+ -1 moreWell, we were happy because the work they did took them a long amount of time, but we didn't really feel like they necessarily reflected that in the bill. They charged us very little considering the amount of time it took them. Plus with the work they did for us, they managed to do in only a few days and we were expecting we would not even hear from them for about a week. I think they are a great company to do business with.
Description of Work: We have an older computer that basically broke down on us. We had important information on it that we needed. We took the computer to this repair business and they were able to get the computer running long enough so that they could get our data retrieved.

+ -1 moreIT WAS A NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE. THE COMPUTER WAS STILL DOING THE SAME THING AFTER THE REPAIR AS IT DID BEFORE THE REPAIR. THEY DID NOT RETURN THE COMPUTER WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY DID NOT KEEP US INFORMED ABOUT THE COMPUTER AT ALL.
