We had a very positive experience. I called during morning business hours and scheduled for first thing the next day. The plumber Joe and his helper Lenny arrived promptly at the scheduled time, looked over the situation, explained what they were going to do, completed the work, cleaned up and the bill was as estimated by Steve during our original conversation. which I thought was entirely reasonable for an hours work for 2 people plus the supplies (wax rings, bolt caps). I would hire them again in a New York Minute!

Finished job for me but stole $50 worth of parts that I had installed including several brand new Shark Bite fittings. They removed them but instead of leaving them in the house they took them. I'm shocked!

He came within 2 hours of my call, fixed it, and left.

Steve came at each interval necessary in order to complete my project in a timely manner. He is very good at what he does, and his prices are very fair. I also use him for several properties I own in the pasco area. I will continue to use him for my professional plumbing needs.

I called Bud's and Steve Swartz came out and within 15 minutes he knew what the problem was and took care of it. He was the only one to come out with a shop vac and cleared over 20 gallons of water away from my garage. I will never use anyone else.

Based on reviews I read here on Angie's List, I gave Steve a call and briefly outlined what my husband and I wanted done. Steve came out on Friday at the end of the day to look at our issues and give us an estimate. We agreed on a price and a time for him to come on the following Monday. Steve and his helper were right on time Monday morning. They got right to work and never stopped until everything was completed. Steve was friendly, professional and courteous. WMy husband and I were completely happy with his work and his price for all the work done. ard

They have excellent workmanship, he was very professional and knowledgeable. He treated it like he was working in his own home.

Arrived at the appointed time. Removed the old toilet; cleared the plumbing pipes by pulling out tree roots; installed dual flush toilet. Investigated leak in MB sink and told us we needed a new sink.

Very professional approach, ID'ed the problem from a previous septic company doing shoddy work. Corrected the problem. Pleasure to work with, high recommend him.

Late Monday evening I was standing in my family room right next to the garage when I heard a huge bang! It sounded like someone had set off fire works and it had hit my house. I decided to have a look outside to see if there was any damage. As I rounded the corner by the garage, I noticed water coming from under the door. Checking inside I found my 4 year old hot water tank had exploded at the seam and was spurting water every where. I got on Angie's list and searched for a local plulmber that had the years in the business and high marks from his customers. I spoke to Steve, the owner of Bud's Plumbing. He explained the water heater was covered under warranty and estimated the other costs over the phone. He said he could have his crew at my house shortly after completing another job around noon. Shortly after noon, Steve called to tell me his men were tied up but that he was coming himself and was only a short distance away. When he arrived he went straight to work. The whole job took about an hour and a half. I was very satisfied and will contact him in the future for some home improvements.

All work done in a professional way and Joe and Steve responded promptly.

We had a clogged toilett. Stuff came out of the shower drain. It was a real mess. Called them. They showed up the same day and fixed everything in less than one hour. Friendly staff.

They came out the same day that we called them. That was really nice. Two people came out the first day, and there was only one the second day. They were great.

My experience was pretty good. When I had them fix the toilet they wanted to let it go rather then fix it completely. They had to come back a couple times to fix it right.

The project went very smoothy....This guy really know what he's doing ......He showed up on time as promised and did repairs ......everything works perfect now...it was such a relief to find someone who did not try and rip me off and who actually knows his trade ...He gets an A+ from me...

I was sitting in the dining room and heard water running. Then I noticed the floor was wet and realized the leak was in the wall. I shut off the water valve outside to stop the water flow. I was worried about finding a plumber to come as it was already about 3:30 PM. When I called Bud's a man said they could be out in about 45 minutes. Joe and Bud arrived within that time and immediately went to work. They had to make a hole in the wall whch was covered with wallpaper. Bud carefully pealed back the paper so as not to damage it. That was much appreciated. The whole job took them about 1 1/2 hours. We were very pleased with their promptness, professionalism, and friendliness.

He fixed it quickly and when I asked about another problem we were having with our reverse osmosis system. He called his boss and found out what would possibly be wrong with it. I called the company who made the system and got a resolution to the problem. We are very pleased with the outcome.

They did a very good job. They were courteous. They did good work. They got the job done quickly. I was very happy with their services. They did a nice job cleaning up the area where they worked.

We were out of state and he came while we were in Ohio. The water company called and came to shut off the water. We had a $500 water bill because we had a couple of leaks. He is very trustworthy. He came the next morning after he called. Dependable and honest. Could not say enough good things about him. I would highly recommend them to anyone else.

He came out right away even on the weekend. He everything he could to make us satisfied.

They were excellent. I called them around 7:30 a.m. and they said they would be here before 1 p.m. and they were. They were very professional and cleaned up so you never would know they were here. They took the old sink and all the trash with them.

Never returned phone calls for free estimate. Phoned and left messages for several days.

Called the company to explain I needed to change the shower and bathtub trim in my guest bathroom. I had already purchased the materials and weren't sure if they were the right ones. They sent someone out the next morning and I was told that they were not the correct parts. He told me what I needed. I was not charged for this call. I told him when I picked up the right parts I would call him to come and put them in. Less than a week later I called and left messages with the company several times. They never called me back so I had to go with a different company.

Joe did a great job. He showed up right on time, called ahead to confirm, had a very reasonable price, and was a friendly guy too.

Joe, from Bud's Plumbing, was on time, solved the problem with not a wasted motion. Excellent tradesman.
