Wow, 2 stars on Yelp! No wonder! Maybe if you came out to fix my issue you wouldn't get these type of reviews! I've used this company twice and I have referred them to 5 of my friends. When they did my gutters years ago they did a great job. They sent 2 young kids and my gutters are leaking everywhere. I need another down tube that I had before and they said I didn't need but now water is getting stuck. This company did not care to fix the issues. They wanted us to pay for the repairs when they just installed and leaking everywhere and water not draining! BEWARE DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. They said go to Home Depot and fix it yourself! Will never use them nor will they ever get a refferal from me! Now he claims I was disrespectful!?! You guys did a poor job and came out twice and didn't fix it! How do you expect someone to be when your tech told us to go to Home-depot and fix it ourselves! Now your feelings are hurt!? This company sends young kids that don't know what they are doing and sends the same kids to do nothing again!. Management doesn't care and they force you to pay cash. Do not pay cash cause if you do you can't put a claim on your credit card for the work. You guys are a shady company and can't even fix the poor work you do!

Would I have known they are related to Pro-Form roofing I would not have taken on their project. This company as shady as an be. STAY AWAY!!! Sales person Johan went above and beyond with his explanation & sales process. We arranged our project through YGreene. This included flat roof replacement, new gutters & some interior attic leak repair. Prior to the project I had to call and inquire every so often on when it would begun. On a Wednesday 10/10/18 I pull up to my house and see tar barrels on my drive way. They also placed about 3-4 pallets of materials on the roof. I was upset of considering on the roof that needs repair or replacement. Both Genni, Customer Relations Manager, & Robert, Project Director explained this is their process with ALL projects upon receiving their materials. He informed me the roof work would begin Thursday or Friday due to weather & other materials needed. Maybe even Saturday since Miami Dade inspections are visited on Saturday. Thursday, Friday, & Saturday came with no rain and NO SHOW. When I called and texted they continued calling my husband after I instructed not to. He is restricted in work place and I initiated this project. Genni instructed that is the YGreene contact portfolio. GOD forbid they create their own customer contact sheet. Since they were working on the roof I have been contacted by YGreen abut 3-4 time to sign off a project. Robert, mentioned permit was at the office. Yet Genni has an excuse on forwarding it to me. Wednesday 10/24 No gutters, no permit & I continue to have to follow up on the gutters every day. YGreene local rep that deals with them called me and they also are confused why they are requesting signature. He asked if anyone show up at the property to install gutter, NEGATIVE. He also stated he has not been submitted the permit. Project is NOT complete. This is a flat roof that should have only lasted 3-4 days MAX. The communication process with this company is horrible. They lack customer service. When I spoke with them they they keep moving up dates of completion with no explanation. I asked Robert to have the co owner call me. Later the same cell texted stated he is the owner. After researching, Alex Martin Fernandez. Thursday, 10/25 I called YGreene rep to follow up. He stated that Robert apologized for not showing up the day before. Little while after YGreene rep send me a picture text that Robert and his crew are at my property. So they care more about YGreen funds but NOT about customer care. Few minutes later I received a call from Fernando Alvarez with Pro-Form Roofing giving me all his direct contact information. I am to arrange with him a feature date to repair the inside attic leak. Its sad that this has all escalated. This is not a few hundred dollars but few THOUSAND $$$. AT this point I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Despite the downspouts not really matching the color of my house, the job looked as if it had been performed satisfactorily. However, a few days later during during a rain shower it was evident that the gutters along the front porch were not installed properly. The rain water was basically flowing between the gutter and the roofline and dripping exactly where it was not supposed to. I reached out to the company, and they promptly came out to remedy the issue. Their remedy however was to attach a large ugly splash guard instead of appropriately removing/reattaching the new gutter. On top of that they never even attempted to resolve the same issue with the gutter directly across from it on my front porch. I decided to give them a call again. I informed them that if your not going to actually remove/reattach the two gutters to fix the issue, at the least come back and place another ugly splash guard to the adjacent gutter. They claimed it would be no problem, so we set a time up for a certain morning. On that morning they decide to inform me that an accident had occurred during another installation, so we would have to reschedule for another time. We did exactly that only for them to cancel once again 30 minutes prior to the appointment. This type of behavior reoccurred approximately 2-3 more times with them scheduling an exact time with me only to cancel. Not to mention, their response time to texts and phone calls at this point was a far cray from the time I initially called them for an estimate. Anyhow, I threatened to withhold payment by notifying my bank. All of a sudden their response time was instantaneous. They basically threatened to put a lean on my property by claiming the contract stated they had 30 days to make any repairs. I almost laughed because at the rate they kept cancelling appointments it probably would've been months before they actually came by again. Not to mention, they stated that I can't dictate their schedule and that only they decide when they can come out for the repair. I found this highly laughable because each and every time we communicated, we mutually agreed upon a set time. Otherwise, how in the world was I supposed to be home and allow them into my gated community? At then end of the day, like many others have stated their customer service is horrible and the quality of their work is equally horrible. I am currently stuck with two gutters on my front porch that don't function properly. I highly advise that anyone looking to place new gutters on their property or have any repairs done on existing ones to avoid contracting with this company. They are hand down the most unreliable and untrustworthy company I've ever dealt with in South Florida.

It still leaked, i called the owner, he says they will come and fix. HIS GUYS NEVER SHOWED UP ON THE AGREED UPON DATE AND TIME. We set an appointment for them to come for repair and replacement of gutters in one of our buildings. The appointment was for approximately 10:30 AM. We told them that the on-site office will be closed at 12:00. They showed up at 12:30 and called out offices to let us know that they are at the gate !!!!! We will never call this company again. I wish that we had read the very poor reviews before we called them.

Installers were unprepared, came out with wrong color gutters. When installer came back with correct color, but installation was incomplete due to installer not having sufficient materials. Installation in rear was installed without the proper incline. Water accumulates at the wrong end of the gutter and leaks on back patio. After waiting one year and after 5 service calls the company has not sent anyone to repair the rear installation. We now have an accumulation of mildew on our brick tile patio due to constant leaking from gutters. This company has terrible customer service. Don't use them!

Gutters were were not seamless, not flush, and screws are everywhere. I couldn't talk to them, because they did not speak English. When I called and asked them to take them down, they said fine, but that would leave holes in my fascia board. They then stated "you signed for the work to be done, we are not fixing any holes, your problem," and hung up.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! We decided to go with this company for the installation for the gutters in our new home because they had a good price, and were very responsive tho phone calls, they seemed to be a legit company. Initial quote was for $1,300, then they called, and told me they were in the neighborhood, and would drop the price to $1,000 if they could install that same day. I agreed. 3 months after the installation, we had a very big storm. Lots of rain. I went outside after the rain to check on the gutters, and found out that the joint in one of the corners in the front of the house was torn open. after inspecting everything, it seems like the amount of water running from the front of the house, to that corner was too much, and it ended up forcing the glue and the screws in the corner to give. There are no down drains in the front of the house, and the roof has a slight tilt to that side of the house, causing alms all the water from the font to go to that corner. Now that I look at you the water behaved, it is pretty obvious that these guys should have installed a down pour somewhere before the corner, or at least a hole for a chain drain. Confident that I bought a product with a 20 YEAR GUARANTEE from a reputable company, I called them to have them come and check the damage. As soon as I started to explain to them what the damage was, I knew this was going to be a lost cause. They told me right away that what I was describing has never happened before, and that it is impossible because they sue glue and screws... In the hopes of helping them understand the damage, I texted them a picture. BIG MISTAKE. They called me back and told me that bi the look of the picture they were absolutely sure that this was caused by something or someone hitting the gutter. No one has done any work anywhere near the gutter, and there are no big treed near that area of the house. Now, anyone with a little understanding of how water flows, can figure out what happened by looking at the installation. I told them that they needed to send some one to look at it, and that once they saw the big picture, it would be easier to understand. Their answer was that they will not send anyone, because this damage is not covered. And if they did send someone, they would charge me $190 for the trip. When I tried to explain the whole set up to the lady on the phone (Cindy). She told me she had pulled out my file, and noticed that we had less down drains than we should fur such a lengthy perimeter. I told her that that might actually be the problem, she wen on to blame me for 1. Rejecting the installation of more down drains, which I did not. And 2. She even had the courage of telling me that maybe they installed less down drains because they gave me a discount!! I insisted on having some one come over and look at the installation and the damage. Cindy told me she needed to check with the owner and call me back. She never called back. I called them a day later, and she told me she was sorry, but the owner said he can not help me. Final word. I can not believe that they are not even willing to take a look at the installation and figure out what really happened. That they tried to blame me for not installing enough down drains, and then excuse themselves for not installing them because of the discount (which was offered because they where in the neighborhood, not because they were going to do a half A** job). Now I have to call a different company to come fix this. I will follow up this review with the findings of the new company on the installation made by Seamless Gutters, to prove the point. I didn't even get to tell them that there is also leaking in one of the joints right above the main door.... Of course, I am sure they would find a way to blame it on me too. Big Rippoff!

There service was not very professional. I don't think I would use them in the future. They came and installed some gutters but in the estimate there was one area that I was interested to have it covered, so finally I asked them you need to come and do another estimate for this pending area. So the first time they didn't come, I scheduled an appointment and all that. They didn't come. I think they forgot or something. I called them the following day and they say yea, you didn't confirm it. They wanted to blame on myself. So I was like okay, let's schedule another appointment and please make sure that they come. So they came for the second estimate for the pending area and they install after a week or so. So finally the job is done but the pension was not professional. The first time was okay but the job was incomplete. That's why they needed to come again. I was waiting for them for the second estimate, they didn't even call to cancel the appointment. So I was waiting here and waiting and waiting, so I called them. Nobody answered the phone and then they say I don't have your information here and the following day oh well can we schedule another appointment, so it was a little bit back.

Elbyn, Sr. arrived quite promptly at his appointment time and looked over my existing gutters. I told him what I wanted to do (add a rain barrel and move a down spout). He suggested to add some splash guards and detailed the exact process of relocating the downspout. (It was a small job and I had trouble getting other companies to come do it.) We agreed upon a price, which I found to be very reasonable and scheduled the installation. There were a few hiccups on installation day: the rain barrel arrived in wrong color and the workmen were leary of working with my copper gutters. They did the work anyway but Elbyn, Jr came out the next day to take care of what went wrong the day before. He did an excellent job with the copper gutters and was very keen to make sure I was satisfied with the work. The rain barrel took a little longer to arrive in the correct color and Elbyn, Sr brought it and installed it himself a week later and did a quick once-over on my gutters just to make sure I was still pleased with them. I appreciate they acted quickly and pleasantly to correct the problems I encountered the previous day. They behaved as I would expect any respectable and responsible family-owned company should behave.

This installer was recommended by friends who recently installed gutters on a similarly designed two story house with numerous peaks. They responded immediately to the request for an estimate and followed up as promised. But for unexpected rain, the installation would have been completed within two days of my accepting the proposal. The workers were friendly, efficient and neat. Although it hasn't rained yet, it appears that the work was done exactly as promised. The price was better than any of the other estimates for the same work.

Description of Work: company recommended by a friend. man came and provided an estimate but without any specifications. took a number of calls to even get the estimate. called the company repeatedly to get a revised estimate. I still do not have an estimate after a week of waiting. I am not going to use them and cannot comment on the quality of their work. But this kind of management and oversight does not inspire confidence.

The estimate was done on 10/12 Fri. and I emailed the estimate to Susan on 10/17 Wed. and a Revised estimate was emailed to her on 10/26. If the contractor has not notified you I apologize again but that is out of my control. It is not professional on my behalf to jump a contractor's deal with my company. terrible experience They totally forgot about the first appoinment they made. I had to take off work to meet them and they didnt show up. Then the next appoinment they came hourslate . Again I took off work and they didnt come until what coukd have been after work. Then they had to work at installing gutters in the dark with no lights . They didint have any woth them but said they do this all the time. They did not obtain permits that were needed but I did not find out until later. Then also their installers didnt have the plans that we had spoken about with the sales person so they had to "retroFit " a part of their work and they would takeit down and put back up correctly. later in working with their back office the experinece, it just got worse and worse . Extremely unprofessional

This is very funny that Member is writting a review on my company we completed the job on 8/14 and she paid us with a temporary check that "bounced" and we called Melinda to advise of bounce check that she had to pay us for replacement either credit card, money order or cash with NSF Fee of $30 and she refused to pay new balance. We tried to contact her for weeks leaving her messages in reference to collecting the balance. We had to place a lien on her property a month later because she said she was going to mail a money order which never came me as a licensed contractor has the right to place a lien on property if payment has not been collected. Once lien was placed she called to pay with her credit card on 9/25, a month and a half later. That tells you that this customer wanted to get away without paying for her gutters that were installed and she never complained to us about the installation, in fact we installed a downspout and relocated because she did not like how it looked. It's unbelievable how people want to make you work and try to get away without paying I have proof of NSF check and all the notes with dates showing how many times we tried contacting her. Please contact us if you need proof of check & notes. P.S. Contractor's please be aware of Melinda Bergen!

The company was prompt with its quote and prompt to install the gutter. The gutter on one section of the roof does not drain correctly, water collects on one end, and despite the 5 year guarantee on labor the firm refuses to correct the problem. On this same section of roof, the gutter guard was not installed correctly. We have called them multiple times, and when they answer, we are told that a crew will be out to fix the problem. No one has come out and no one has called to confirm the repair date. Now when we call they do not answer the phone unless we resort to calling from a number they do not recognize. Under no circumstances would I recommend this company.

Customer had job done in 2010, no problems what so ever after completion. A year later she calls with a repair, we scheduled an appointment to go and fix what ever the issue was. 1st time we go no one was home we called the number on her ticket another lady picks up the phone & ask installer to wait an hour for her, installer advises he has other jobs to do and can't wait that long, lady got upset and started cursing the installers out by using profanity and out of line language, she also called the office & screamed at Cindy (Receptionist) with same tone and we hung up. We provide a service and don't have to tolerate profanity from anyone, especially with the lady not being in her right state of mind that we can just have the installers sitting for an hour. I guess Anne Miller heard about the issue and contacted our office to apologize for her friend and we re-scheduled and did the repair. Which ended up being a problem with her roof pitch, however she never wrote back that the problem was fixed and we did honor the 5 year warranty.
