Terrible. Technician Errol is wonderful. But this garbage Train unit they sold me in 2016 has not worked properly since the first few months it was installed in 2016. The owner has not called in all these years to apologize and offer to change it out. I got a lemon unit and no one seems to give a crap.

Over the years, I have had a 5 ton and two 2 ton ACUs replaced by this company. Having just recently bought a Lennox, I would have to say that a big part of the problem is that Trane equipmet is clearly not cut out for the South Florida environment. However, this company is horrible. I won't go through all of it, because there just isn't enough time. I will only go through the recent issue. 16 months ago, I had to replace an 8 year-old 2 ton Trane unit (yes, 8 years old, and it had to be replaced) that was also installed by this company. It has been repaired three times since then. The current problem is that when cooling (i.e., not when using the fan, or the heating element) it makes a really bad smell (I can't describe it, it is not familiar at all). Last week I had a repairman come (should I really have to waste time on repairs for a 16 month-old unit?), he said the condensation line was clogged, and if it didn't improve I should call and have a supervisor come out (Seems to me he wasn't really expecting his efforts to solve the problem). I had to wait until the next day to test, because it takes that long for the smell to dissipate. It didn't improve. I called Ranger, I was treated rudely by the woman who answered ("well, what does it smell like?" etc.), finally I was told that the supervisor would be here at 8am today. At 920am, I called their number, after a very long hold I got their answering service, and this woman took rudeness to a new level. She said she talked to the on-call serviceman and he know nothing about my scheduled visit. Probably because he wasn't the supervisor. She took my number and then hung up on me. This is the kind of service I have experienced from this company. Rude, late, and incompetent. You shouldn't have to repair new equipment over and over, yet that has been my experience over 11 years and 3 central units with this company (OK, I should have cut the relationship after the first or second, but it's cut now...). Just a terrible company, and as I said, I think lousy Trane equipment doesn't make it better. My new Lennox is such an incredible improvement (although I won't use the company that installed it again either).

Description of Work: Bi yearly maintanence |Have been with them for 20 years. They have never failed coming out. Nights, weekends holidays if there is a problem with a contract of a little more than 100.00 a year Well worth it. Not all companies do that. Contract or not

I have nothing but positive feelings for this contractor. They provided service for me before I became a regular customer of theirs, and have fair and up-front me before and after I purchased a new system from them. Their service people are prompt, polite and knowledgeable. My only complain is that they don't stock replacement parts for their own line that a person could reasonable expect them to have on the shelf. I heartily recommend this contractor.

I would not use this business again. I expected some kind of help after paying a high price for weekend calls. I guess the bottom line is if your air breaks on the weekend don't expect that the service call will be taken off if they have to come back. because they don't carry parts to fix the problem. it's a waste of money. they wanted to not only charge me double the price then other air places but did not care I had already paid for a service call. they told me they would not charge me again but doubled the price for the part.
Description of Work: was without air and came out to find the problem. after charging me 130.00 for the service said he didn't have the part I would have to wait till Monday. after finding out the part was not under warrenty. not only did they want to charge me again to come out but doubled the price for the part compared to other air places in the area.

Called for a/c service in a recently bought house, expecting to have to open a new contract. Was told that there still two service calls on the previous owner's contract which were now for us to use. I requested a specific day and time and the appointment was made as requested. The technician was punctual, efficient and very comprehensive in checking all systems. We bought one additional filter, and otherwise there was no charge. Would recommend Ranger a/c service, and will sign up for a new contract once we use up the visit still due to us.
Description of Work: a/c contract service (inherited from previous owner). No charge, except for an additional filter. Professional service, excellent response and punctuality. very pleased.
