Shaper Roofing was professional at all times. They provided a written estimate in detail. I sent many emails and most were answered immediatly. We had a timeline issue due to us needing to change homeowners insurance. I didn't think we were going to get the roof finished on time, due to Shaper Roofing being very busy as Daytona was still recovering from Hurricane Matthew. I was almost in tears when I went to the office and Delaine Shaper was so kind. The roof was finished before at our deadline. We are so glad Rob made the suggestion we use blue shingles, as they look great. We had an issue after the roof was finished and they were at our home within a half hour of my calling. Turns out our carport was sagging and they knew how to solve the problem by jacking up our carport. It rained last night and all is well.

It went very well. I had used this contractor in the past and decided to complete the replacement using the same company. Glad I did. They did a great job and required no follow up, which is always an issue since I do not live in the condo year round.

Did a good job of replacing the roof and repairing the soffit in the front of our unit. The work was performed late July/early August 2015. They forgot to repair the soffit in the back of the unit as agreed. Initially it was not an issue. However, we have been in contact for over two months trying to get them to complete the repair of the soffit in the rear of the unit. We understood it was a busy time of year for them, but after numerous emails and phone conversations, the most recent email being last week, we have given up. I would have liked to use them to complete the work this spring as we planned, but I will have to find another roofer to complete the work now. We do not live in the unit year-round, so it's difficult to ensure work is completed. I really had higher hopes for them. Many of our neighbors used them and as far as I know they did a reasonably good job. Considering we were planning to give them more business next spring, it's a mystery to me why they would not complete the job agreed upon, especially when so little was left.
