Capps Roofing were the most professional company that I have ever worked with. Their punctuality and cleanup was excellent compared to other roofing companies. My roof was completed in four days and the gutters were installed the following day. Thank you Capps Roofing and all of their employees.

Fantastic!!! Grate people to work with. Grate bunch of workers!! Very professional men!!! Lots of roofing experience! From start to finish the guys would clean up the yard and make sure that nails and screws were picked up. Great job Capps’s roofing 😁 even the gutters are awesome !!!!

I would not use any other roofing company. They were very good about explaining exactly what needed to be done. I appreciated photos of areas that I could not visually see for myself when discussing damaged areas. Very professional and did a great job!

I was very impressed with their work ethic. When they had the permit they started. they came at 7:30am and worked (in blistering heat) until 6:00pm daily until the roof was finished. No detail was left undone. Also they were very particular about picking up any debris. The roof is excellent.

Mr Capps came out and gave me his opinion on what needed to be done which was a larger project than we wanted to take on. We went with a different contractor who did the scope of work we chose. Time will tell if we were right or not but I did not feel that they were unfairly trying to increase the job on me - gave me a professional opinion which is what I want from an expert.

I had Capp's Roofing fix two leaks in my tile roof a couple of years ago. The roof was 17 years old then and I didn't want to have to replace it so soon. They did outstanding work and I was very happy with the results. Last month I noticed another leak coming from an area near one of the areas that they had previously repaired. I called them and they quickly came out and looked it over. I was not expecting them to cover it since it had been more than double the one year warranty period since they had done the work. It was also farther up the roof from where they had done the previous work. Much to my surprise they agreed to fix it at their cost. It was nice to deal with a company who was willing to stand behind their work. While making the repair they found that the problem was much larger than they had first thought. Given that the leak was not in the previously repaired area, I felt that I should at least help pay for these repairs. The owner, Blake Capp, gave me a very competitive quote to repair the new leak. His crew was very courteous and professional. They did another outstanding job. They walked the entire roof and fixed some problems that I didn't know existed. When the time comes to replace this roof with a new one I know that I will be calling Capp's Roofing to do the job.

Capps Roofing began and completed the job while I was out of state at my request. They had a limited time to perform the work and the job was completed within the required time. When I returned I examined the work and it was perfect.

The crew (Charlie and Sergio) were punctual, friendly and very professional. They kept me updated as the work proceeded and there were absolutely no surprise price adjustments or change orders. They kept the work area constantly clean to ensure safe performance. Their supervisor (Scott) also was friendly and very professional. We certainly prefer any future roof work we may need will be performed by Capps Roofing, Inc.

This review is based on a roof replacement they did three years ago. Wanted to wait and see how the roof held up. After three years and a couple of big storms here in south Florida everything is great. Quality work and attention to detail. Explained in detail the process of using the latest foam to hold the tiles. They handled all the permit paperwork and it served as the wind mitigation update to reduce my insurance. Highly recommend.

Both roof removal and re-roofing was done by experinced and professional crews. Roofing crew arrived on time, and the work was completed in what I thought was record time. I was impressed with the clean-up afterwards.

Blake and his crew (Scott and Steve) are awesome to work with. They were completely vested in the success and completion of our project to replace both our flat patio roof and our main house tile roof. Barring a delay in obtaining tile from the manufacturer due to backlog, Capps stayed on top of things and ensured the roof was prepped and ready for the tile installation. Their workers were skilled, diligent and professional. We felt we were in good hands for the entire project. Capps delivered and then some. We will definitely look to them for all our roofing needs. Went out of their way to find material I needed. Instead of trying to sell me new roof Mark said if not leaking let’s just try and find replacement tiles. Workman was very concerned that I was happy with his work. Will use when do have to replace whole roof.

In both cases, I called Capps after noticing signs of leakage on the fascia board; they came out in a timely manner, were very professional, and clean up was as if they were not there. While they may not be the cheapest, the level of their work and overall service makes them well worth it.

Amazing! Blake Capps, owner, was always accessible, professional and responsive. He seemed to have a specialized crew for each and every phase of the roof replacement process, making the whole job, start to finish, run smoothly and efficiently. The workers showed up on time, as directed by Blake; made drops of materials or performed their 'segment' of the job, always courteous and always cleaning up and removing any debris. I obtained quotes from five different firms in November 2018, including CAPPS. I spent time and carefully investigated licenses, BBB ratings, contract elements, what was included, time in business, independent reviews from various sources and compared them. Although CAPPS was not the least expensive, they stood up to every measure of quality, service and reliability. I am extremely pleased with the service they provided and the skilled workmanship; my roof, a 'blended' mix of 3 different Boral cement tiles, looks beautiful. My neighbors have commented on how much they like the design. Last, but not the least, is that the contract was signed the first week of March, 2019, work begun upon approval from my HOA the next week and completed on March 27th! It's a rare pleasure to find a company that is reputable, reliable and has a customer-focused work ethic in today's market. I was able to reach Blake via text/cell with any questions or requests (and I did make a few!) and he was always responsive, honest and accommodating. That's a real comfort. I would highly recommend CAPPS Roofing, Inc. without hesitation to any home owner looking for a triple AAA+ company. After all, our homes are an investment and quality is important.
