Joe was given a list of a variety of window treatments that I wanted for each room in the home. Joe measured each window and within 24 hrs he provided a price which was substantially lower than other estimates. He got the job and the treatments were ordered and they arrived promptly. Joe and his assistant installed them right away. Some of the window treatments were motorized to cover a large window area. These worked terrific. Joe had to have high tech knowledge to get them to function from the start. Each window treatment in the house has a custom fit and they look terrific. I could not be happier with the quality of the work and the reasonable price. I have recommended Joe to my friends who also have been happy with his service, product, and price.

Joe and his team of window professionals gave me no other reason BUT to hire them. They called me right away and showed up on time for the estimate. I was very impressed with the fact that they brought me so many samples to choose from and took over an hour measuring my windows and showing me all of the available options. Joe gave me a real education on why one window treatment might be better for a particular area of the house. He put no pressure on me to go one way or the other. Upon ordering, he told me the delivery times for each window treatment and delivered and installed them exactly when he said. He did a terrific job installing, making sure to be careful with my precious antiques around the area in which he was working. Immediately, I have received rave reviews on my shutters. In fact, I am having him help me with some drapery. The Norman Shutters took a while to manufacture, but I have since learned that it takes time. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
