He was very friendly and very professional. He had to come back about a month later because a tree fell on our fence. They repaired it and gave us a reduced price since he had done the whole fence. I felt that was fair and nice of him to do that. I believe this is a reputable company and the level of professionalism is refreshing. I would definitely recommend him.

Samada fence was prompt for the estimate and the installation. The fence was put up exactly as I had explained to him. And the existing chain link fence was removed and disposed of. I would highly recommend calling them for wood fence installation.

Sergio was prompt, courteous and professional. He responds to email and phone calls, and shows up when he says he will every time. His estimates were fair and he explained everything in detail. The Samada Crew showed up on time and finished the entire fence installation ahead of schedule. They take pride in their work and I was extremely pleased with the quality of materials and craftsmanship of the fence. The crew was polite and worked quickly. I have gotten many compliments from my neighbors on how good the fence looks. I will only use and recommend Samada from here on out to friends and family or anyone.

After being happy with the previous work Samada Fence had done I naturally called them back. As before they did an outstanding job - the crew worked very efficiently and quickly, took the old rotted fence away and left us with a beautiful new section of fence and gate. Excellent. I met Sergio back in 2012 when I bought and renovated the house. He helped me out with a repair and I always kept his business card, as I knew I would use him in the future. He and his professional team did a superb job removing my old fence and installing the new one. It turned out great! In fact my next door neighbor immediately asked me for his contact info. Even the city inspector said that the installer did everything right, adding that it looks great. I have recommended Samada Fence to other neighbors, and am pleased to continue to do so. Excellent service and response!! The work was done quickly and exactly as requested. Samada Fence Co. was one of only a few companies that actually returned my phone call for an estimate. Sergio came out and emailed us a written estimate the next day. The only delay was our HOA approval process and a few days of rain. Sergio responded timely to all emails and phone calls, which one would expect; however, that just doesn't happen with other companies. Replaced my backyard fence and they were very professional. They cleaned everything before leaving. They also fixed my fence in the front that wasn't part of the estimate. Will definitely recommend them.

In order to have our new in-ground pool pass inspection, we needed our fencing and gates replaced and up to code. We got several estimates and finally went with Samada Fencing - not because they were the cheapest, but because we saw right away that they were the most experienced and professional. We had a wooden fence installed around the perimeter of the house, along with a stationary aluminum fence on one side and an aluminum gate at the entrance to the yard. We are incredibly happy with the work that was done and the speed at which it was done. All of the workers were very professional and courteous - working extra hard to get the job done in record time. What impressed me the most about Samada fencing was that the owner himself (Sergio) is involved in every aspect - from beginning to end. He is always available to answer questions - be it via text, e-mail, or a phone call - and his response time is fast! The customer service provided by Sergio was beyond reproach. Great job! The owner Sergio returned my call and scheduled me for an estimate, he arrived on time and was very professional. He explained the process and permitting requirements and timing, then emailed me a very reasonable quote for the job. Once the permits were in place, he scheduled a day to come and complete the fencing job and I paid a deposit. The crew arrived on time, was very professional and efficient and I had my beautiful fence done the same day. Once the final inspections were done, I paid the final balance. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I wish everything in life could work out this way. Thanks Sergio and crew!

Overall, I had a very positive experience with Samada Fence, Inc. Sergio was very punctual in his arrival to provide me with a quote and with paperwork. He was very responsive to his e-mails, text messages and phone calls. His crew arrived on time and completed the work as contracted and left the area very clean. The total work was completed in the time estimated. I was also pleased that they hauled away the old fence.
