A Better Gutter

He did a very good job and after a very heavy rain, I discovered a waterfall at the end of the gutters. I called him and he came right out to fix it. He has been very responsive and stands behind his work. I would hire him again.

Willie arrived when he said he would and installed the gutters. However, I noticed immediately a middle section of the gutter was sagging. Sure enough, it rained a few days later and I had a waterfall coming from the sagging area in the middle of the gutter. This is supposed to be the high point of the gutter so the water will run off each end. Willie responded and came out several times to fix the issue. It looks like he raised that section the gutter. However, the amount of wrinkles and creases in the gutter makes it very unsightly. I asked Willie to replace this piece and I would even pay for the materials. Willy refused saying that he would continue to fix it because "it was a long piece and would be impossible to keep straight". He has come to my home 7 times for this and other issues. The gutters leak at the inside corners, they leak at the end caps and water falls behind the gutters in several places... Most of these issues should be easily remedied with silicone. For whatever reason, Willy has not been able to fix these issues. I do not think it is unreasonable for gutters to be watertight and direct the water away from the areas they're covering.

They were excellent. They were very professional, polite, and on time. I am completely satisfied with the job. He came right when he said he could do the work. This was my first time working with the company.
