They charged $100 per hour, took 2 hours, and took 10% off for Angie's list. I don't know how much plumbers usually charge, can't say whether the price is high or low.

Very pleasant to work. Nancy was pleasant and took the time to understand the problem. Al arrived to do the work exactly when Nancy said he would be there. He need to go to get extra parts and returned in a timely manner. He made sure that the leak was totally repaired before leaving and left the area cleaned up. Will definitely use this company in the future. Plumbing is expensive but this company seemed to be fair.

Jose showed up and was very professional! we actually flooded my house trying to find the problem,ut he RAN to get his shop vac to assist us sucking up the water. He was able to get rid of the clog and i am very happy. I was nervous to call plumbers as i feel i always get ripped off. Very fair pricing and i trust them. Thank u for a great experience. A++

Wanted to add a hose bib on the guest cottage by my house and needed a leaky faucet repaired. Small stuff. Howard came out, gave me a clear estimate and some thoughtful suggestions as to how to make the job better and more time/cost effective. Sent someone the day before to look at the project, crew showed up exactly at the time promised and did everything exactly as estimated. Price was just what was quoted, and Howard showed up a few hours later to check on the job. Couldn't have been more professional or pleasant to work with. I found a good local plumber for my house from now on. I am tough but I give them an A+ on this small job.
