+ -1 moreWe used them once and they worked very well. They were very much on time with an estimate and did the service in a very professional manner. The price was certainly reasonable and they get straight A's from me. I will use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used A Solutions Squad to clean my computer to get rid of old programs, update other old programs and get rid of a virus.

Description of Work: Two PCs infected: laptop completely crippled, desktop running very slow. Solutions Squad Initiated remote session with phone call for both laptop and desk top PCs fix Found and removed spyware and malware infections in both PCs Laptop had to be run in Safe Mode - infection was severe Updated Malwarebytes, MS Security Essentials, and other programs Checked and fixed all hard drives errors Full scan both PCs Both PCs fully functional and performing properly

Description of Work: The guys Ari first, then David came twice, precisely on time, polite, courteous, professional to the core. They do not talk "computerese" which computer geeks so often use to let you know they are ever so much cooler than you, even though they wear plastic pocket protectors and narrow ties...The Solutions Squad installed several new devices on and in my computer and cleaned up some bugs.

+ -1 moreThey were great in the emergency and were extraordinary in their dedication to my needs and expectations. They were responsive and diligent, as well as easy to work with. They are brilliant technicians who work for large corporations that need their expertise. However, after the emergency was cleared up, their prices for their work were not competitive. I had to hire others to do simpler work for less money. They tended to see things as bigger issues than I needed to conquer for a single laundromat. I would not hesitate to call them if my system crashed again. But they are a bit too expensive for everyday adjustments.
Description of Work: Replaced store computer as part of repair and reinstallation of our computer system, which had crashed from the weight of over 150 viruses.
