Our air-conditioner outside unit was in need of repair so we checked with neighbors for some names of companies they had used. We were given this companies name. I immediately called his cell phone, and had a return call within 15 minutes, and they had someone out within an hour. This was on a Monday, 1/11/10, and they came out, checked it out, went up for a part, and came back to install it. They found out they were given the wrong part, and the correct part was going to take 3 weeks. The owner called me and explained our options He quoted us a very good price for new units, but said we could wait for the part, and they would come back and install it. We decided to go with the new units, since our outside unit was 20 years old. He then scheduled the work for two days later. They told us they would arrive between 9:00-9:30. They arrived at exactly 9:30, and worked straight through for the next 5 hours. They had to tear out our old units, hauled them away, and installed the new units, inside and outside. They had no problems come up, they not only cleaned up after, but were very careful to replace dirt around the cement block the outside unit was on. All in all, they were polite, worked quickly, and answered any questions we had. I was very impressed!

Owner, Michael Orender, is a down to earth, very personable individual. He is as honest as the day is long, a solid Christian man who is not going to cheat anybody. On top of that he provides exceptional service. It is a good local company to hire.
