Bill's Painting

Bill came out the same day I called to request a quote. He spent time walking around the house explaining how they would clean, seal, repair stucco cracks and then paint ( roller and brush) the house. Once I decided to use Bill he came out with two of his employees and they stayed on the job everyday until they were done. Tim and Julio showed up everyday at 8am ready to work. They both had an amazing sense of detail in everything they did. They were always very polite and cleaned up at the end of everyday. The end result looked like a new house. I receive multiple complements from neighbors. I will definitely use Bill and his crew again, but the way they painted the house I will not need to for 10-15 years if not more.

I called him, he came out right away and gave me an estimate. Fixed the ceiling the same week and matched the texture perfectly. I would recommend him highly. I have had him paint entire condos and his work is impeccable.

Bill met with me and thoroughly examined the condition of the wood and stucco and made suggestions on what they would use and how they would make the repairs. Most of the repairs were minor but he did find that the top of my chimney top was cracking and it needed to be sealed. I would have never noticed it. His painters were very friendly and did a very good job. Bill made sure that I was happy with every aspect of the job before he left. I enjoyed getting to know Bill. He is very personable, takes pride in his workmanship, and is an honest businessman. His price was also the best. I recommended him to my son-in-law and he is going to give him an estimate later this week.

Excellent! Workers were here on time and cleaned up before they left each day. Consulted with us throughout the project to make sure we were happy with what they were doing and giving us what we wanted.

I have no complaints. He was clean and tidied up before he left every day. The painting itself was first rate. And best of all, no more muddy yellow.

Outstanding! Couldn't be happier with the professional results. Bill Fulkerson, Julio, and Tim are all professionals and proud of their work - and rightfully so. I thought they did a painstakingly good job preparing the house for painting. They pressure washed then filled cracks and replaced caulking as required. They sealed the walls before painting. Bill even went as far as hand painting the small sail boat detail tile at the peak of one of our gables to make it look extra nice. They used quality products and it really shows. The walls and shutters all look like new. I will definately hire them again for any future painting needs I have.

We had a major job for these guys with the entire interior of our house needing to be painted! Dings and holes were filled. Ceilings were painted. Wallpaper had to be removed and those walls had to be prepared for subsequent texturing and then painting. Trim and doors were also done. Tim is an excellent, careful and precise painter. Julio cheerfully does what is asked of him in painting, covering stuff tightly in plastic to protect it against the texturing process. Bill's son, Cameron, comes alongside and fills in the gaps with different tasks (he's on his way to being as good as his Dad!). The kitchen gave us the most issues because the wall paper did NOT want to come off. Bill suggested a process to combat that problem and the walls look perfect! You'd never know that there had been an issue with that stubborn paper. Some might call Bill picky, but when you have a painter doing your home, you WANT him to notice everything and make sure it's all perfect before they leave from the job. These guys spent 8 days in our home with this project. They were polite, so easy to have around. We loved having them here and would have them back in a heartbeat!

I hired Bills Painting to paint the entire interior of a 2300 sq ft home I just purchased. The previous owner removed the pop corn in a few rooms and attempted to retexture the rooms themselves. The result was a complete mess! Bill came in and completely retextured the ceiling in the room and matched the rest of the house perfectly. The previous owner also had some really loud, low quality paint on the walls. Bill and his team covered up all of the previous coats and left my home looking amazing! He provided sound insight on which colors to use and how many overall

This is my second time using Bill's Painting. He as usual did an excellent job. Very reliable. Highly recommend.

Bill was an exceptional provider. We met to go over the details of what I needed to have done; he looked over my house, pointed out a few things that needed addressing, and then we talked specifics about what he would do. The job would include crack repair, a sealer coat, and new paint & trim for the entire house. We agreed on a price and an estimated start date. The project started on time, and his workers were prompt and courteous. They all kept me informed of what was going on, what stage they were in the process, and when they expected to be finished. They were not in a hurry to get the job over with, but instead took their time and were very careful and meticulous. After the work was done, everything that the painters had moved out of the way (such as deck furniture) was put back in place before they left. Bill stopped by several times to check on the progress; he called me several times to update me on the progress, and once everything was done he came out to give it one final check and to talk with me about anything that I might have questions about. He reminded me that I should call him with any questions or concerns after it was all complete. It was a great experience, and I have a great looking house!

This is the only painter you should use! All the work was started and finished within his stated timeline which was wonderful and the paint job he did was absolutely outstanding, we could not have been happier with how great it looked. The repair work in the garage was absolutely outstanding - he matched the existing very old popcorn exactly and you could not tell there had ever been any damage. The shower floor looked 100% better. Thank you Bill for an outstanding job!

I found Bill through BBB and Facebook and then joined Angie's List so I could read his reviews and I am very glad I did. Met initially with Bill at the property explaining our expectations. My last house I renovated was a 1926 National Historic Trust house so I had high expectations and I expressed those to Bill. He was very professional and based on visiting the property gave me his perspective on what he would be able to achieve. He wasn't the cheapest of the bidders, but he was definitely the best choice. My recommendation is to let the professionals do the work. Tim and Julio did an excellent job. Tim has worked for Bill for over 10 years. Two days before the job was completed, my wife and I created a punch list based on a preliminary walk around. By the time I did the actual walk around with Tim and Bill 5 of the 7 items we had discovered were already completed. The other two items it would be highly doubtful would have been spotted. Rarely do I give recommendations to friends on vendors, however Bill and Bill's Painting would be the company I would recommend to family and friends. Excellent job gentleman.

Bill and his crew, Tim and Julio, are clearly very knowledgable. They were on-time and kept me informed of the progress, including answering my several questions. First, the walls were pressure washed and allowed to dry for a day. Then they applied sealer and caulked as necessary. The next day began the painting. Bill's crew is very careful with covering the plants and other areas with tarps, and do a good job with daily clean-up. On the final day, Bill walked around the house with me to make sure everything was done right. He treated our house as carefully as he would his own. Superb service!

Bill's Painting is amazing. They showed up when they were supposed to and finished the job in a timely manner. They are very professional and totally went the extra mile in getting new paint for us after the one we picked out looked different than what we were expecting. The entire outside of the house was sealed and painted, including the fascia which was peeling and in bad shape. Inside the house we had a previous leak around a large window which had ruined the sheetrock and rotted the molding around the carpet. They cut the whole area out, replaced the sheetrock and molding, puttied and painted it to match the rest of the room and it looks brand new. In fact the whole house looks brand new outside as well and we are getting great comments from the neighbors. I wholeheartedly recommend this company for any kind of painting.

We actually hired Bill's Painting seven years ago when we painted the exterior of our home and were so pleased with the entire experience that we were really excited to see the company on Angie's list when we were looking to paint our home again. Bill is extremely professional and pays attention to small and large details of the job. Bill and his crew are polite and answer any questions that come up in the painting process He is very knowledgeable about how central Florida climate and sunshine affect the exterior paint of houses and make recommendations taking these factors in to consideration when choosing paint colors. Bill and his crew take care to protect bushes and other outside objects from paint spatter and also keep the job site clean and in order. They also are very detail oriented. When Bill painted our home seven years ago we referred him to a friend and he was so pleased with the job done that they referred Bill's Painting to another neighbor. It is very satisfying to know that we can recommend this company to others with the confidence that they will have a very good experience with this professional and friendly business.

First of all this review is long overdue. I owe Bill an apology as I promised him it would get done a long time ago. Bills Painting provided an outstanding and professional service. From the initial service call for an estimate, I knew that Bill's Painting was going to be a top contender for the job. I liked how thorough he was at explaining the process, which products he used and how he would perform the job. He explained to me that he was a small company and that the job couldn't be done in 2 days. Nor did I want it to be. I could tell with his explanations that his attention to detail would be what I was looking for. He sealed the deal when I received his quote. I had received 3 quotes prior to him and thought his price was fair for the amount of work to be done. My home is 1900 sq. ft. The job took roughly 5 days. A little longer than he had planned due to weather delays. He and his coworker performed the job quietly and efficiently. My wife hardly knew they were there. The final product confirmed I made the right choice. The house looks wonderful and I can tell that the job they did is going to last for years to come. On a side note, I had decorative shutters that they were able to remove and were planning on repainting. No other painting contractor offed to remove and paint them, some actually advised against it. I was stunned. How were they planning on painting behind them? Bill and his partner applied several base coats to them but I could tell it wouldn't come out well. Bill himself said he wouldn't be happy with the job and recommended that if possible, I go out and buy new ones. These in particular where white plastic painted in black. I was able to find them in black plastic which will last much longer. These new panels had to be ordered. Bill was kind enough to come several weeks after the job had been completed and install the new shutters for me. Again, I can only praise the work they did. I was worried that I would not find a company that would pay as much attention to detail as I would but luckily I found Bill's Painting. Also, during my search, I noticed how many of the other companies would talk trash of their competitor. It was refreshing to see that Bill steered away from that sales technique but simply explained how HE did things. Again, my wife and I are both very happy with the results and are confident that Bill provided us with the best work out there. We gladly would recommend his service to anyone in need of a paint job.
