+ 0 moreWe love our lanai and the difference is amazing. It is like a totally different space and the pool now is so much more defined and highlighted as well as the conservation area that it overlooks. The structure was in good and sound condition so it was much less expensive to paint rather than to replace while having it rescreened. A new pool cage would have cost aprox $20 thousand and it was much less to paint over the weathered white to get the fresh look.
Description of Work: Steve Benner is an outstanding and very professional painter and businessman. We have had them paint nearly every room in our entire house during the last 4 yrs and he has just completed our lanai pool cage transferring it from white to bronze and our cool deck from white to a beautiful terracotta. We have never been disappointed in any way by any of his painters or by Steve's talent as well as his desire to make certain we as customers are happy with the end result. We strongly endorse and recommend The Benner Painting group for your next paint project. They will not let you down.

Description of Work: They painted the exterior of the house. This included power washing, patching, sealing and painting with Sherwin Williams Emerald paint (at our request). Additionally they removed popcorn from the garage ceiling, patched and repaired, textured and painted the ceiling. The exterior and garage look great. We were a little disappointed in the clean-up afterwards, but overall were pleased and would use them again.

+ -1 moreSteve and his crew did a superior job. They were courteous and professional. They did an excellent job of prepping the entire house and protecting surfaces not to be painted. Steve frequently if we were happy with the way the job was going and if there was anything else we wanted done. When they left, the house looked terrific and the area was totally cleaned. We were very pleased with the job and will use them again when we do any interior work.

+ -1 moreThey gave us the time that it would take to finish the work. They were very efficient and right on target. They did an excellent job. We felt they were pretty reasonably priced too. They got out when they said they were getting out. They were not cheap, but I would absolutely recommend them to others. They were very cooperative. I even changed colors and they were good with that. The bill came in on time. We don’t have any complaints. We would certainly use them again if we need painting done.
