Terrible. Mr. Senatore was unprofessional from Day 1, putting tools on our leather couch and granite countertops, tracking dirt all over our home, and leaving his mess for us to clean up each time he was in our home. He would come and then be missing something to allow him to finish, and there was always a reason why he could not come back the until next week, and so on. To the best of my knowledge, the labor charge went up, and I believe we had to pay for additional equipment as well. The system he installed never worked for more then a few hours, and we couldn't reboot it on our own- had to wait for him to have time to return and do it for us. When I asked him for warranties and user manuals, he replied that everything would go through him, and told me that I didn't need any of that. He quoted us a one day installation, and we were on 3 weeks and 4 to 5 installation days when Mr, Senatore declared that the Control 4 installation was complete. My husband, based on the system not working as promised, asked Mr. Senatore if he would be willing to hold on to the $1700 labor fee, in exchange for removing most of the equipment, and refunding us the roughly $2400 we had paid for the equipment deposit up to that point. Mr. Senatore agreed, and he came to our home and removed the equipment, and told me he would send us a check. That was early December. After he was in possession of the equipment, and our $4750 deposit, Mr, Senatore began to send us emails saying that our Verizon router was incompatible with Control 4, and that we had not given him an opportunity to sell us a new router and make the system work. Mr. Senatore knew we had a Verizon Router before he ever proposed the Control 4 System, and he has been installing Control 4 systems, since at least 2009. He never once proposed a new router, or mentioned any of this, until after he agreed to remove his equipment from our home. I have all my original quotes from him. There is no mention of a router. I also called 2 other authorized dealers for Control 4 equipment, and they both said they are not aware of any systemic incompatibility between Verizon Fios Routers and Control 4.Keith Senatore also emailed us, again, after the fact, that he was holding back about $35% of the equipment costs, because he had not saved our boxes on our brand new equipment, and so he was charging us a restocking fee. This $1890 is almost equal to the amount he would owe us in refunds, since my husband graciously agreed to pay the full $1700 in labor. Bottom line, thus far he has not returned our money and as far as I am aware he is not going to. He has our money and our equipment, and he was not respectful of our home and I would say find somebody else to work with on Home Automation, security, and sound.
