Sergio called back within 10 minutes of sending him a message on Angie's List. We had not closed on the property and we worked the design and layout remotely via email and phone. Upon closing Sergio was on-site the next day for final measurements and verifying that the design (dog proof) met with our needs. Sergio handled all the permits, fabrication of the fence and gates (all done in-house), and the installation. The installers were efficient, and very professional and every panel placed with precision. No shortcuts on any aspect of the installation. The quality of the fence is unsurpassed and would highly recommend for any fencing project you may have. My only regret is that the fence is so well made that I will not have an opportunity at my house to work with him again.

Sergio (owner) is responsive and professional. There were not hidden costs and his punctuality is commendable. He handled everything from permits to the job completion and at a reasonable costs. They first came and measured. We had to get a survey to make sure the fence was not on our neighbors lawn. The city required a permit which took about three weeks. When the permit came through they were here within a few days and came on time and installed the fence. Very professional father and son. We had to wait until it passed inspection to pay the balance off. They made sure all went well and it did as the fence passed inspection. There price for the fence was $500 less than anyone else.

and My work schedule prevented me from ever being able to meet Sergio in person, but he was efficient at collecting there needed data from myself, met with my mother in law and took measurements, provided the quote to us timely. They instructed us on what trees and shrubs would need to be removed along perimeter. Upon choosing them, he was informative about the permit process and once it was complete he called to schedule the time to come by and install. They began on Thursday March 24th and they even came and completed installation on Good Friday the next day were very fast. The inspector came this Monday and he has already confirmed for me that the permit is now closed. His workers were very timely and they did an excellent job! It looks fabulous and is so private and cozy in our backyard now!

Sergio and his crew installed my perimeter fence. He navigated the oppressive City of Miami permit requirements effectively and communicated very well during the process. The work they performed was excellent. They were quick, responsive, and installed a beautiful fence. It was a bit of a mess but considering they were working in an urban backyard and a very tight space they did a great job. The only bumps were the mess that was left during the process of clearing out and installation, and his crew hitting my garden shed pretty hard necessitating a minor repair. Sergio was very responsive on both counts and wonderful to work with. I would definitely use him again and recommend him highly.

They were recommended to me by my next door neighbors who found them on Angie's list and they had a great experience (for basically the same job I needed) With such great credentials...I called them up and didn't bother to call anyone else after they gave me what I feel was a great price. Sergio Samada (I assume the owner) is the one who came out. I showed him my next door neighbors gate and said that is exactly what I want.. He did their job so it was not new to him. But he took measurements as needed.. He kept me informed as progress was made on the manufacture and painting of the gate. Then his workers came out today... They first installed the 10' wood fence... and then they went to install the gate. The workers were polite and working hard... Here is where it all went wrong. After the product was installed..and they knocked on my door to take a look... I noticed right away that the front gate looked Odd. I identified that the gate was not centered on the opening...(it was off to the left..and with the curved shape..this was very apparent) I went next door to my neighbors house to take a look and compare and immediately noticed that the difference was the type of hinge they used.. Theirs was self closing Piano style hinge and mine was a "J" Bolt.. There's allowed the gate to be centered and mine pushed my gate over to one side. Also the gate was not built with the same High Arch...mine was more flat with a slight arch and theirs was an obvious arch. I texted Sergio some pictures comparing the two and then tried to call him. he called back after 10 minutes and after I explained to him what I found, he said no problem we'll remove the gate...(he was polite..not rude) but the way he said it left me feeling like "What is the solution to finish the project" . So he was then talking to his guys on the phone... I texted him and asked what the next step was... His "Text response" was... "(my neighbor) wanted to be self closing, yours it is regular. But do not worry you keep the wood fence for free and will take the gate out. Have a good day." This left me perplexed... so I asked him... "So you are walking away from the job" His answer... "I am not walking away. I did it you do not want it. So I do not want you to pay for something that you do not like". so all of this sounds great...right???? So I asked him to call me. He called me back in 10 minutes.. He said that he was done and that he will not replace the gate, and since I didn't pay it shouldn't be a problem. I of course let him know that of course it was a problem, as I will have to start this entire process over again and the stress of this situation and the loss of work was not warranted. I have dealt with a lot of contractors...many that have made much worse mistakes...and they have NEVER walked away from a job. And what really bothered me is that it was done so Casually and with such ease... There was no arguing between us or yelling or any attitude from him or me. I just don't get it. For me this is totally Unprofessional OH..and let me tell you about my fence... So the small 10' fence was installed to follow the slight pitch of my yard instead of square and level to the house. The problem with this is that my neighbors fence on the side (5' away) and the neighbor in the back (Which they previously installed) are all level and square to the houses... So this made my fence look odd and incorrectly built. I told him I want it level... Sergio's first response was to say he'll take it out if I don't like it...(like he did the gate) I said he can't do that, as I had a fence before and If I don't have one now, my association will fine me $1000 for not having a fence...so I would have to rush to get it done and find a contractor which would be very hard. He asked me what I want. I told him.the same as he would if a contractor was at his house and if he didn't think the job was done correctly...For the contractor to fix the issue and complete the job. I told him I didn't want a free fence...I wanted it fixed and I would pay for it. So he sent his guys back to try and straighten the fence. But instead of pulling off the boards and straightening the horizontal supports... They just used a pry bar to pull it up out of the concrete and then hit it in several places with a sledge hammer. Then they left. So now it mostly level..but looks like it is Tweaked and the boards on the fence are not completely vertical... He didn't charge me..and said he wouldn't...but he left me with a headache and a mess. I applaud him for not being rude (he never was)... But "Un-interested" is the word I would use... Uninterested in making the job right...in leaving quality work behind...in assuring that I am happy with my new gate/fence. Instead, I have no gate.. and the fence is needing to be rebuilt. So now basically I have to find a new contractor to supply a front gate...and have someone tear down the fence and start over again. Uhggg... more time, more stress, more loss of work. When I saw all the favorable reviews here I was a little suspect. I didn't think they could all be legit; i.e., perhaps some of them were ghost reviews. Regardless, I hired Sergio and his crew to do a new fence for our home and his crew did an outstanding job. Sergio was extremely responsive, on the ball in getting things done and didn't make promises that he couldn't keep (that's a big thing in dealing with contractors - just be realistic in timing and expectations and many folks will appreciate it). It was a bit expensive but considering the level of customer care, it was the best money of spent on my new home to date. Bottom line - this is a contractor that does a great job.

Samada Fencing is the best contractor we have ever dealt with, from initial contact to job completion. Sergio provided an estimate well in advance of the start of work, and work began exactly when promised. The old fencing was taken down and hauled away on the same day, leaving no mess. Work began on the replacement fence immediately afterwards, and took much less time than expected. He sent 3 crews with equipment to expedite the job, and all of his crews were professional and hard working, even continuing work during some rain showers. It turned out that Sergio's father was the crew chief, very helpful and professional. After job completion, we observed some boards that were split or cracked and notified Sergio, who immediately dispatched a crew to replace all of them. Cleanup following the job was excellent. This job was done with local permitting and inspection, and passed the final inspection without question. The final inspector even commented that it was one of the best fencing installations he had seen. Samada Fencing has our highest recommendation. No other contractor we have used has come close to the standard set by Samada Fence. Thanks Sergio.

Very professional and the best price out of 3 contractord

Mr. Samada submitted a budget promptly (no need to call umpteen times) via email (very convenient) and the work was scheduled after I accepted the price. The day before, Mr. Samada called to remind me of the work, his personnel arrived on time and performed the work as agreed. No complaints. He was very responsive to my questions and concerns. Highly recommendable.

Called the company for an appointment. Sergio Samada visited the home on time and draw the sketches and sent me the estimate by email. The price was reasonable and I decided to proceed. He called me back after few days and we decided on installation date. His crew showed up on time and finished the work. The final product was to my satisfaction and I will definitely use this company for future work in my house.

Excellent quality. All their work is straight, level and strong. I had them install two double-hung gates, which swing clearly and hang perfectly straight. I also had a chain link fence installed across the back of my yard. Again, the installation is absolutely level, straight and couldn't look better. Installers were pleasant and professional, though didn't speak English very well. Sergio, the owner, was friendly and provided suggestions in a no-pressure style. Would use again.

The team showed up on time and were very professional. It rained during the time they were there and they just kept working. I was surprised to learn the lead guy was his dad! Sergio came to my home for the estimate (two other companies only gave "ball park" phone estimates). Then Mr. Samada gave a reasonable price, in writing...the way it should be done. When the material was available, he scheduled a date and time for the installation. The crew arrived promptly, were polite and professional, did a great job and worked quickly. They even hauled away a large pile of vines and a large bush that had to be removed. I had expected to have to dispose of that myself, so my opinion changed from "Very Good" to "Terrific!!!".

Sergio was always polite and professional. He followed through with all contact made with him, he gave me a good quote and was able to do it without me attending because I was stuck in terrible traffic...which took a lot of anxiety away from my crazy day, ha! His employees were extremly corteous, punctual, and did a QUALITY job...it was even better than the original job! I will be using them again to replace my double gate fence entry for my boat.
