We're super happy with the service we got from Quality Garage Door Services. We got a text message the morning of our appointment with information on Tiler, our repairman, including a photo. He looked things over (a broken spring and time for cables to be replaced) gave an estimate and got to work. He was done super quick and it comes with a two year warranty. I would recommend him to anyone.

Everyone was so professional! They sent a text when the technician was on the way with his picture so nice! Work was comported in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend!

The first guy came and reset the gfi and hunted the motherboard might be going out. Then said I needed a torque spring in the door. The second guy came the next day due to the same issue, replaced the motherboard and out in the torque spring. He came back the third day since he noticed the motherboard was not new. The third day the motherboard was replaced with a new one. The fourth day the third guy came and replaced the motherboard and Motörhead again still same problem and said it was an electrical problem. I called an electrician who replaced the gfi And added an outlet above the garage door opener.. The electrician did not find any Issues on my end. I called them back and the repair man came in with a new garage door opener, rewired the garage and replaced the door opener. Everything is working now! The door opens up with no noise and it is not as heavy with the new system. It was not a cheap deal but the owner gave his word and did the right thing and worked with us. Thank You!

Tyler is a very courteous young man who knew exactly what needed to be done. After 21 years our first opener kicked the bucket. It didn't take long for Tyler to replace it with another and also reprogrammed our remotes. QGDS is a wonderful company and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Great, except it took 5 weeks from the order date. Had 2 postpones, 1 because the wrong door was ordered and 2 we had hurricane Dorian. When it got installed it was fast and very professional. The installer was very nice and very professional.

All things considered the entire project went well. Install team arrived on time. Work was completed within a two hour time frame. Removed old door and hardware. Cleaned up work area and left with a smile and a handshake.
