Extremely happy with the work performed! Started work three days after initial contact. They worked steadily and finished roof in a few days and did an outstanding job. Blake Capps is very pleasant to talk with over the phone. The cost is just a bit higher than expected, however, it was worth every penny!

It was a very positive experience without any issues. The first meeting for the quote to final phone call everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Capps made a potential stressful situation very easy for me. I have already recommended Capps to a close friend and will continue to share my positive experience.

Capps did a wonderful job, from our first meeting to the final hammered nail. We would highly recommend them for any roofing need. They were professional, timely, competitively priced and delivered exactly what they promised. Their ability to do the truss work and coordinate with another vendor was wonderful, especially considering it made the job more complicated than normal. Our original contact was with Roy but we interacted with the owners, the highly finessed roof extraction team and the duo who installed the metal roof. The entire process from start to finish took five days. They handled all permitting and left the yard and landscaping unscathed and clean. They responded very quickly to my request of an estimate and reviewed with me the work that should be done and how it would be done by his company. The estimate came in within a couple of days and was within the range of other estimates I received. I chose this company because I was impressed with the professionalism, frankness in discussing the needs of my roof, as well as other possible options, and their quick response and scheduling time. The whole job was done in 3 days. The team of workers were very fast and professional. The clean up was done each day and all my questions were answered promptly and completely

I contacted Capps roofing for a re-roofing in our 4 plex and roof repair for a leak we had in another apartment. They were very quick and responsive to give us an estimate. After some negotiation on prices they accepted to match our lowest bid and we decided to hired them based on their good reviews. Overall I'm very satisfied with my decision to hire them. They provided me a stress free process. The job was performed very effectively and the re-roofing only took them 2 days to finish. They repaired the other roof in a few hours and all my tenants are happy and have no complaints about the way they handled the job. As a property manager I'll definitely you Capps as my "go to" roofing company for my future projects.

This is the second time we've used Capps Roofing. They were very quick to provide a quote. We liked getting a firm price for the job... as other companies gave open-ended quotes. The workers were very polite and cleaned up after themselves. You can tell that they want to do a good job and are proud of the work they do. I called Capp's on a Monday and the rep came out on Wednesday then on Saturday I received a call asking if they could come out and repair my roof. The team that came out were very courteous. They used a tarp on my driveway in order to park their truck and not damage my pavers. I was so grateful that they were able to come out so quickly because I was leaving on a trip and felt like a ton of bricks were lifted from my shoulders and could go on my trip relaxed that my roof was fixed. Capps Roofing was available for an appointment for an estimate within 2 days of my call. They came out at the time agreed upon and gave me an estimate. As I work long hours it was important that the appointments were on time. They understood what the problem was with the roof structure and promised that they could fix it. I have had another company make two repairs that did not work. Capps did the work at the times they agreed on, and cleaned up the site perfectly when they were done. My neighbor watched the work and said he would be hiring this company for his next repair. We had very heavy rain in the next several weeks after the repair and I held my breath after my disappointments with the other company, but this repair is working! No leaks! They may not be the cheapest quote, but the job is done right. I will recommend them to my family and friends for any other roofing work.

We only had a three week period for the roof job to be completed. Capp's Roofing came promptly on the day scheduled. Their tearoff crew was professional, courteous and hard working. Both heat in the middle of the Florida Summer and thunderstorms slowed progress at times. When a problem arose related to the solar panels, Blake Capp was responsive and righted the situation. One additional note, both the Aluminium Gutter guy and the permit inspector commented to me on how good the workmanship was on the roof. Lastly, Capp's roofing maybe slightly higher than other roofers but they did not require us to put money up front, payment was made after the roof was torn off and then again when it was put on and the cost of wood replacement was one fee which in our case worked out well. In summary, I would highly recommend Capp's Roofing.

I contacted Capps to check on a possible roof leak in the front door screen enclose. Capps responded quickly, came and looked at the problem, and determined that I did not need a repair. They were very professional, responsive, and honest and did not try and sell me something I didn't need. We also spend some time discussing roofing options when it came time to replace the roof. This will definitely be the company I call from now on for any roof related issues.

Roy came as planned and was so lovely. He very kindly checked the roof and replaced the loose tile at no cost! It was a very easy fix for him but for me it was huge. I will always call Capps now for any roof issues. Such a great experience.

I had my roof replaced by Capps Roofing 10 years ago. It was a great experience. They were friendly and professional. I noticed this weekend, a dripping sound in our master bedroom. I called Capps first thing Monday morning. Ron promptly called back and scheduled an appointment within 2 hours. He inspected the bedroom ceiling and then our roof. He was confident it was coming from the seal of the roof vent. Within 10 mins, he had the job done. On top of that, since they installed our roof and it was an easy fix.....he didn't charge me. Unbelievable customer service. I went back to work and told everyone I knew about my experience and highly recommended this company.

The workers were incredibly effecient and completed the work faster than anticipated. They took additional care to clean up the materials and miscellaneous nails both during installation and following.

I called Capps Roofing to investigate what appeared to be a roof leak over the kitchen. Mark Capps called back and was very accommodating, making himself available to fit my schedule for the visit. Mark arrived on the agreed upon date and as we discussed my issue he came across as very professional and a genuinely personable individual. Mark saw the leak in the kitchen and climbed into the attic to investigate. He quickly determined the leak was due to the air conditioning system and not the roof. He took pictures of the problem so that I could use them for the AC person to review. After Mark returned from the attic I fully expected to pay a minimum required charge for the visit and for his time but he refused any payment! You don't see that level of honesty and goodwill everyday. If I ever need someone to look at my roof again I'll call Capps. They have a customer for life. Thanks Mark!

I thought they were great... they worked with us on pricing - as far as what we could do and afford... they worked around schedules. Once we squared away the details they were able to begin immediately. They were super responsive - there was never a time when I didn't get a call back the same day! I was very satisfied with their communication on all aspects of the job. The crew was great? super nice? very polite? listened to my concerns? I would say they went above and beyond for us. I would say make sure if you have a pool it is 100% covered for the entire time they are woking on the roof and even after for a few rains after because we did end up with a lot of "shingle dust" in our pool but that was well after the job was done. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others!

Received excellent customer service from both Mark & Blake Capps of Capps Roofing. They performed an inspection, followed up with phone calls and emails explaining what would need to be done, completed their work on time, referred us to another company that could take care of an additional problem with the roof to complete the project. I would recommend Capps Roofing for all roofing needs.

The whole experience was Amazing! Their price was the highest among four different vendors but they were well worth the price. I started speaking with Mark Capps (one of the owners). When I first contacted Mark (on a Sunday) he was going to look at the property on Monday. But since I was afraid that it may rain that night, Mark was kind enough to inspect the property on a Sunday. After getting an estimate, I was in contact with Roy (who I believe works for the Capps brothers) who was also as professional and thorough as Mark. The repair was initially scheduled for a week from the day I initiated contact and I accepted that. But as luck would have it we had some horrendous rains the day after we set the date for a week later. I got in contact again with Roy and also spoke to Blake Capp (also one of the owners) who was kind enough to change my repair date the next day. They all showed up the next day at 8.30 am and were there till they finished the job. The engineer in me forced me to pull some of the tiles off and inspect their work and I have to admit the job was better than any roofing job I have seen. I give them an A+ for the quality of their work. Yes they were more expensive than the other vendors but these guys seem honest, professional, courteous and most importantly very good at what they do. Mark was even patient enough to explain to me why they charge a little higher as they licensed and insured (which protects them and me). I would definitely hire them if I needed any further roof repairs (I truly hope I don't thought).

Went amazingly smooth. We had quotes from a number of companies and Capps Roofing was the best out of the bunch. We went ahead and pulled the trigger, signed the contract and a few days later had a whole crew of people out there pulling the old roof off. I was blown away by how fast they got the job done, they pulled the old roof, replaced some rotted wood(included in the price), and laid down the tarpaper the first day. 2nd day another crew was back out there putting the shingles down and we were good to go. I had heard of a lot of horror stories of roofers before but this was by far the easiest & smoothest experience I could have imagined. I would highly recommend them to everyone. They were professional fast & did a great job.

Capps was punctual in coming out to my house to give me a quote on repairing my roof. I received 4 quotes to fix the roof leak which all required removing existing roof covering and replacing it. Capps quote was twice the cost compared to the other quotes and the one year guarantee which they offered was less than the roofer I choose to do the work.

Quick smooth exceptional product and they cleaned up after themselves.

Initial contact was for a quote. While the price came in a little higher than some others, the quality of work and resulting piece of mind was worth the cost. Roofing permit was obtained quickly and work began shortly afterward. Roof shingles were torn off and hauled away. There was never a dumpster parked in my driveway. The job was completed quickly, and all debris was cleaned up thoroughly. One problem was discovered in the midst of the job and was corrected with a simple phone call. Communication was never a problem. Email, text and phone calls were used, depending on the situation, and always answered to my satisfaction. I never felt pushed or rushed.

Someone from Capps did come out to tarp over the leak in my roof, so that more water wouldn't pour in and make things worse before a crew could come out to actually fix the problem. Unfortunately, they secured the tarp to my roof using perfectly good roof tiles that they RIPPED OFF my roof. First, they did this without asking my permission. Second, the tiles they ripped off were in a different location than the leak. Third, the tarp they put up didn't fully cover the area that needed protection, because the person who came out at first to give the estimate failed to identify the correct source of the problem. So, they did about $300 worth of damage that I had to pay someone else to repair, and it appears that, had I used them, they wouldn't have even fixed the problem. To make matters worse, before I realized that they had damaged the roof, I had to contact them repeatedly over several days after the estimate was promised just to get an estimate for the leak repair job. I called and e-mailed several times. When I finally got a response, it was for $3,500!!!!! I ultimately got the entire job done (including undoing what Capps did) for under $1,200. Note that I still gave them "B" grades for Punctuality and Professionalism, because: (a) the estimator was punctual, personable, and seemed knowledgeable, (b) they did come out to tarp the roof when they said they would, (c) they didn't leave a mess, and (d) they never attempted to charge me for anything. So, points for trying, despite the overall huge failure.
