The man who gave the estimate was also the same man who did the work. He was punctual, knowledgeable and very professional. He came a bit early, did what he said he would do, and asked if I was happy with everything before he finished. He retouched up a couple of spots that I wanted redone. He was flexible with the household needs ( we had to have it done within a narrow window of time) and he was pleasant to deal with. I was pleased with the result and price.

The servicemen were nice. The carpet in my bedroom was not as clean as I would have liked it to be (pink carpet) . I called once after the first cleaning, and the company had someone come back out the following day to re-clean the carpet in my room and after it dried, I still found dirt in the corners of my room and underlined dirt throughout the carpet. The carpet cleaning in the other two rooms were ok are far as I can tell those are darker colored carpets ( rust and black). My experience with the personnel was fine. I am not pleased with my room's carpet cleaning.

They did a great job. Scheduling was done through Angie’s List, they called that night, and were here in a couple of days. They were here around three hours, and I was satisfied with the service. I have a puppy and they did the best they could with the stains. They were very nice and I was comfortable with them in the house.

Company showed up right on time agreed, reviewed stain situation & noted that because I did not know the substance they were stained with they couldn't guarantee stain removal.After cleaning all stains were removed, carpets were really clean. The carpets were returned almost to original white seen before only in small patches covered by previous owner's furniture. The carpets were so clean, I decided I did not have to replace them, as I had thought was necessary.
