Scott was selling an item on Facebook and we made a deal that we settled on but he kept making other deals with other people for the same product. Constantly telling me he would call me right back rather than just completing the deal. Watch your back he will stab it.

We thought the $75 they quoted us for the estimate was bad enough, but reasoned that since they received such high marks on Angie's list it would be worth it. However, for some reason they sent us a bill for $107 for the estimate and I have no idea why. We still considered going ahead with the project but when they did not even return our call to find out why the cost was higher and to talk about the job, we have decided to go elsewhere. Being charged this amount of money just to give an estimate for how much it would cost to fix a sprinkler system is terrible; and not returning calls is just plain bad business.

This was a big deal purchase and it worked out good.

My sprinkler timer broke, so I called Treasure Coast Irrigation to set up a time to come out for an estimate for replacement. First of all, when you call, you speak and get transferred to 2 or 3 different women, and they say they're going to call you back that day, but it is 2-3 days later when you hear from them for your appt. So Michael (technician) came out to evaluate the situation, and said he would have to get a quote/proposal for a new timer and components. I rec'd the proposal of $575.00, signed it, and work was performed by Michael on 8/19/14. Everything was running smoothly until a week ago (LESS THAN 8 MONTHS FROM INSTALLATION). I called Treasure Coast on 4/15/15 and spoke with Mo who asked if I was a customer and I said yes, but took down all of my info again including the fact that my system was not working properly. She said she would check their schedule and call me back that day. She called back ONLY TO GET ALL OF MY INFORMATION AGAIN. I didn't hear back from Treasure Coast until 4/17/15 at 8:19am at which time Kate left me a message stating a technician was on the way UNLESS I CALLED HER RIGHT BACK. I called back at 8:31am, but had to leave Kate a V/M stating since I never heard back from them, I called another company, and therefore, was cancelling my appt. At 9:38am, I rec'd a call from the gate guard in my development stating Treasure Coast wanted access. I said no since I had called and cancelled my appt. Dan (technician) from Wetland Designs Irrigation came out (did not charge me) and evaluated the situation. He ran each zone manually, and said the system is getting stuck and not rotating through the 6 zones I have; hence the reason why I have dry patches. Dan told me that the system that TREASURE COAST installed WAS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH WHAT I HAVE, and should have NEVER BEEN INSTALLED. In addition, Dan told me that ELECTRIC VALVES SHOULD HAVE BEEN INSTALLED, WHICH WERE NOT. THEREFORE, IT WAS JUST A MATTER OF TIME BEFORE THE SYSTEM MALFUNCTIONED. Dan apologized for my inconvenience and high cost I paid with TREASURE COAST, and said he would speak to the owner Mike at Wetland Designs to give me a call for an estimate TO INSTALL THE ELECTRIC VALVES VITAL TO THIS SYSTEM. Mike called today, yes on Saturday, 4/18/2015, and said the estimate is $450.00. Mike apologized for the POOR SERVICE/HIGH PRICE I was given from TREASURE COAST. He said that the total price for everything should have been only be $725.00. Now I have to dish out another $450.00 + the $575.00 I already paid to TREASURE COAST for a whopping total of $1,025.00. I HAVE OVERPAID FOR A PARTIAL SYSTEM WHICH IS INCOMPATIBLE TO MINE. I WOULD LIKE A REFUND FROM TREASURE COAST. ***I have never seen such poor communication, knowledge, and professionalism from a company such as Treasure Coast Irrigation, and I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone in the future. *** I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALL ANGIE'S LIST MEMBERS TO USE MIKE WITH WETLAND DESIGNS IRRIGATION. AAA+ By the way, Wetland Designs Irrigation called me back WITHIN THE HOUR!!!!! even though they are extremely BUSY!!!!

The gentlemen who came out to the house were very professional. They reviewed the system, located the problems, and made a recommendation. Unfortunately my system was so far gone, I would have needed to replace the entire system, however there was no pressure to make a purchase. I was very slow in redeeming the deal purchased through Angies List, but Cate was a true professional on the phone and communicating through AL. Will definitely use in the future when I replace the sprinkler system.

The service was very good. There were additional fees on top of the $49 Big Deal purchase price. They were very professional and responsive.

He missed one sprinkler all together. He told me some extra work had to be done and I had to pay additional charge. In fortunately I did not go along with him as he worked or test the system until much later. I was not thrilled with the work nor the extra charge.

He was very professional and we will most likely use him this summer when the weather is better.

Arrived on time and did everything on my checklist.

After repairing the sprinklers, the well was no longer working, but they did not tell me. After two weeks my grass was turning brown, so I called the company & they then told me that my well was not working. Four more days and they finally came to look at the well. Two men spent five hours working on the system & then told me that they could not fix it, but they were able to charge $575 for not fixing the problem, on top of the $400 already charged for repairing the sprinklers. I also paid $49 for a sprinkler tune-up. Altogether I paid over $1000 dollars to Treasure Coast Irrigation for a system that worked before they came, but did not work after they were finished. I then called In Line Services. They came the same day and fixed the problem in about an hour for $200 including parts and adjustment of all my sprinklers.

Did not perform what the original scope of work. And, the estimate to repair and replace check valve was too expensive.

Ken the Technician arrived on time we went over the system he said that the rotors were not turning which I saw for myself, I will have them repaired.

He was Great, couldn't ask for better.

We had not used our irrigation system for a year and knew it needed some attention. The tech came out and checked everything and made sure that the system was running correctly. He made the needed repairs without charging more then a minimum for the parts. Very fair. After a decade of irrigation companies ripping us off; we are signing up for regular maintenance with Treasure Coast!

Tech was fantastic. Job well-done. I would have liked a more thorough walk through of the system and water coverage, but I was not home. I'm sure they will provide if I request.

Adjusted all my sprinkler heads and replaced one

I thought he was going to fix any problems we might have had. I.e. clogged nozzles. Instead he looked at our system too of one nozzle and showed us it was clogged and pitched a monthly fee for him to look after our system. I thought I was getting a tune up NOT a sales pitch.

Technician arrived on time, however because we had too many sprinkler zones and he could not do the work for the cost of the coupon, he called his office and left.

I initially did the $49 dollar sprinkler tune up and lawn assessment. That went well and it was found I had low pressure and likely needed additional maintenance. I scheduled another technician out as I only paid for a tune up and assessment which was great to help me to doscover the issues with my spotty grass. The technicial came out at a later date that I chose to schedule. He said that I had a great sprinkler system and didn't try to replace my old one just for a profit. He said that he needed to have some heads replaced and repositioned. He found that some were actually underground. He adjusted some and replaced my older sprinkler heads and ensured complete coverage of my lawn. He said in a few weeks your grass is going to be just beautiful. I was a little skeptical because it never was what I could call beautiful. Boy, he was Ed 100% accurate!!!!!! My grass NEVER looked this good in the 14 years that I have been in my home. Now that my pressure problem is resolved my water bill is actually lower as well! The staff at Treasure Coast is really great. Kate takes the appointment and makes timely follow up from Angie's list and has been in contact with me at each appointment that I have made. She is always as pleasant as can be! I now chose to take a monthly maitenance plan because I want to catch any concerns early and also keep my landscape in top shape year round! You won't be sorry with Treasure Coast!

Everything was fine. They directed all the heads and made sure everything was covered.

Godfrey arrived promptly at the time promised, took only a few minutes for him to determine the problem. He effected the repair quickly and presented me the bill for labor and materials. What I really liked about Godfrey was his willingness to answer my questions while he worked. He was a genuinely pleasant fellow.

The tech was very nice and walked me through my sprinkler system setup. He quickly repaired two broken heads.

It went very well. The gentleman was very nice and knowledgable.

At first they did not know if they could fix the problem. The manger came back the next time and they got everything fixed. I thought the first technician did not know how to work with my system since it was older. The system ended up being programmed wrong. Their customer service was great each time that I contacted them.
