IT WAS THE BEST FLOORING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. THE OWNER JOHN MAYER CAME OUT AND MEASURED, MADE SUGGESTIONS AND GAVE ME AN EXTREMELY COMPETITIVE PRICE. THE WORK WAS DONE ON TIME AND ALL THAT I HOPED FOR WAS DELIVERED. I WOULD RECOMMEND TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY. WHILE MAKING MY SELECTIONS I DEALT WITH BRIAN. The guys were very professional. They did a great job in just a few hours. The carpet was on sale and very good quality, and they used the best padding at no extra cost.

Kevin (sales) came out the next day after we called for an estimate. After his visit we met at Carpet Corner to review tile options and then agreed upon pricing. This was a relatively small job so we were pleased that Carpet Corner was able to schedule the project within a short time frame. The project was started 9 days later. The workman (I don't recall his name) showed up on time and completed the project within 2 days. Everything was satisfactory and cleanup after was good. No problems.
Description of Work: Removed old floor tile and installed new tile in guest bathroom and laundry room.

It went very well. All work was done on time and the job was completed in a high quality of workmanship.The tile job looks just great. It was the exact opposite of work done by company called Floor Depot, that company failed miserably. We liked the workers and the sales office worked with us on everything. They knew we were sensitive due to poor quality work done by Floor Depot. They took the time and effort to help us out of a very bad situation.
Description of Work: removed tile in bathroom,kitchen,2nd bathroom, hallway,laundry room, entrance. Removed defective wood installed by Floor depot. Tile all areas just mentioned.remodel shower in master bath.

I didn't find them to be reliable. The quote was a little bit too high, and I did not particularly care for the way they insisted on coming out to do the measuring, even though I gave them the exact measuring of the rooms. They insisted on coming out and doing the measuring and everything. It was just all right. They were very responsive. They came out the next day.
Description of Work: They were to come out and do carpet cleaning. I just ended up getting a quote from them.

Went so well. The salesman came out during the job and helped me by bringing two tables from the garage so I could empty my closets. I would say you would be smart to use their service. They are very caring about the workmen they choose to hire.
Description of Work: I purchased laminate flooring for great room and 4 bedrooms. Porcelain tile for the kitchen. They were great with service and middle of the road for price. I was impressed with how they were very nice and not pushy. They let me take home laminate samples and keep them for a few weeks or more. Gave me a itemized quote. The Barney the salesman came out with more samples of laminate and tiles so I could decide. He was very helpful. He gave me a lot of time to make up my mind. Once I did he had the materials ready to install. The tile installers worked very good. They moved all my appliances out of the kitchen and got it ready to lay the tile. They had the floor done in one day. It came out beautiful and I love my new floor. The laminate was installed and they came out great and so beautiful. The workman ship of the installers with the laminate and the tiles were unbelievable. The flow from room to room looks so perfect. Not a flaw. Worked with helpers great. My house looks so great.

I spent $3800 on that service. The sales person I dealt with did an outstanding job of determining what I needed and what was going to be done. The workers that did the work were on time and did a great job. I would recommend them to others without reiteration.

The person that came out to do the measuring and help with decisions, was Dean Barrett. He was very helpful and professional. The installers were also professional and did a great job. They cleaned up well too. I would use them again in the future and would recommend them to others.
Description of Work: They put in wood laminate flooring as well as carpeting in my entire home, which is three bedrooms, a living, and dining room.

AT FIRST I THOUGHT THEY WERE EXPENSIVE BUT TWO YOUNG MEN WORKED IN THE NIGHT HEAT, WERE PROMPT, VERY GOOD AT THEIR CAREERS, NEVER COMPLAINED (AND WE HAD UNLEVEL FLOORS). THE SALES PERSON WAS PROMPT, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND FRIENDLY. INSTALLATION PERSONNEL WERE FRIENDLY AND DID A DECENT JOB. WHEN IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT THE FLOOR CAME FROM TWO DIFFERENT 'RUNS,' IT WAS TAKEN CARE OF TO MY SATISFACTION BUT NOT VERY QUICKLY. MY HOUSE WAS TORN UP FOR MONTHS. I LOVE THE FLOOR BUT HAVE HAD SOME PROBLEMS WITH IT AND DON'T FIND THE COMPANY TO BE VERY RESPONSIVE.
