Addison Drywall Inc. is a drywall and metal framing contractor for custom homes, high end and single family homes as well as all types of commercial markets. We also specialize in all types of drywall repairs, additions and renovations. We are fully licensed and insured to work in Palm Beach, Martin, Indian River and St. Lucie counties. Addison Drywall Inc. was established in 1980 by Steve Addison when he realized the need for quality drywall repair and renovations in the Martin County area. Addison Drywall Inc. grew by private referral and word of mouth and became known for its professionalism and quality of work. Due to request from contractors, Addison Drywall Inc. entered the custom home market in 1991 and has since become a leader in custom drywall and metal framing in some of the most exclusive developments such as Sewall's Point, Sailfish Point, Loblolly Pines, Palm Beach, Admirals Cove, and Jupiter Island. One of our homes was recently featured in the Florida Design magazine. The homes range from 3,500 sq. ft. to as much as 30,000 sq. ft. Addison Drywall Inc. was incorporated in 1994 and we continue to strive to preserve our reputation as one of the areas foremost drywall and metal framing contractor. We pride ourselves in honesty, cleanliness and 100% satisfaction in our work.

I was quite impressed with this company. The estimate was done quickly and professionally. The workers were on time, were very courteous, and they completed the job in 2 days. They were very clean and I did not have to clean up after them at all. I would not hesitate to call them for any future hardwall projects and I would highly recommend them to my friends and family. It was a pleasure to work with them.
Description of Work: I had several drywall repairs. I had roof leaks from my skylight and plumbing vent and leaks due to my water heater plumbing which damaged ceiling around skylight, upstairs bathroom ceiling, hallway and garage ceilings.

They were prompt in responding to my request for an estimate. The workers showed up before they thought they would be able to. The job was finished ahead of schedule and on budget. The workers were all very courteous, thoughtful and respectful. They cleaned up every day and did a very professional job.

Description of Work: They removed all the drywall around each air conditioning vent, installed new drywall, removed all the popcorn ceiling and installed knockdown.

I replaced the bathtub and reconfigured the bathroom to accommodate a larger vanity. I was able to put up the drywall for the walls and ceiling and taped the joints but was concerned about doing anymore because we were living in the house and my fear was the dust that would be produced when doing the final joint compound coat and sanding. Addison Drywall came in and did an impressive finish coat of compound on the seams and corners with ZERO dust or mess. The gentleman that was sent to do the work was very careful and considerate of my concern and using fast drying compound applied and wet sanded the seams and joints. I was extremely impressed with their understanding of my concerns and more so, the quality of the work performed. Without hesitation I would recommend them to anyone looking for a drywall contractor and have recommended them many times since 1999.
