If I could give them zero stars, I would. WORST COMPANY EVER. Do NOT HIRE THEM FOR YOUR INSPECTION. He blatantly missed a huge issue with our well and when we confronted him about it, he said "what, do you expect me to pull back the grass to inspect it?!" YES, THAT IS YOUR JOB!!!!! Funny thing, he was quick to answer our call when he wanted our money but when it came to the issue, he dodged us for a week. He also totally disregarded a single car garage building we have on the property as well and when I asked if he inspected it, he just said "no." I wish I had done more research because I would have NEVER HIRED THIS COMPANY and highly suggest you don't either. His ignorance has cost us $1000s. I never leave bad reviews, unless they are totally 100% deserving, and trust me, this one is. Run far away from this home inspector. Lazy with a capital L.

When purchasing a home, a seasoned, honest, and reliable home inspector is critical to the lender and to you, as the potential homeowner. Based on the exhaustive report provided by Scott and All Corners Home Inspections, I rescinded my original offer due to the myriad of high ticket items that needed full replacement. This saved me thousands of dollars on major repairs/replacements that the home owner did not want to make. Additionally, All Corners bundles the Pest and Wind Mitigation inspection and provides a Recall report as part of the home inspection. Well worth the money and convenience for the buyer.

He missed everything and didn't find one thing wrong with this house. From broken live electrical wires to cement in the sliding glass doors, which would have prevented me from getting out in a fire, it was unbelievalbe. Water leaks and damage as well. The repairs cost me $30,000. We had to do a remodel to enlarge a shower, but we had to end up ripping out everything due to the missed water damage. I wound up having carpenter ants in the walls as well that had to be exterminated from the damage. I had to replace the tub because when they took it out, it cracked, due to the wood frame surrounding the tub being so wet and soggy. It was blatantly obvious that the faucets had been recaulked in place and tiles were falling off the wood frame. This should have been a clue to him that he should've caught these items. He tried to pay us back our fee in return for not suing him.
