Terrible. Substandard work. I had to pay another contractor to come finish the substandard job that Nick Napoli did. The deck was never secured properly. It was not designed properly. No engineering done. No permit pulled. I had a screened porch done at the same time and I thought the permit pulled was for the porch and deck. The contractor following put in excess of 500 screws into the deck after Nick said it was "finished"! The deck isn't level either. Used poor quality wood as well. Sunk the screws in too deep causing a lot of the boards to crack as well. He laid tile in my porch and they are uneven, raised, and have different size grout lines. The interior painting is awful. I have another painter coming out to redo the wavy lines, clean up the ceiling, and put a second coat on. He took off my custom doors and no none of them fit properly. He was constantly asking for money. I paid him the required deposit to get started yet he came to me daily asking for additional money. My stupidity there. He made me feel bad for him. Quite the con man.

He put my sprinklers in the wrong spot which killed part of my grass they were not covering all of the grass. And he kept asking for money and I found out later that I over paid him. The concrete cracked. I got ripped of big time and I dont reccomend him never. I tried to get him to come back and complete the job so when I could not I found a service provider on angies list.
