Excellent and Professional work. Helpful input on color selection and finish (flat, semi-gloss, etc.) Work performed on agreed upon date and time. Carefully preparation for painting. All floors and furniture covered. Excellent job at completion. Have used in the past and will use if needed in the future.

Very professional and easy to work with. Paint crew was tidy, prompt and work had excellent quality. A-Best is not the cheapest but worth every dollar. Would hire again and recommend to friends, family and coworkers.

A-best painting was the absolute best to work with. Richard, the owner, gave me an estimate about 6 months prior to our actual service date and still honored the estimate. His team was completely professional and paid very close attention to every detail. They were also able to advise on color selection and the price for a repaint and color change was completely reasonable and they were able to fit it in the timeframe that we needed. All around an A+ for A-best!

Candy, Keith and others on their team had painted my daughter's home and I was impressed with their thoroughness and work quality. They started my project on time and I experienced the same high quality and professional work. They were friendly, extremely helpful and tenacious working through the discovery and remediation of water damage found in the walls during the project. They returned to repair the leaks around windows and through stucco holes and painted the exterior with a high quality paint. I would definitely hire them again and recommend this group to those who value quality and professionalism.

The team at A Best did an outstanding job! We hired them earlier in the year to paint the interior of our home. They did such a great job that we hired them again to paint the exterior. Communication with the management was excellent. The crew was professional, polite, and on time. The work was done to perfection, with every detail addressed. The house looks new!

AWESOME - this company does it right. From the quote to the finished product, they are timely (usually early), friendly, and deliver a quality product. Everyone with this company was wonderful to work with. There were two painters who were very considerate of our living in the house especially my husband who is retired and in the house most of the day. Candy was the foreman and she is a perfectionist! We had two large areas of wall damage that we had patched that needless to say, did not look good. She worked on both of those areas and you cannot tell where those areas were. Our roof had leaked as well with a 2 foot area of damage - you cannot tell where that area was. I was wanting to change the colors of my walls, ceilings, and woodwork. Both Richard and Candace were helpful in making suggestions of colors for the ceilings and woodwork that would look best with the wall color. They were right on! This company is GREAT - don't hesitate to hire them. You will not be disappointed.

gives I don't know where to start. This company is quite unlike anything you would ever expect in this day and age....There was a team of 4 because I needed to have the job completed in one day. They were on time, they were friendly but total business as they began immediately after the lead person made her assessments of what exactly needed to be done and by whom. They really functioned as a cohesive team and almost like a painting machine while communicating with each other for the duration. They really knew what they were doing!! They completed the job in approximately 2 1/2 hours, made sure I looked at the work before they left for any problems and cleaned everything up, moving furniture back to exactly the places it was before painting. One difficulty I had was that I signed a contract with Richard but had some questions about the possible over evaluations of the size of the job. When I talked this over with Richard he agreed and refunded me a sizable portion of the original bill!!! I was in shock, pleased and impressed all over again with the depth of professionalism within this company. Richard does not contract out for his jobs, he has a team who work for him. They are like a family who respect, support and value each other and it shows in their work. I have forwarded the information regarding this company to the Board of Directors for my HOA of which I am an Executive member. Not only am I informing the Board of the quality of this company but also to private homeowners with their interior painting needs. Last, as if it couldn't get better, Richard shares the financial results of his high quality work with his team by giving them bonuses when the reviews are high on this, Angies List, site. The crew was very professional, showed up on time always prep the areas well prior to painting. Worked hard throughout the entire time. Let me also say dealing with rain in south Florida can be tough when painting outside. This was the only issue I had. Tom and Keith where awesome very polite guys that were a pleasure to deal with.

we have used A-Best Painting for 35 years and the reason is clear, Richard Guitar. Richard is punctual and a perfectionist. He inspects the job after the painters finish and if he is not happy with something he has them do it over. Just like his saying "we do it right the first time".

This is the second time I have used A Best Painting. This time I needed a crew to repaint the interior of a townhouse that I am renting out. I had to contact A Best on very short notice between renters as I did not expect to need much work initially, but then decided I needed the place to look great for the new tenants and a simple touch up job would not do it. Richard came through right away and provided a 3 person crew the next day. The workmanship has been great and I am once again very happy with the result.

We've used A-Best twice now for painting jobs at our business. Both experiences were great. Richard was a pleasure to deal with and his team was punctual and communicative throughout the job. Would definitely recommend for either residential or commercial jobs.

This company is amazing. To provide some context, we're doing a lot of work and remodeling of this house and A-Best painting has been performing wonderfully. Prior to the start of the project, the owner Richard called me to confirm the schedule and told me exactly who is going to show up, at what time, and with that objective for the day. This continued throughout the two week project. The foreman, Candy, was also very proactive - asking a lot of questions, trying to make everything look nice and informing me every day what the next steps are and who is going to be where at what time. The crews always showed up at 0700 in the morning and the owner or one of the partners came by on a daily basis to check on progress. This is an old house (concrete and stucco) and it had many imperfections in the finish. When Richard didn't like the look of something, he and his crew went out of the way to grind down imperfections (even on already painted surfaces) and paint them again. I can confidently say that we wish that all of our contractors were as proactive, predictive, and with the attention to detail as A-Best Painting.

From my very first call, the owner of A-Best Painting Contractors, Richard Guitar, was always friendly, helpful, informative, efficient, responsive and professional. He promptly visited the house and gave me a written estimate. When I called him, he either answered the phone or called me back within 5 minutes. Upon inspection of the house before the pressure cleaning, it was discovered that two panes of glass were broken. I did not have the time to contact glass companies to arrange the window replacement. So Richard was kind enough to call several glass companies for me and arranged to have the windows replaced the same day. Neighbors said that kids were going around the neighborhood throwing rocks at houses the night before. Thank you, Richard, for being so helpful. The painting, using quality Sherwin Williams paint, was completed in just a few days. Painters John and Candy, who are employees of Richard's (not contractor painters), were not only great painters but also friendly and helpful. While they were painting, they discovered a water leak in the laundry room and helped me turn the water off to the water heater. Everyone in the company I dealt with including Richard, his office receptionist, pressure cleaner, John and Candy, not only did an excellent job but also cared enough to help me and answer all my questions. When completed, I met Richard at the house where he performed a detailed check of all the work performed. This has been the best experience I have ever had with a service company in South Florida!! I would, of course, hire them again when I need painting done. And I would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone who is looking for painters.

This contractor is extremely organized, professional and punctual. They always made sure to keep us updated on the schedule and what to expect on a daily basis. Even though I have a two story home, they made sure to carefully walk on the roof tiles, keep the area clean and made sure that during the job all materials were securely stored. They did a beautiful job and would highly recommend them to anyone considering this service. I would call on them again.

The entire process was extremely smooth and professional. An estimator visited the house and we received a detailed proposal. The prices were very fair and all-inclusive. There were no hidden fees or surprises. The crew did an outstanding job repainting the interior of our home. We had just moved in and the walls were in "less-than-good" shape. The old paint included a lot of faux finishes (even on the ceiling) that needed to be covered. Now, everything looks brand new! Not just the walls, but the doors, baseboards, crown molding, etc. The crew was professional and went out of their way to make sure every detail was perfect. They took steps to make sure our furniture, light fixtures and flooring were protected. Each night, they cleaned up their tools and the work area. They were pleasant to have around. The owner checked in several times during the week to see if we had questions or concerns. They truly exceeded expectations in all aspects of the project! This is a top-notch contractor that you can count on to the job right!
