Mike and his very capable assistant arrived at our home on time, walked with us around the house, discussed how he would paint it, the preparatory work required, and the products to be used. Mike took the time to listen to our special needs and requests, and his assistant made many notes. In addition to having our house and detached garage painted, we wanted several outdoor cabinets resurfaced, our pool deck stained, and all of our patios and walkways stained. We also wanted the gazebo by our tennis court and our ballards painted, and our driveway stained. Mike and his assistant took considerable time with us to discuss and thus fully understand our proposed project. We promptly received a very detailed multipage proposal which described the full scope project, identified the materials to be used, and the methods to be used in the preparation of surfaces. Subsequent to receiving the initial proposal, we made minor changes and each time, Mike took the time to understand the changes we requested and then sent a revised proposal which included the changes. When we accepted his proposal, Mike again visited our house, again reviewed the scope of the project and the methods and products to be used, and then scheduled the work. The team leader, Armando, was very professional. All team members worked very diligently, were careful, and were very polite. Mike assigned a very efficient and professional team to perform the work. This was a large project that took many full days to complete. Armando communicated with us extensively throughout the project to assure that we were satisfied with the work accomplished. When the project was completed, they cleaned up the site. Mike returned to examine the job, and checked with us that we were satisfied. We are very pleased with the work performed.

Mike came by and looked at the job the day I called him. He sent an estimate that was very reasonable and estimated a week to do the work. He also included an Angie's List Discount. Mike's 3-man crew showed up on the dot Monday morning, carefully draped everything, and worked steadily each day until 4:45. They were warm, friendly gentlemen who were very responsive to every request. In the end, the home was sparkling with new paint and smooth walls. Mike final bill was right on budget, even though he did a few extra things for me. I couldn't have been more happy.

They did an excellent job. We have had somebody, a family friend, come in to try to paint our house, however, they completely botched the job. We had a previous quote from White Glove Painting & Sons so asked them to come and fix everything and see if they could start it over completely and they fixed everything and it looks great now. They're very professional and they're great at what they do.

From start to finish, this project was perfect. The estimate was given promptly by Mike at my house. All issues were addressed including patching walls after removing valances, scraping uneven surfaces in builtin bookcase. & removing & replacing blinds to paint window ledges. The crew were all great, polite, neat and very thorough. Mike did on site inspection after the job was complete and had minor touch ups done to his satisfaction.All this was accomplished in one day so our routine was much less disrupted. I could not be happier with my choice and quality of job.

At some point in the 30 year history of my community, the HOA decided to change the building color from yellow to an off white. Maintaining the balcony (including painting) is the responsibility of the unit owner, but since none of the previous owners had decided to perform that maintenance, it was a different color than the rest of the building. There were also hooks and screws in the wall for art work and wind-chimes that are no longer there. I asked White Glove to remove the hooks and screws and to paint the walls and ceiling the same color as the rest of the building. As I had another company replace the old garage door, I needed the new one painted the same color as the old one. Everything went very smoothly, from obtaining a contract to the actual painting itself. I had to perform a little legwork in obtaining the color formula to give to White Glove to obtain the paint. The work was postponed once due to another job taking longer than expected, but that wasn't a problem as I was called the evening before the original work date and asked to reschedule for the next week. The painters themselves were extremely polite and professional. I cannot tell where the screws and hooks were, the patching was that great. There was no paint on the light fixtures in the ceiling nor on the electrical outlet cover nor on the trim around the garage door nor on the driveway . They were done in 3 hours, having patched and painted two coats. I couldn't tell where they had cleaned their equipment outside afterward as they washed down the grass. Everyone that I spoke with was very professional and my emails were answered within a few hours.

My crew was lead by a young man named Omari who I have to say was wonderful to deal with. The owner was also very responsive and the entire company on a whole was really committed to making sure I was happy with the work. The paint wasn't a match especially not the trim and they bent over backwards to make sure I was happy with the color. The weather wasn't very cooperative, lots and lots of rain which caused the job to go longer than originally estimated but they came when they could and did as much as they could when the weather permitted. When the work was done they made sure we went over it all together and whatever I wasn't happy with Omari made sure to take care of. I would use these guys again and I would definitely recommend them.

The entire crew is first class. Wallpaper removal was fast and clean. The application of a new knock down finish looks great.

They were awesome. They were great and their customer service was great. They were on time and very professional. They left the house as clean as they found it and made sure that everything was cleaned up. We really liked working with them. We would definitely use them again.

Mike handled the estimate/pre-sale phase very timely (and on time) at every step of the way. As I gathered more information about paints and textures, I had a number of questions about what was/was not in the bid -- and how much of it Mike was willing to change to match my preferences (and, in at least 1 instance, a competitor's offer). Mike handled everything quickly, patiently, and professionally. In the end, the with the price of 2 contractors being essentially the same, I went with White Glove because of Mike's obvious willingness to "make it right." Now that it's done I can say that I made a great choice. The actual painting was done by Romen and his crew. I cannot imagine how anyone could do a better job than they did. They hit the ground running and did absolutely top quality work until the job was done. As an engineer and ex-military guy I am, by my own admission, extremely "fussy" about details -- and all I can say is that Romen did a better job than I could have if I'd done it myself. He caught things I didn't see, and he made them right. Ask for Romen. After the job was completed, Mike followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied. Even though beforehand to make sure the proposal was clear, there had been a small miscommunication about a single detail and Mike wanted to make sure I was happy -- even going so far as to offer an additional discount (even though the job was over and everything ended up just the way I wanted it). This kind of service is rare these days -- but not with Mike and White Glove.

It was an amazing experience! This is one of the most professional companies I have ever dealt with. From the detailed written proposal to the actual work done, everything was perfection. The paint crew was neat, accommodating, and very skilled. Their experience was obvious by the work they did. Don't go any where else. These guys are the best!

They were marvelous. They did a marvelous job. First of all, they were nothing behind them. Everything was neat, everything was cleaned. Even my cat like them. They are nice people who fit with cats. They did a beautiful job. I will invite my neighbors to come see what they did. I would invite them again. They really were...We had pleasure to have them here. Overall, I will give them an A all across the board. We had moved in thirty years ago, we never had a painter. Maybe, they were waiting for us.

I had a great overall experience with White Glove and will definitely call them again for future work. A friend recommended them and after reading other reviews we met with Michael to get an estimate. From the initial contact to the end result, our entire experience was a positive one. Michael and Monica are very responsive and got back to us quickly when we emailed or texted them questions. I even needed to change my dates and they were very accommodating. I had originally decided on colors from a big box store but they use another high quality brand and were able to match my chosen colors perfectly. The crew responsible for painting our house- Scott, Omari and Marcos- were great. On the first morning we went over the plans and from there I knew I was in good hands. They work efficiently with great attention to detail. It took them about 2.5 days from start to finish. They are friendly and very personable. They took good care of our home and were extremely tidy as they worked, leaving our home in very good condition. If it wasn't for the change in wall color you would have never even known they were there. I was really pleased with this crew and recommend that all Angie's listers ask for them. I will always request this team of Marcos, Scott and Omari for future jobs. They really transformed the look of our home. We can't wait to move in!

From start to finish the work was not only professional and looks great, but was painless. Mike's quote was very reasonable and John and his crew were great. They actually came early (unheard of for most contractors) and stayed late to get the work done in a timely manner. We had to leave the house overnight for the popcorn removal since it would be so messy and dusty and were not sure what would happen with us gone. We stayed with friends. The next day John called to say it was going more slowly and he suggested if we were able, to stay away another day. We did, though with much anxiety. We did not need to worry. When we got home not only was the new ceiling was up- looking fabulous- but most of the painting was done. We have horrible walls and there was much repairing that needed to be done and John explained everything to us. We then knew why things had to be done in a certain way. After the job was completed, not only did they clean up everything, but they moved around some furniture for me without any attitude and with a smile. Not only will I use John and his crew again, but I can recommend the company without hesitation.

We could not be more pleased with the way our home turned out. John and his crew were awesome!! They were prompt and their attention to detail was impeccable. Mike, the owner, showed up on two different occasions to make sure we were pleased with the job. The first day they showed up we thought they were only going to prep the house and had not moved any of our back patio furniture. They moved all of our furniture off of the back patio and got straight to work! When the job was complete they moved everything back for us and helped my husband hang up some VERY heavy chimes that we had taken down for the paint job. Everyone on the job was pleasant and John listened to us when we told him we wanted specific things done. We will definitely be using them again in the future, when we get ready to paint the interior. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is interested in having their home painted.

We are going to use them. They were a little less expensive. They were supposed to start painting today, but the weather outlook does not look too good for the painting job. They sent us some paper works, and my husband filled it out late last night like around 10. They responded to an e-mail that he had sent like at 10:30 last night while he was still on the computer. So, we were pretty impressed by that. They responded very quickly. I did not have any personal contact with them, but my husband did. He said that the telephone man does not sound like he got much personality, but in person, he was very personable and he felt that he was honest. He was punctual. As a matter of fact, they were supposed to come later in the day. He called and said that he was in the area. He did come sooner. He said that he would be here in fifteen minutes and he was. He was very professional.

Fantastic!! Mike and Monica came over for the estimate. They were the first company I met with. They didn't use any fancy laser measuring devices or computers...didn't even calculate anything. We walked the house and based on that, Mike, the owner was able to give me an estimate on the spot. They followed up with one of the most professionally presented proposals I've seen, sent via email. After being int he Property Management field for almost ten years, I've definitely seen my share of painting proposals and his was extremely well done! We went back and forth a few times as I made a few revisions in the items I wanted done, colors, etc...but I decided to go with them as their price was the fairest, their proposal was the most professionally presented and their commnication was consistent. Omari and his team arrived in the morning and were ready to go! They were professional, friendly, eager to get to work, well, the coffee and donuts I provided I'm sure helped as well! LOL. ?. Every area was painted beautifully. When I met them the next day to walk through the house, I noticed just a couple of things and they were ON THEM!! Again, eager to please, no worries, no issues and all smiles! We actually became very friendly! Even my husband, the ULTIMATE CRITIC is thrilled with how gorgeous the house looks! White Glove faux finished both garage doors in 2012. They came back 1 year later to faux a new garage door and put another coat of clear on the other. Clear coat went well. It has been 1 year since. They assured me they will be here this week to perform the work. Glenn preformed the job to or standards. The doors look great and are well protected.

Roman arrived with his capable crew and they sped through all of the prep work and painting on the interior of our entire house. He laid out the proposed schedule after perusing the floor plan and everyone went to work. Every member of the crew was supremely courteous and mindful of our belongings. Care was taken so the entire house was not torn apart all at once - work was pretty isolated to one section at a time so we could continue to work at home while they were here. While I had happily anticipated having our home refreshed, I had not looked forward to that feeling of being displaced. Due to Roman's methodology, I never had to worry about that so kudos to Roman. The proposed five (5) day job was completed in two (2) days..perfectly!!!! White Glove is all its' name implies...careful, courteous and thorough.

I called them up and asked for an estimate. The fellow showed up exactly when he was supposed to, they had emailed me the estimate within 30 minutes. Anything we wanted he did, we are thoroughly satisfied. After the work was completed we noticed there was not enough paint on the front of the house, they came right out to do it again. They were clean, they were quick, they were all that was desired for a job like that.

They were actually very good and they did a very good job. The person who I originally spoke to who I guess was the owner explained everything that had to be done and when he sent out one of his guys, he thought that it was just supposed to be for the house and not the pool area so he had to keep on calling his boss because I said that I needed both done. He wound up doing the inside of the pool area and he was leaving and I said, "You cannot leave. You have not done the outside of it." He only did the inside and the middle part. And he said, "Well, that is not on what he quoted you," and I said, "Oh yes, it is. You better call him back again." It turned out that he finished up everything that he was supposed to do but he was calling and calling. I also thought that their price was a little bit high but I think that I would use them again in the future.

White Glove Painting & Sons were very responsive to our inquiry. We were able to schedule a free estimate and have the work done quickly. Their pricing was the best we received and we were very happy with the work. We had our entire house painted (2,000 square feet), which included the walls, ceilings, doors and trim. Once the job was completed, we had a walk through and identified a few minor folllow up items. All were addressed as discussed and to satisfaction. Great communication too. I highly recommend White Glive Painting & Sons.

I called, and they set up a fast appointment for the quote. The written quote included all of the extras and details we discussed. A time was set to do the job, and they kept to the time schedule. I felt personally attended to my Mike who I believe is the owner of the business. The crew did very good prep. The paint job is excellent. The house looks like new. Very pleased. I highly recommend them, and I would certainly use them again myself.
