I called Brad's Plumbing based on recommendations on Angie's List. I'm glad I did. He called me back promptly and I explained what I needed done. He told me their rate & said cost would depend on the extent of the job but, I had a good idea about how long it would take so could estimate the cost. I made the appointment. He was unable to come on the first date scheduled due to illness, but showed up on time for the rescheduled date. He came with a helper and completed the work in about 2.5 hours and the cost was just what I expected. They did an excellent job!

Brad arrived at the time he had specified. Went about his tasks efficiently and professionally. Cleaned up and removed all old fixtures. All-in-all, a very professional job with no surprises.

He was most excellent. He did the work as promised. He was extremely honest, and instead of just fixing the plumbing, he suggested we replace it. We really appreciated how kind and open he was, and I really appreciated that he made the suggestion rather than the repair. He was a really good man and very polite. He is reasonably priced, and I will absolutely use him again.

Job 1: Brad's Plumbing was chosen from an Angie's List. My sister and I own a home in Holiday, FL. The home was built back in the early 70's and has a very large tree in the front yard as well as the backyard. The toilet had become a major problem for my sister, who lives there full time. Brad was called and came out to do an estimate. My sister chose him for the man to do the job. When he came out to do the job, he found out that it was more complicated than he originally thought, but when my sister told him that she had gotten his name from Angie's List, the whole first day was considered a "No Charge" even though he normally charges $60 an hour. He came back later with the necessary tools, and pretty much sticking to his original estimate, he put in a new toilet. My sister has since lost the final bill from him but she thinks it ultimately cost her approx. $165.
