He ignored our emails and calls asking about continuation of service for weeks. By the time we realized that he wasn't going to come anymore our pool had deteriorated significantly. When we complained about this behavior he responded in his email "Life is gonna ***** slap the stupid out of you." This guy is the most confrontational "professional" I've ever dealt with."
