I needed to have some tile that was coming loose in my master bath resealed. Unfortunately the worker was very unprofessional and really did poor work. He did not clean up his work space and actually damaged other things during this so called repair. He actually caused a major leak by hitting a pipe during the repair which caused serious damage. We had to end up hiring a plumber to fix the issue he caused. The work that he did is already coming apart. In addition to that he was always late. I would not recommend him to anybody.

I went with this company because the price was good, the reviews were good, and I had a coupon. The company is busy so I had to schedule my appointment 2-3 weeks after the estimate. The grout is cleaner, but the tile was filthy when they left. They asked us to wait a week before cleaning the tile with chemicals, so I assumed when we washed the floor it would clean right up. IT DID NOT. There were sneaker prints ALL over the tile from the technician. I would have called the company to come back, but I had a party and wanted it clean. So, I spent 3 hours on my hands and knees cleaning the tiles with a bleach cleaner, which worked. So yes, the grout was clean, but the tile looked awful!!!

Arrived to do estimate as scheduled on a Sunday morning. Demonstrated how he would clean floors, described products, and did a small sample area. Discussed options for resealing and recoloring our grout. Was professional and gave us a verbal estimate. We scheduled for about 3 weeks later. Promised to email an estimate but did not recieve it. We called a few days ahead to confirm he was coming. Showed up on time with crew of 3; did work in about 6 hours. Owner was on site and worked on the project. They cleaned up and replaced furniture. Good quality work, done on time and on budget.

We were very pleased with this company. Our floors were dull and dirty and we had been advised to just replace the floor. Elliott came and was confident that they could be restored. He was right! Our floors look amazing and we're so glad we were able to preserve them. We would highly recommend them!

The gentleman who came out was one of the owner's. They were here within a day or two for the quote and showed up exactly when he said he would. He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He gave every appearance that he knew what he was doing and would do a good job.

The work appears to have been done well. We are happy with the way the countertop and bathtub look. I have no complaints about the quality of the work. However, I was a little unhappy with their customer service. The company called me a day or two before the work was originally scheduled to be done and asked to reschedule for the following week. When I got my original estimate the representative told me that they would arrive to do the work between 10-10:30. However, when I got my reminder call I was told that the technician would arrive between 9-10AM. When the technician had not arrived by 10:15 I called and was told that the person who made the reminder call had made a mistake and because I lived farther away the technician would not be there until between 10-10:30 as I had originally been told. The technician arrived around 11:00AM. The work was done by 1:45. The technicians did a good job, but they left a mess. There was grout tracked from the door to the kitchen, there were grout pieces on the stove and on the floor of the kitchen. They also appeared to have cleaned their tools in several places outside the house, because there were piles and puddles of white material in 3-4 places outside. The technicians appeared to be sub-contractors.

Overall experience was excellent. Appointments were kept on time for the estimate and the job itself. The young man performing the job worked cleanly and precisely as if he was working in his own home. Clear written instructions were given for maintenance for the following 72 hours. The countertop now looks new. We just wish we would have done this type of work much sooner.
