After reading positive reviews, I decided to use PTI. Jim was quick to respond, right on time, and took time to explain the work he would perform. He was clear on the price, which was more than fair. The work was completed , and the job was finished as he explained. All the rust was removed and the property looks much better. I will definately use him again.
