Windsor double hung windows and doors were installed. Many work well. However, three bottom sashes were installed broken. The locks were broken upon arrival, to include the metal and wood frame surrounding the lock area, one window frame was broken in 4 areas, screws on one door were stripped by the impact drill used, and one hardware for door did not match other three. Initially, Chris was responsive in saying he would have all corrected but not corrections were made and no longer responds to calls.

(December 2014) Technically, this is still a work in progress. Their crew discovered a problem in a wall that needed repair, and rather than overlook it, brought it to our attention. That repair is being done by a general contractor in the very near future; once that is completed, Jason's crew can come back, finish the installation properly, and proceed to inspection and trim work. UPDATE (2/5/2015): Once the wall repairs were completed in mid-January, Jason's crew returned to complete the installation. The initial inspection by the county went well, the scheduling to get the exterior trim work done was efficient -- they were very gracious about a last-minute reschedule when I had to be away owing to a family emergency. As of this writing, the work is completed and final inspection is pending, and I don't expect any unpleasant surprises, as the work looks to be thorough.

Delivery and installation went fabulous. I work in support of the construction industry, so I know what is good and what is bad - and boy, these guys are good. They were not especially FAST, but that was fine with me. I was concentrating on them doing a good job and making my house better and my life happier. They did that fine. What I did not really expect was the INCREDIBLE noise insulation. Now I can sleep in much better than before, because the noises from outside - traffic, birds, etc. do not wake me up.

He had ordered Sliding glass doors from a company that went out of business, Chris and his team with Whitfield came in and helped us service them and provided great service and left the customers happy as can be.

I worked with the owner, Chris. Out of all the bids I received, Chris's has the most integrity. I felt that Chris wasn't trying to take advantage of me or sell me something I didn't need. He was very trustworthy, especially in and around my home. The crew that came for the installation were experts in their field. Chris went above and beyond what other companies would do. For example, they removed an replaced my drapes and alarm systems. All of the windows were completely cleaned inside and out. He was very particular with measuring and making sure there were no surprises with the installation or additional costs. He made my older home look brand new. I cannot say enough good things about him. I would use him in the future and would highly recommend him for anyone looking to have any doors or windows replaced.
