CFK Fence

I used CFC fencing and the owner Ken came out and gave me a quote. He said cash only deposit and gave me a date of install. I gave him $1400 in cash for a deposit. The date of install came and passed with still no install. I called him and he gave me many excuses and a new date. That date came and went with still no installation. I called and he said tough, he said no refund and no fence. Still to this day eight months later no friends and no refund. You should absolutely never ever do business with this person. I have called the fencing company that he buys from and his still doing business and still buying you should absolutely never ever do business with this person. I have called the fencing company that he buys he is still doing business and still buying fencing. Total scam company!!!

The fence is cracked and it is falling down. My other fence was up for 15 years but this one is falling down already. I called and he said I?m the only one that has ever complained; he sounded aggressive and he was not happy at all. My old fence was still standing straight but it had termites so we decided to replace it; this one is all wiggly and hanging over. We were supposed to get the best wood but it had knots that fell out which is just like a bunch of peep holes and the planks are splitting. We didn?t get estimates but it was a lot of money to spend on something that needs to be replaced. In the beginning he was very nice and they came out and did it quickly, but his attitude when I called him up to complain was terrible. He fixed what was wrong but as time goes on the boards are separating and splitting. It is definitely the worst job I have ever seen. I know that if a hurricane comes the fence will fall down because it is already wavy and sagging in the middle.
