+ -1 moreThe plumber arrived when they said he would. He discussed and searched for the problem and then gave an estimate. We were able to totally understand what action he was taking and why. He did the work efficiently and in clean manner. Very communicative and professional plumber. A week later I had overnight guests and the toilet backed up. I called them to come for a service call and the person asked a few questions and said it had to be just the toilet and told us how we could attempt to resolve. We did so. That was so refreshing not to have them run out and charge a lot of money for a very simple fix. (It had been a guest's child using unflushable wipes).
Description of Work: Sewer problems. Sewer water backed up in shower and toilet. Snaked main sewer line and shower line.

+ -1 moreTHEY CAME RIGHT OUT AND GOT THE JOB DONE. I HAVE WORKED WITH THE COMPANY BEFORE AND I LIKE THEM. I PLAN ON USING THEM AGAIN IF I EVER NEED TO. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.
