Jose and Jim arrived on time and went right to work. They take their shoes off when they come inside the house. They are always careful and take time to make sure everything is perfect before they leave. It is just the two of them. They work really well together.I thought they were brothers! (Not!) I spoke to both Jim and Antonio separately on the telephone prior to my appointment to gather information about them, what they do, and how they would approach the install of an additional camera to my existing surveillance system. They took time to explain in detail what it would involve. They were very polite, knowledgeable and accommodating. When they arrived (on time) at the appointed time, they took their shoes off despite the fact that they would need them later to be climbing in the attic to add wires etc. They assessed the job and went right to work, knowing exactly what to do. I did not like the noise my DVR was making, so they suggested moving it to a near cabinet. Brilliant!! They installed it there and now it is very quiet. These guys work so well together. They make a great team. They are smart, cheerful, professional and conscientious. They also, clean up after themselves. It was a very positive experience and I could not be more satisfied!!

I have used Beyond Wire over several years on various home audio and theatre projects. I am about to use them again on a new home in renovation. A couple of things: 1. They are honest and trustworthy people which is extremely important when people are coming into your home. 2. They will not tell you to do things you don't need to do or spend money you don't need to spend. They will steer you in the right direction based on your needs and budget. 3. They are always very fair with pricing. 4. They are focused on making sure the customer is happy and wants to use them again if needed. 5. They are responsive. I have had several instances where a TV i bought from the store broke or some other item had an issue. I called Beyond Wire on a weekend and by first of the week all was taken care of. 6. They are knowledgeable. They know how to solve and implement anything you need. Bottom line, i feel very very confident that Beyond Wire will do the right thing by me and my family in all situations because they have done that for me over several years.
