The order and delivery process was very fast, transparent and easy. The sales rep was very responsive. The doors were made exactly per the measurement provided and delivered on time. Very satisfied.

It was a 2 to 3 month process. Starting from the time the sales rep. and helper came out to my home to measure the windows and provide me with a quote. Florian was always professional and kept me up to speed with anything and everything that was going on. He arrived on time and emailed me with the quotes fairly quickly. After sleeping on it for a week or two I finally decided to accept and give Sunshine Windows the job. The price for the windows were perfect, but the fees for the permitting I thought was a bit high. but overall excellent work. It took about 3 weeks for the windows to be finished with the production stage. On the Installation day they came with a crew of two men, that did an excellent job as well. They took out 15 old windows and installed all new windows between 8 to 9 hours. they were very professional, neat and attentive to detail.

Nothing was done because the provided has never responded to email request for window replacement cost proposal made from their website.

Came out to give an estimate to repair a number of broken windows and screens. I gave them a deposit as they had to order the material. They came as promised, even emailed me a photo of the person showing up at my door. Price seems fair. I will write an update when the work is finished.

It was a pleasure to work with them; they were very good. They were courteous, efficient, and on time. Their price was very fair too.

The guy was great; he was efficient and knew exactly what to do. He got busy and had what he needed with him. He was a very nice, pleasant person. I did not mind spending the $130 because the doors work so well now.

I have a total of 20 windows. I did not have a good experience with Sunshine and it was primarily the person that I was dealing with. I found the engineer to be inaccurate. Every time he would send me something there was an error in it. Sometimes it was a big error and sometimes a small error. I have never got anything from him that was correct or what he was supposed to do. He was neither accurate nor dependable. He also offered to do the work without taking out a permit which was a red flag for me out there. His company was the lowest quote I got but I wouldn't do work with a major company that does work on weekends without a permit. I just didn't trust them and it just didn't sound right at all. I would suggest people avoid them and it was not just about the one person it was a pattern with the company. They were responsive. They offered to do the work on a weekend without a permit and that is not good.

There were many things that I had to have them touch up from the installation.

I FEEL THAT THIS COMPANY HAS VERY POOR SERVICE. THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP FOR THE FIRST APPOINTMENT. THEY IMPROPERLY INSTALLED THE DOORS. WE HAD TO CALL THEM BACK FOR SOMEONE TO FINALLY COME OUT. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

THE WINDOWS ARE COLONIAL TYPE, THEY LOOK VERY NICE, I PLAN TO REPLACE THE WINDOWS FOR THE REST OF THE HOUSE LATER. THE MEN WERE FRIENDLY, MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS PROPERLY INSULATED, THEY DID EXCELLENT WORK.
