Excellent.. The entire process from start to finish couldn't have gone any better. They took care of every aspect of tearing my old roof and gutters off to replacing damaged sheet wood and fascia boards to installing my new 5V Crimp Metal Roof. I only wished I had done it years ago!

Top notch all the way. Project took longer than envisioned due to many days of rain during the chimney rebuild. Capps used exceptional care in closing off the roof each day when they had to quit early because of rain. This was a big job and took longer than expected primarily due to the rain. The project was completed several months ago and since completion we have had record rain amounts. The roof repair was has held up perfectly. Capps Roofing is a high-quality outfit.

Mark Capp came out to give me an estimate. He was sincere, knowledgeable, and professional. He left me his business card and promised an estimate. I have called mark twice..left messages at all the numbers on his business card..NO ONE answers the phones. I emailed the office..NO ONE has responded ....I have read all the reviews on this company..excellent work, but many many people ran into the same problem....no response....The rersponse from Capps on the review sights is that they are sorry, but they are too busy.....NO RESPONSE means no business. I am not going to do business where no one answers the phone..even an ansewring service...

Our roof was damaged by a raccoon which caused leaks inside the house when it rained. Called Capps Roofing because I was already familiar with their work. Mark Capps made appointment for estimate. Once all the paperwork was done and accepted, it was about a month before they started the job. This time frame was expected and acceptable. The job included taking off old roof, replacing wood that was damaged by mold or water; took off the chimney that was damaged by raccoon; put down new metal roof and replaced gutters, and I'm sure more than I can remember. Capps workers worked hard and they tried to keep yard picked up from debris. Once the job was completed, they had everything picked up. The cost was reasonable for the amount of work included. Capps Roofing has been in business for a number of years. Everyone was courteous and answered all questions. I highly recommend Capps Roofing for your roofing needs. I love my metal roof.

Capps Roofing did an excellent job, went the extra mile to match our S tile color, even made the job a priority to do the repair prior to the tropical storm coming at us. The repair team was polite, professional and expedient, and made sure we were very happy with the work. The Capps brothers followed up to make sure of our total satisfaction.

Great! I contracted with Capps Roofing to repair a leaky roof and also replace two skylights. As the repairs progressed, the leak and damage was more extensive than anticipated. The workers were cordial and kept me informed of their progress. I ran out of extra roof tiles and Capps was able to match my existing tiles almost exactly. As they were replacing my skylights, the workers noticed and were horrified that some minor debris had gotten into my home and promptly came in to clean it up as they apologized profusely. They also kept the exterior of my home cleared of debris at the end of each day. I have used Capps Roofing for almost 25 years and will continue to do so. They may not be the least expensive roofing contractor, but I can always depend on the quality and guarantee of their work as well as friendliness of the workers.

I did a lot of research before I hired Capps to put a new roof on my home and my research paid off. From the first appointment to come out and give me a quote to the final payment when they were done I found Capps to be clear, concise, fair and professional. Although summer rains interrupted our installation, Capps worked around it the best they could. I asked them to work with me on some special issues (wanted to mount a weather apparatus on the roof and needed to coordinate with an electrician to run some cables when the roof decking was off). They were more than happy to oblige and to be honest it was a bit of an inconvenience for them. No one is sure why but some of the roofing material (that had been installed, then sat for a few days for rain to subside) didn't look right when they returned to the job. I was unaware at the time but they ripped off a large amount of material and replaced it. I certainly would never have known but it showed their integrity. I would not hesitate to recommend Capps for any roofing job if I was asked.

Excellent! I had hail damage from 2015 my insurance company was denying coverage, 5 years later and 5 inspections later which Capps came out for each time they were able to convince the insurance company I needed a new roof, if not for them I would not have my new roof today! They are way more than just a roofing company that are family owned and operated and have been a part of this community for a long time!

From the beginning of the whole process, until the final completion, everything went better than i could have ever expected. I was given many options on type of roof, all possible needed replacement of plywood sheeting, facia and sub fascia boards, gables, and new gutters. I chose a metal roof. They quoted a price, and we agreed, and they pulled permit quickly and was on the job soon after. Every member of their team, from the tear off crew, carpenters, painters, and installers, were professional and worked hard and steady through the brutal Florida summertime heat, without slowing down. They did all of this as hurricane Isaias was heading into our area, and they got it done right, and on time. The crew was well coached by Steve, and every question or concern that I had, he was very responsive and answered any question I had, with details and patience. If you are going to get a new roof, which is one of the biggest projects you may ever have to have done, or even if you just need a repair, you will be in good hands with Capps Roofing, as oppossed to any unknown company who may not deliver the quality of service that Capps Roofing has done.
