Description of Work: I started by purchasing the big deal for 1500 sq ft of new roof at $4500. Unfortunately, I didn't realize that 1500 sq ft of roof equates to a house with approximately 600 sq. ft of space, as was explained to me by an owner of the company post-purchase. We ended up coming to an agreement for a total of $6,000, however, they then charged extra for wood, which is to be expected, but the upcharge was quite a lot more than I would consider normal. For untreated wood that was a combination of 1"x2"x8', 1"x6"x8' and 1"x10"x8' they charged $36/each piece. Of course, it's just my opinion that the upcharge was excessive, and as I have no knowledge what the actual costs involved were, my opinion may not really count for much! The cost of everything aside, they did do a very nice job on the roof and clean-up. The men working on the house were professional and pleasant and seemed to be very hard workers. The end product looks great and so far, I'm happy with it.

Description of Work: I spoke with Patrick Hloska(owner) after I interviewed 5 previous roofing companies.Pat was very professional and very honest. Anytime I called him he called me back and answered any questions I might have had. His crew was on time, all materials ready and all paperwork and insurance documents where handled in a timely manner. Great job, new roof in 2 days!!!

Description of Work: Purchased this roof inspection as a BIG DEAL. They NEVER called me to schedule, I had to call them after a week. Then they couldn't schedule service for another week because they said they wouldn't be in our area until then. Then when I CALLED THEM (again) to confirm, was told again that they would have to reschedule because AGAIN they would not be in our area and it was just too far to send someone out for just $139 and they received even less after Angie's List took their portion from that amount!! So basically, new business and a potential roof repair, etc. just wasn't worth their time and trouble. They are located in Holiday and we are in Valrico and they said it is too far for them. Here's an idea...how about you remove Valrico from your service areas and don't waste OUR TIME!!! We ended up requesting and receiving a cancellation refund from Angie's List.

Description of Work: I was concerned that the once over he did on the roof wasn't very thorough. He did however patch a problem that I pointed out to him and later had someone call with estimate for a permanent repair which I though was a little high.

Description of Work: It was fine. The company contacted me within 2 days after I placed the order, and explained what they would do and what was not included. I thought I needed a roof inspection and possibly minor repairs. I learned while I was away on vacation my neighbor, a contractor and a good Samaritan, actually took care of the repair problems, so I no longer need the service I had purchased. Description of Work: They scheduled several times and did not show. When they finally came, they went up on the roof, came down and advised me I needed a new roof. No meaningful service was performed.

Description of Work: They came and put a new roll type roof on our Florida room while we were out of town. It looks good and doesn't leak, what more can you ask from a roof? Since we chose the thicker roofing material the room is quieter during a rain. We are very happy with the work they did.
