Citizen's Insurance required inspection by qualified roofing professional to renew insurance - confirm any needed repairs were complete and the roof was sound. George was great, he listened to the situation, provided recommendation, showed up on time, did the inspection and a couple minor repairs, produced photos and documentation Citizen's required. Would hire again for any roofing related issues, especially for those of you dealing with similar Citizen's "confirmation" issue - I hear there's a lot of us in this Hurricane Irma-related bucket.

Great! George, the owner, returned my calls promptly and answered all my questions. He explained where the leak was coming from on the roof and pointed out a few minor issues as well. He is very knowledgeable, professional and proficient. He kept us up to date and informed. He repaired an area of loose shingles,sealed exhaust vent,and popped out and replaced nail from shingle all contributing to our leak. We highly recommend Superior Roofing Services for their excellent service and value...you won't be disappointed. Thanks George.

I was out of town during the process but, coordinate with George Linardic, through my niece and I, throughout the entire process. George sent me picture of the damage area, everything went smooth, Finally go to see the roof. (short layover before heading back to the office). Excellent. Note: I had a total of four estimate done on the roof, Superior Roofing was by far the "superior" choice. the other three companies where not through Angie List, two of the companies wanted to patch the area, the other company stated they can replace the roof for twice the amount, and gave fake references.

Went great fixed the problem and price was reasonable

Though extremely busy after the hurricane they made time to come out . Very pleased with the results. George rocks.

wonderful. They called me back within 2 hours of leaving a message. they showed up when they said they would. they even called to make sure the roof was okay after a rain storm, which it was.

We paid $49 and received nothing for it.

I cannot in good conscience recommend Superior Roofing Services, because the owner, George Linardic, did not do what he said he would do. This was extremely disappointing because he seemed professional over the phone, and that’s why I agreed to his $49 fee for an estimate. When his $2,800 repair estimate came in, I asked Mr. Linardic what a new roof would cost, and he said he’d price out a new dimensional shingle roof for me. Additionally, because the adjoining screen room was leaking, he said he would get me the name of a company he had used in the past for metal roofs. “What a thoughtful guy,” I said to myself. But to my great disbelief, despite his punctuality with the repair estimate, he never called back with the replacement estimate. Even though I attempted to reach him again by voice message on June 26th, it’s like he vanished from the face of the earth, leaving me hanging without so much as a courtesy callback. Which is beyond me, although to be honest, Mr. Linardic unwittingly did me a favor, as I soon thereafter contracted with Grace Built Construction and Roofing in Saint Petersburg to replace the entire roof with approximately 26 squares of Owens Corning 30-year dimensional shingles, which they did on July 7th, including repairing the damaged section, all for much less than I would have imagined. Your mileage may vary, but ironically my poor experience with this company actually turned out better for me. You might not be so fortunate!

This company is very professional. In the past I had several people come an examine my roof for leaks, but none of them were as through as this company. This company showed up on time and promptly got to work. I find them to not only be courteous and through but honest and helpful. You can't go wrong hiring these people. They did a great job. I am more than satisfied with the work they did.

My concern was condition of my roof. Did necessary maintenance and advised.

They were actually early, called ahead to let us know they were on their way. Very nice & professional. Explained everything & took pics to show us the issue. They took care of the problems, located leak immediately & sealed all areas. Advised us of what we could possibly need down the road. I have found my roofers for the life of my home. Definitely hire again & highly recommend.

Exceptional. Ricky Reddick was the person I dealt with at this company. He was an excellent communicator from the first point of contact all the way through the end of both projects. We were kept informed each step of the way. Ricky oversaw both projects. The young men in the crew were respectful, they did quality work, cleaned up after themselves, and the price was reasonable. I've had bad experiences with contractors before, but this was a wonderful experience and restored my faith that there are honest, fair, and dependable contractors out there who do great quality work. I couldn't be happier.

They originally sent me email to set up a contact time. I've been really busy lately so I didn't respond for a while. They then continued to call me to make sure they could schedule an appointment with them. They came to my house the day of the appointment around 10:30 and by 11;30 or so they had already diagnosed the issue and had it fixed.

Work was performed by an outstanding professional. Greatly appreciated!

Superior's representative, Ricky Reddick, was informative and professional when doing the quote and he supervised the men that did the roof. They did it on schedule (early in fact) and other roofers have said the job was done well.

Excellent. This company was responsive and performed their tasks quickly and cost effectively. They kept their word. They even returned to our home several weeks after the roof leaks were repaired to check for wood rot and to make sure there were no additional leaks!! I am a very picky customer, but I would give Superior Roofing an A for their service.

Superior came out once and evaluated my situation. They took detailed pictures of my roof so I could see the problems that they believed needed to be fixed. After they completed their work, they also showed detailed pictures of what they completed. Unfortunately, it's not the rainy season, so I don't know if the leaks are fixed, but I liked the way that they approached the job and took care of business. Hopefully, I don't have to update this later on to say the leaks weren't fixed.

The leak is repaired and waiting for the next big rain for further evaluation.

Very poorly. We have a bad leak in our roof. At Angie's recommendation I called Superior. Over a period of a week I spoke to George twice and left him one message. He first promised to come out to assess the problem and would "get back" to me with a time and date. Three days later, with no call from George, I called him back and left a message. No response. Four more days and I called George again. He promised to call back with a time, but never did. As a professional service provider myself, I am offended by George's lack of response and unfulfilled vows to schedule an appointment. He has clearly merely been putting me off and I find that to be unprofessional and dishonest. I would have preferred he instead merely told me that his company has plenty of work and is not interested in working on my home. If this company deals with prospects in such a dishonest, unresponsive way I would a advise others to greatly hesitate before hiring them . D. Jay

I utilized the coupon from Angie's List to have my roof leak inspected. George with Superior Roofing had the technology to isolate and fix the issue for good. He used a cool infrared camera and took before and after pictures to show me my home would be dry going forward. It has rained a few times since he made the repairs and I am happy to not see wet spots on my ceiling inside the house and no wet spots under the fans outside in the patio! Thanks George!

Ricky and his team were great, they kept all promises, finished the project ahead of schedule and the result was beautiful. They did a great job and I would hire them again! Very reliable vendor, highly recommended!

It took from July 27when we gave them the deposit until August 17 to actually get the work done. In the mean time we have leaks galore and had to empty our 5 gallon bucket every day. I realize there was rain but his excuse was that we were a small job and had to be worked in around his bigger jobs. I was satisfied with his work when he finally did it but the wait was terrible.

This was a $49 big deal purchase. They did a fine job. No problems. Everything went well. They made the appointment soon after I bought the big deal. I had no problem with the people that came out.
