As a homeowner that has done many renovations in my lifetime, having my roof replaced with Capps, the experience was the way you wish it always would go but usually doesnt! Professional, They listened to me and helped me get exactly what I wanted, they came when they said they would, quick and as painless as can be expected! Thank you Capps Roofing!

Outstanding on all fronts. Very competitive cost and superior performance. The Capps Team evaluated my problems and provided a detailed proposal. They promptly scheduled the work, called the day before to remind us of the work and then safely set up their job site. I inspected their work as it progressed and they were meticulous and very experienced. I also appreciate how they were organized and kept the job site clean during the job and when it ended. I also walked the driveway looking for screws and was impressed I did not fine a single screw.

Did not call for a week then came, delayed getting estimate back to us, then wanted to charge very high amount. So will go with someone else

EXCEPTIONAL!!! The entire process took 5 days. The workmanship was thorough and efficient, and they left the jobsite clean. We had acquired a half a dozen quotes from local roofers. Capps was not the cheapest nor the most expensive and they didn't nickel and dime for any extra materials the job may have required. New gutters were also part of the estimate. The quote we received was a fair price and I highly recommend Capps Roofing. Top Notch company!!!!

Blake Capps and his team did an outstanding job. The estimator showed up on time and did a very thorough job of inspecting our entire roof, explained the damage and possible cause. He took numerous pictures to help facilitate an accurate quote and explained the repair process. The quote from Capps Roofing was not the lowest, nor was it the highest. But the reputation of Blake Capps, his brother and the their company, Capps Roofing, made it easy for us to choose them. The day after we accepted the bid/estimate the Capps crew was on site starting the repair process. The crew's lead explained the extent of damage they found, informed us of the repair process and timing to complete. The job site was cleaned at the end of each day and our property was protected from possible damage. I highly recommend Capps Roofing and will definitely use them again if needed. Unlike other proposals I received for our re-roofing project, the Capps Roofing price was inclusive of all potential unforeseen additional work such as wood replacement, fascia replacement, special carpentry and tying into existing porch roofs. We had existing skylights that needed to be addressed, the existing roof was 20+ years old, the new roof was metal, so the job was not simple. The price they quoted was in the ballpark of other quotes we received but the others spelled out limits on any extras and unforeseen conditions which is understandable. Capps did the entire job in less than 2 weeks including permitting, the new metal roof looks great, they cleaned up all the debris every day and they even replaced our sky lights with better Solatube models. We liked the new skylights so much that we added three more. And they did all of this for the quoted price, safely and efficiently during our current pandemic. I absolutely recommend them. They did a great job on the roof but left literally HUNDREDS of nails in the grass; scattered from all edges of the roofline. Please take note if you have any children as one step anywhere around your house could result in a trip to the hospital and maybe even a tetanus shot. Capps Roofing earned this 1 star rating through negligence of their disposed nails. The photo shown is what I've found in my FRONT YARD only. We've been finding nails around the back and side for a few weeks now...

We had used Capps to replace a roof on another house and they were top notch in all respects. So when it came to this house, we decided to use them again, even though we had a bid from a large competitor for a much lower price. Our job required a lot more than a typical roof job. Capps did not disappoint. They had everything (e.g. the old roof removal, disposal, carpentry work, installation of the new metal roof, painting, gutters, pool screening removal and replacement where necessary) coordinated perfectly, down to the minute. Their people (including subcontractors) were all courteous and professional and really seemed to take pride in doing a high quality job.

The job went very well and our roof looks great! Their price was in line with all our other bids. But we chose Capps Roofing because they have done several reroofing jobs in our neighborhood and we had heard nothing but good things about them. All their workers were very pleasant and they took extra care of keeping the job site clean. Blake Capps kept us informed of the progress during the duration of the job and was a pleasure to do business with. Thank you Capps Roofing for a job well done!

It went very well. The team at Capps walked me through the entire process and timeline at the very beginning and kept me informed throughout the project. Their employees were very polite and courteous. They did a great job of cleaning up everyday and minimizing any inconveniences. The best part is they have followed up after completion to make sure we are happy with the job and there are no issues.

Capps came on a Wednesday to appraise the job, Came back on Thursday with the estimate.They came back on Friday and spent the day repairing the roof.The team doing the work were polite, friendly and professional. Capps came when they said they would and did the work they said they would. Good job

Although very busy, Blake Capp always got back to me and my questions or concerns. Brother, Mark, was prompt with estimates. One of the two repairs in roof crickets, leaked again two months after limited warranty expired, but Blake honored the warranty and repaired the leak at no extra charge. Capps Roofing is expensive, however, Blake and Mark are caring, personable and professional, as well as the employees doing the repair & new work and the office staff. When the whole roof needs to be replaced, I will use Capps Roofing. I have already recommended the business to others.

Mark and Blake Capps were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My mom doesn’t live in FL all year round and we discovered that the roof was leaking when we visited in November to put the house up for sale. We called Capps Roofing and Mark came out to give us an estimate. He determined that the roof had storm and hail damage. We called our homeowners insurance company but they couldn’t come out until after we were back home so Mark offered to meet the adjuster at the house in our absence. They really did give white glove service and were very pleasant to deal with....always returning calls and texts within a day. I would highly recommend them for your roofing job!

These guys did an excellent job from start to finish. From getting the quote to completion of the installation took less than a week.

The job went very well. Capps had to dodge a hurricane, so they had to rent a crane to remove the bundles of DaVinci shakes that were stacked on our roof before the storm hit. Communication was great, and the job appears to be well done. Capps installed a new chimney cap, stone facing, and flashing. Our also had Capps install new skylights and solar roof vents. And Capps had to remove and reinstall our solar panels on the roof. So this was a large, complicated job. We have not seen the finished job yet, but photos look great Thanks to Blake Capps and his crew for a job well done.

Blake Capps runs a topnotch operation. Everybody I dealt with was professional and helpful, and the new roof looks great. Blake has a calm, problem-solving approach, and I like how he took care of ALL my needs, compared to other roofers who would only quote part of the job, expecting me to separately arrange for new gutters and other repairs. If you're looking for a one-stop solution to your roofing problems, Capps is the way to go. All my neighbors were impressed, too - this is a 25-year-old community where everybody has been replacing their roofs in recent years, so we all compare notes with each other, and even my most nitpicking neighbors couldn't find any flaws in the work Capps did.
