Description of Work: We were having trouble with our desktop PC. The technicians identified the problem, fixed it, installed new virus protection. All for a very reasonable price.

Description of Work: They determined it would be more expensive to attempt to fix the computer than purchase a new one. They provided research, evaluation,and removed my hard drive and RAM and returned to me as requested. I donated the non-fixable computer for parts. Honest folks. Used the computer for 5 years so it was obsolete anyway. I am sure that a lot of other places would of cost more and wanted you to spend a lot to fix it.
