Perfectly. They could not have done a better job- not one drip, not one spot outside the lines, cleaned up everything, exactly on time for everything (to the minute!), reasonably priced,; both the owner (Richard Guitar) and the painters were totally professional and a delight to deal with. They always went the extra step to make us happy. I can't recommend them highly enough.

The estimator came out and was knowledgeable and courteous. He took detailed measurements and was very professional in every way. He took the time to answer all of my questions about my job. Then, Richard spent a considerable amount of time with me on a few phone calls phone making sure that he understood my exact expectations regarding paint color and type, along with his explaining their start to finish processes. A few days later, I was emailed a professional quotation which spelled everything out. I felt good that the quote took a few days because to me that said that careful thought went into it rather than just shooting me a price. I accepted the quote and my job was scheduled. Again, I felt good that I was not offered for them to come running out the next day as this to me was yet another indication that I was dealing with a company that was in demand. Debbie, Tom and Karla showed up on the day I was promised ? early. They did not come charging in with paint and start to slap it on right away like most painters. Rather, they spent the entire first day in protecting my hardwood floors, furniture, possessions and sealing off the closets to protect the contents from dust. Then, they carefully inspected each and every wall, door and door frame making sure that all were nice and smooth. They plastered, patched and sanded all areas that were not. After this full day of preparation, the next day, the painting began. Watching the three of them work together, one would think that they rehearsed and choreographed each and every movement. It was like watching a ballet. You could feel them reading each other's minds as they carefully and methodically moved throughout my home, day after day. They are consummate, skilled and seasoned professionals ? in each and every way. Only rollers and brushes were used ? no spraying of the paint at all ? like so many companies do today to save time and money. Additionally, they are nice people who take a TREMENDOUS amount of PRIDE in what they do. Throughout the entire job, they kept informing me of what the next step would be, and welcomed my comments ? at any time ? along the way. I am the fussiest person in the world when it comes to painting, as I was raised in a marine environment. No one demands perfection more than boaters. No one demands perfection more than I. If you?re looking for a low-ball quote and a mediocre job, there?s plenty of companies to call and you should if you?ll be satisfied with the results. However, if you take pride in your home and want to feel good about it and yourself, then you?ll call A-BEST. .

The entire process went smoothly and we are extremely happy with the end result. The house looks absolutely fantastic. Richard was very good with communication (both via email and phone), which instilled confidence in the company early on. He was very prompt in providing all necessary documents for the permit application, and always kept me aware of the crew's schedule. They started work the day after our permit was approved, and the crew was on time (or early) every single day of the project. Eddie (the team leader) was very good about keeping track of the intricacies of the project (knowing which colors went where, following up on some more extensive plaster repairs, etc). At the end of every day, Eddie took the time to close and lock all three gates in my backyard. This sounds small, but to me it is a big deal (no other contractor who's been to my house has EVER done this). It not only saves me time, but gives me peace of mind that my dogs won't accidentally get out of the yard. His thoughtfulness and consideration was much appreciated. I would recommend this company to anyone.

The owner of the company, Richard Guitar, was very polite, informative and quick to respond. The 2 employees that came to paint were early! I was pleasantly surprised. They moved the furniture and rugs and covered everything with drop cloths. They finished the job in one day. Everything was put back in place and cleaned up. I am very pleased with the end results. I would definitely use their services again.

This is a very professional and organized company. They were punctual and finished the job as promised. The quality of the work was great. We had a higher and a lower estimate from other two companies from Angie's List. We decided to go with the one in the middle. After the job had started and was almost finished, we realized we did not like the color and wanted another color. They were very patient with us and worked with us to obtain the result we wanted. We would definitely use this company again.

RIchard was extremely professional and responsive. He provided a written quote, followed up via email with details for the appointment, and even called when the painter had arrived to make sure everything was going well. The painter did an amazing job and spent the time to make sure the job was done well. Overall, we were very pleased!

I couldn't asked for a better job! Richard really kept his cool after being delayed by my general contractor. Thank you, Richard! Besides being very, very professional, Richard is a doll to work with. Very accommodating and very patient. The painters always showed up and did a fantastic job. It took many months to get approval from my board (almost 6) and the whole time Mr. Richard Guitar touched base with through emails. As soon as the approval came through, they were at my home doing the job a few days later. They arrived the day and time they said they would and did a great job.

CALLED RICHARD ONE OF THE OWNERS OF THE COMPANY LAST MARCH 2013 TO DUE AN ESTIMATE FOR ME I HAD TO GO BACK TO N.Y. SO WE NEVER GOT TOGETHER. THIS FALL I GOT A CALL FROM RICHARD AND HE ASKED ME IF THE WORK WAS EVER DONE AND I SAID NO I HAD TO MUCH ON MY OWN PLATE HE SENT A VERY FINE GENTLEMAN TO GIVE ME A ESTIMATE HIS NAME IS JACK. WE SET THE JOB UP FOR A WEEK LATER TOM AND DEBBIE CAME OVER TO THE HOUSE TO DO THE JOB. ON TIME FOR THE WORK TO BE COMPLETED AS PROMISED. TOOK DOWN THE CURTIANS MOVED THE FURNITURE AND STARTED THE JOB. I HAVE BEEN IN THE RETAIL WHOLESALE PAINT BUSINESS WITH MY FATHER FOR 50 YEARS IN LIBERTY N.Y. Fantastic job. 100% happy from beginning to end. They did everything they said they would and more. I wanted a border left at the top of the living room ceiling which had a scalloped border because I liked it and couldn't find the exact replacement. They painted around it and you would never know it wasn't a brand new border that was put up. They painted the insides of all the closets as well. They did a terrific job all the way around and I couldn't be happier. The owner helped me pick the color I was trying to match and he was spot on. It was a perfect match. The painters were professional, skilled and friendly to be around. This company truly deserves an A+ rating. Yes, they cost a little more but were worth every penny. I would use them again in a heartbeat and would recommend them to anyone who asks for a painter.

Debbie and Carla arrived promptly at 8 AM each day. They were total professionals in their approach to the project at hand. They wanted no distractions (i.e. radio). They began their work and proceeded with more efficiency and expertise than I have witnessed in many years. Each stage of the project was done with thought and deliberation. There was no doubt that they are skilled at what they do. The preparation for each step was done with forethought and great care. They used all that was necessary to protect furniture, carpet, flooring and windows. They literally did not stop until the day's work was done; not a moment was wasted. Each step was done to perfection. Our condo has never looked so good.

Richard Guitar is wonderful. His team is punctual, clean, professional and considerate. They were prompt at the first appointment to review the premises and give me a quote. I had several questions and emailed Richard and received prompt responses with clear answers to my questions. My husband and I met with Richard to finalize the matter and do a final review of the work his company would do. We are snowbirds and Richard's team came in while we were back in Canada to do all the painting. Richard gave me continual updates. He is also a very kind and considerate man. I would not hesitate for one moment to recommend him to anyone for their painting needs.

My wife and I had just bought a house in pembroke pines and I needed a painting service that could provide fast quality services...as we needed the three bedrooms to be repainted and wanted it done before we put in new floors and had the furniture delivered. Looking on Angies List, I found A-Best as the best option for what I needed. They totally worked it! We closed on the house and the following Monday they had three people working and accomplished the entire job in just one day. The painters were very professional...as was Richard! I would definitely use them again.

That was fine, everything was perfect. Everything was very good. I am very satisfied with them. The painting was great. The painter's name was Greg who came and he was excellent, polite, courteous and on time. I remember the painter's name because he was very nice. The paint brand was wonderful. The owner, I didn't like because he kept calling and trying to push other things before the painter came but the painter was wonderful and the job he did was great. If I had to paint again I would use them because he was really good.

Arranging the job with Richard over the phone was easy and he was professional. The day of the job the painter arrived on time and was professional and courteous. We are VERY happy with their work and our house looks great now! The paintiner was also very clean and careful not to spill a single drop of paint on our brand new wood floors. Excellent work! From the first day of the quote to the last day of the job, A-Best Painting was an excellent company to do business with. After the initial quote for the job we were out of town for a few weeks, and we weren't sure when we wanted to start the process, Richard was very accommodating when we were finally ready to go ahead with the painting. The painters were always at the house when we were told they would be, they were courteous, accommodating, and left the property clean and tidy each day. The job took exactly the time I was told it would, and there were no surprises. Our house looks great and we would definitely use and recommend them again!!

Richard Guitar was very professional throughout the whole process and provided proposals as requested. They were very professional and honest. The pricing was a little higher than that of his competitor and I am doing my best to be disciplined and keeping to my budget. Based on my interaction and his other reviews on Angie's list I have NO DOUBT that A-Best Painting would have done an excellent job at my home and there may come a time when I call upon them.

I am very pleased with the way my house looks after A Best painted it. The work was started about a week after I signed the contract and I was pleasantly surprised that they started on the weekend. They worked all weekend and the following week until the job was done. I was a little nervous about painting the entire inside while we were living there but the crew was very respectful of our space and cleaned up each day so we could be comfortable in our home. I was at work the majority of the time they were painting and it was nice to find a company so trustworthy and meticulous. I would definitely use A Best again!

Fantastic from start to finish! The owner (Richard) responded to my inquiry within a couple of hours, on a Saturday night, and he came to the house on Monday morning to give us an estimate. He was very polite and professional and knows his business. The quote was a little more than we had expected, and budgeted for, but Richard emphasized their quality of work and warranty, plus they used high quality Benjamin Moore paint. We had several bad experiences in the past with contractors (which is what made us join Angie's list) and so the reviews for A-Best and Richard's assurances convinced us it was worth spending a little more. We discussed our requirements and a major factor was they could start work the next morning. We agreed and Richard sent the contract through that evening, and the crew arrived at 8am on Tuesday morning. Paid 50% deposit upfront, and the balance after the final walk-through inspection. At first there were three painters- Debbie (team leader), Tom, and I think Julie (sorry if I got your name wrong). They were awesome. They said it would take four days and they were pretty much spot on......they were 95% finished by Friday afternoon and Debbie and Tom came back for two hours on the Saturday morning to finish of a couple of items. The house had not been painted since original build hence the walls and ceilings sucked up a lot of paint, plus the original finish was poor. We did have high expectations and made a few requests as the job progressed, the crew was happy to accommodate our wishes. Their goal is to make the customer happy and that is what they did! The quality of their work is excellent and they were very clean and tidy, polite, professional, and trustworthy. We were moving from middle Georgia back home to Coral Springs. We went on Angie's List to get three estimates from various contractors. A-Best painting was easy to contact and set up appointment for estimate. We traveled to Coral Springs and met with each contractor. A-Best arrived on time, discussed scope of work, walked project in a professional manner. Very personable, was willing to give us an estimate using our existing supply of paint. We received estimates from three painting companies, and explained we would contact once we arrived back in Georgia and would contact each contractor. Once we arrived back in Georgia, we discovered we would not be able to return in time to bring our existing supply of paint back to Coral Springs. We contacted each contractor to request an update on the estimates with the contractor to supply all the paint. A-Best agreed to supply all the paint without increasing the cost of the job. After reviewing all the estimates, we decided to employ A-Best painting. They set up the job to begin within several days of awarding the contract and worked with one of our local relatives to establish a time to begin the job./13 The crew arrived on time, and according to my sister, were very professional in prepping the job. They agreed to call her each day to allow her to lock up the house once they left for the day. She inspected the job each day and was quite impressed by the caliber of work being done. We drove back to Coral Springs on 10/12/13 and inspected the job. After a careful inspection, I could not find one item left undone. Coverage of the walls, etc. was excellent. I was amazed at the trim work, very few places where I saw an uneven line, and those places were more a issue of old, uneven caulking. I would not hesitate in using A-Best again and plan on having them paint the exterior of our house next. My sister was so pleased with their work that she plans on using them also. On a scale of 1-10, with a 10 being the highest rating, I would rate them an 11.

This is the second time I have used A-Best Painting. I was as impressed with their work this time as I was the first time I used them. This time I asked to have the bathrooms faux painted. The faux artist, Karla, did a wonderful job. She even painted sample boards so we could see what the finished room would look like before she did the walls. Debbie, the painter, is very knowledgeable and she and Tom did a terrific job. If you are looking for a class painter I would highly recommend A-Best Painting for your all your painting needs.
