Capps was cost competitive, and did an outstanding job on a difficult roof repair. The workers were professional, meticulous. Cleaned up after the job was done.

Mark came out to my home for a roof inspection. He called before arriving as requested. Mark inspected the roof tiles and looked for any damage. He was very professional and did not appear to be in a hurry. I would like for Capps Roofing to make a yearly inspection of the tiles and roof to spot any potential problems.

Overall the project went well. The repair was done efficiently, and the charges matched the estimate that I was given prior to the work. I like the fact that payment was not due until after the work was completed. There were a few communication issues along the way, but nothing that would preclude me from recommending their services. I wanted to wait until we had several episodes of rain before writing a review to ensure that the work did not reveal any issues. Thus far, all is well.

About 9-11 guys showed up the first day to tear off the old roof & replace any rotten plywood. They got it done in one day even though they lost about an hour to rain. The metal was delivered at the end of the first day in big rolls on a truck. They cut it right at the house to reduce the amount of handling. The solar tube was also installed the first day to lighten up my dark kitchen. The second day, 9 guys showed up & installed the new metal roof even though there was another rain delay. Had several people in the neighborhood remark on how fast & efficient the workers were with a couple of them with construction experience. Everyone was impressed on how fast the workers were while still performing quality work. Capps Roofing pricing is good. They are not the cheapest but based on their quality & the number of experienced, workers they have, they are worth it.

They came and started work. However, after they had taken the tiles off, it poured with rain. Although they tarped the un- tiled roof, it was too late and the rain leaked to the inside of the house. They subsequently had to return to re-paint the ceilings. They fixed the roof and re-painted the interior ceilings. Work completed in a timely and professional manner.

In a world where doing just enough to get by is the norm, these people are in a class by themselves.They are the BEST of the BEST. I'm not easily impressed. Some have called me overly picky, critical, and a perfectionist. If CAPPS ROOFING can please me, they can please anybody. They seem to have figured out how to do everything right, from the quote to the final clean up and every thing in between. They actually gave me a QUOTE not an ESTIMATE like some of the others. The ones who give you an ESTIMATE are asking for a BLANK CHECK. They include replacing a few rotted sheets of plywood and after that YOU have to pay an inflated price for extras. If your roof happens to have a lot of rot, you are going to have a very nasty surprise at the end of the job. During my roof tear off CAPPS found extensive rot, more than I could have imagined since there were no visible signs. I breathed a huge sigh of relief knowing this would all be taken care of at no extra charge. With CAPPS ROOFING you are spared that worry. What they quoted is what I paid, not one cent more. All of the people I dealt with at CAPPS from the owners to the tear off and shingle crew were friendly, prompt and professional. I have received numerous compliments of how good the roof looks and have no reservatioins about recommending or hiring them again in the future.

Great communication from initial call to returned message and appt. set, then called to show up early, then when showed up, very professional, went right up on the roof, found the problem, I happened to be blessed to have some extra shingles from the roof replacement after the hurricanes and he performed the repair on the spot in about 15 minutes! Very polite, experienced, and helpful, was even bad weather at the time. Can't recommend highly enough and now know who to call 1st if have any roofing needs and who to very confidently recommend to friends. Thanks Roy!

It went well and Roy was very helpful and insightful. CAPPS came out inspected our roof for leaks, and thankfully didn't find any at this time. And with that, CAPPs did not charge a service call fee! I would highly recommend them!

This company is FANTASTIC! The are like Concierge Roofers! Their customer service and the way they stand behind their work is EXCEPTIONAL! I have a large flat roof that is tricky to find leaks on. They had done quite a bit work over a year ago and one of the older drains that they did not need to replace at the time failed and there was a small leak as well as a leak in an area they hadn't reinforced. Even after a year they honored their year warranty and were just as pleasant and happy to hear from me as the time I had a lot of paid work done. They called back the same day and had their crew out within a few days. They were all consummate professionals and friendly. I've had a lot of bad experiences with roofers over the years and these guys are cut from different cloth. I would NEVER use anyone else again!

Capps roofing were very professional, they came out had the roof stripped and dried in in 2 days, then completed the new roof install in 2 days. The crews were promt and did a great job on the roof. The only problem I had was the clean-up of nails wasn't very good, I called Blake to tell him of my concerns and he sent a man out right away to remidy the problem. I would recommend Capps to anyone looking for a good roofing contractor.

We had a unique issue because we share a roof of a duplex and the other owner did not want to replace his half. This was made difficult because the outer covering of our roof is cement tiles. A solution had to reached as to how the new and old roofs could be joined without causing damage to our neighbor's roof. Capps worked with us and found a way to joined the two roofs. They did a wonderful job and went the extra mile to insure our neighbor they would be responsible if any damage to their property occured. The price they quoted us included everything...all plywood, fascia board and gutter replacement. Our roof took a little longer to complete due to weather, which caused scheduling issues. We had a couple of cleanup issues that were addressed and taken care of...nothing to take away from the wonderful job they did. All personnel, office as well as workers. were pleasant, hardworking people. We are very satisfied and highly recommend this company.

The repairs fixed were all found during inspection prior to purchasing the house December 2013. The repairs went smoothly and quickly once the job started. I wasn't happy with the outcome with the cosmetic repair to the front flat roof. A solution was found and the roof looks great now! Capps Roofing, Blake, really worked with me to make me happy on that and did all the right things to make sure we were all satisfied.

I requested five roofing bids for the "new" home my wife and I purchased in March. We had the house thoughly inspected during the purchase process and found a very minor spot in the roof where it recently leaked, the rear half of the house wore a very tired twenty year old roof, the metal trim was rusty, spots on the eaves were rotten, and vents were defective or missing. Capps came out and covered the potential leak immediately. Capps restored everything to new condition. The neighborhood "armchair building inspectors" gave the company a big thrumbs up for quality and lightning speed of completing the job. They were extremely professioanal in every area. The workers were friendly, fast, through, clean and knowledgeable in every phase of their work.. The Capp brothers to work with - impeccable. I was responsible for training thousands of employees at an international world class tourist destination for many years. I expect the best for my money. Capps Roofing will meet those expectations.

The beginning was rocky. Communication is not there specialty. Once we finally got an estimate and the job was completed in turnout great. A few hiccups, we did not live in the house so I need a half and hour to get there. First day I was there to let them in and left. I didn't make it home before a phone call. There was no exterior electricity. I went back figured a way for them to get power from inside. Informed my son he could disconnect cord when he got home because I was told they only needed it for the one day. Next morning another phone call still needed power. The only problem I had with that was, why didn't they bring a generator if they knew there could be a problem. All that said only annoying problems not the quality of their work. I also came to the conclusion that this is a roofer problem here. I had other estimates done and one never showed and the other was an hour late. I would use Capp again. Their estimate was spot on. The quality of their work was excellent.

They had a whole crew come out and everything was done in one day. They were on time, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. Also went over the specifics of the project beforehand and everything was done exactly like they said they were going to do it.

We were very pleased with Capps Roofing. They promptly returned our phone call (unlike 2 other roofing companies we'd contacted), sent someone out the next day to look over the job and emailed a quote a day later. They told us they could do the job in 4-6 weeks and called us 4 weeks later to see if they could come that day (our job was moved ahead of a larger job they knew they couldn't finish due to impending rain in the afternoon). Blake and a large crew showed up and had the old shingles torn off, wood replaced, tar paper (or whatever) on and new shingles delivered before the rain came. The inspector came the next day to approve the work to that point and one guy came the following day to roof the entire house and garage by himself (he usually has help but the other guy was helping out on another job). Blake also took care of having a gutter company (Gutters by TK) come a couple of days later to put up new gutters and downspouts. We were impressed with the way everything was done, from start to finish, and would highly recommend this company.

Capps Roofing did a roof for us as part of a charity event for a 92-year old lady. Capps donated all the labor. As usual, they showed up on time and got right to work. The crew stripped the old roof, replaced 30 sheets of plywood of the dilapidated roof, and put the tar paper on in one day. The finished the shingles a few days later. Excellent work plus these guys give back to the community. Please use Capps Roofing!!!

Capps Roofing did an excellent job re-roofing my house that had damage to the plywood underneath. They were professional, prompt and efficient. I would use them again on my next project.

I called CAPPS because I had my roof cleaned and few tiles were broken. I asked if they could provide an estimate for the repair. We arranged a time for him to look at the roof. Mark was very professional and took his time on the roof. After 20 minutes he rang the door bell and said the repairs were made at no charge. This was amazing to me. He took the time to fix these minor repairs and did not charge me to repair the few tiles. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for any roof repairs. Capps did a great job. They showed up on time and completed all the work on schedule. Had some minor drywall cracks inside the house as a result of them double strapping the roof, once it was brought to their attention Capps immediately fixed and resolved the problem. Very professional company.
