Sergio came by the same day that I called to provide a written estimate. His price was very fair and we talked about a Friday installation date. Sergio called on Thursday to confirm and showed up at the time promised on Friday morning. Work was completed in a timely manner and all debris was removed. He also kindly provided some tips on maintaining the balance of my fence. Would definitely use this company again.

Sergio has been highly professional and responsive from start to finish. His quote was very reasonable and there were no surprises. The fence looks great and the gates work perfectly.

It went very smoothly once I got the okay from the homeowners association. Sergio is very professional and takes pride in his work. The biggest problem and this was not due to anything the company did, was getting the city inspector out here to okay the job! The inspector claimed he came to look at the job and the plans weren't there but they were so the inspector had to come out after the weekend was over which was not a problem for us at all. If you want a job well done and quickly I would highly recommend this company.

I needed to replace and enhance a fence gate at one of my rental houses. I called one of the major fence companies in the area and they couldn't be bothered to come out and give me suggestions on the enhancements - they just quoted me an approx. price over the phone and wouldn't install the lockset. Then I checked Angies List and found Samada Fence. Sergio came out, gave me some good recommendations on redoing the gate, and replaced it soon after than. The new wooden steel-framed gate was perfectly installed (including the lockset), in a timely manner and for HALF the PRICE that the big name fence company quoted me.

A driver on the busy road next to my home lost control of her car and plowed through the fence barrier (also the shrubbery, air conditioner and sprinkler pump!) leaving a gaping hole in several fence sections next to the road and sidewalk. I chose Samada Fencing and 2 other companies from Angie's List and asked them to come out for estimates. Samada was located the farthest away from my home, but responded the fastest. Sergio was out the same day! He was polite, thorough and thoughtful and his estimate was definitely reasonable. One of the companies I called never showed up at all, the 3rd came out when I was not at home, so I never saw anyone, and the whole estimate process was completed by phone and email. I liked Sergio's personal touch as well as his sincerity. Also, he was extremely patient and accommodating as I waited for insurance payments and a compatible day for the work to be completed. The workers arrived promptly as scheduled, and were so tidy and unobtrusive that I had to double check to be sure I wasn't just imagining them there. Several 4 ft tall fence sections were replaced, including posts. The new fence looks wonderful (better than the original), the old parts were removed and taken away. There was not even a stray fence tie left on the ground when they left. Great work! Sergio is the kind of guy who calls when he says he'll call, arrives when he says he will arrive and who, when I thanked him, would invariably say, "No, thank you!" -- and mean it. Old fashioned work ethic and superior customer satisfaction -- a wonderful combination! I will most heartily recommend this company to any and all, and wish Sergio and Samada Fencing all the success they deserve.

Sergio was very professional and responsive when I first called to get an estimate. They had the best price from any other fencing company we called out. And we called out a ton (at least 10 different ones). They also took care of the permit quickly and as soon as it was ready they were working on the fence the next day. This company was totally professional. Their estimate to install wooden fencing in our backyard was half of the competitor's estimates. They return calls immediately, show up when they say they are going to show up, and their work is superb. I was especially impressed by how thoroughly they cleaned up after the installation - the area in our garden adjacent the fence was immaculate. My wife and I could not be happier with Samada Fence.

Located the company via Angie's List and, based on the reports/reviews, I called. Sergio was cordial and professional, promising to stop by and give me an estimate. He was right on time, looked at the entire fence surrounding my property and then we discussed replacement/repair issues: gates, support poles and fencing pieces. I called 2 days later and a date and time was set for the work to be performed and completed. Sergio's workers were on time, professional and went right to work, completing the repair and replacement work within the time period stated. All work was well done and the estimate was correct. We wanted the fence to go around a telephone box in a certain way so we wouldn?t be inconvenienced by visits from the telephone company. We?ve had issues with our dogs being let of the yard in the past. Samada Fence obtained a permit from the city to install the fence in accordance with our wishes. They did work great work, and I would definitely recommend them!

Hiring this company was a fantastic experience from beginning to end. Sergio came out and examined everything, then gave us a quote on the spot. He was professional, thoughtful, and respectful. We decided to hire them after reading all of the other positive reports on Angie's list, along with our first impression when he bid. He was excellent at communicating exactly what would happen and when, and any contingencies. Sergio called the evening before they came, and let us know when they would be there the next day (7:30 AM!!!). They showed up at 7:30 am, and began working right away. They worked all day, cleaned up, and Sergio let us know they'd be there the same time the next day and would finish. They showed up the second day at 7:30 am, and worked until about 1:00pm, and finished. Sergio showed me how the locking mechanisms on the gates worked, and showed me the rest of the fence. I paid them as they cleaned up the debris and that was that! After having hired several contractors who didn't communicate, do what they were supposed to, and were dishonest...it is such a pleasure to work with professionals who run their business the way I would expect a successful business to be run; honestly, with good communication, quality work, on-time, and efficiently. Wow. I would certainly recommend Samada Fence, and we will be using them again if we have a need for this work.

From start to finish, Sergio was professional, honest and worked hard to get the job done. All permits were applied for and inspections went smoothly. We are proud of our new fence and our neighbors love it too! They even asked for an estimate for their property after seeing our finished fence. We are known as the picket fence house in the neighborhood and take pride in our fence!

Sergio came promptly to do the estimate and was very straightforward about what could and could not be done, what it would cost, and when it could be done. His father and uncle came on time to do the install and quickly and professionally went to work. They did the job very nicely and I am very happy with the outcome. We contacted two providers from Angie?s List: Webb Fencing and Samada Fence. Although they both had great scores in the List, we chose Samada Fencing because of the great price. We really liked how fast he responded, his professionalism, always did what he said he was going to do at the time they promised to do it. Sergio helped with practical and good advice such as the best positioning of the gates keeping in mind practicality and efficiency. They installed the fence on hard concrete making sure they compensated the different levels on the ground, very detailed work - plumb, square and level. We are happy with the work done; it was approved by both the town and the neighbor?s association. It is aesthetically pleasing and adds safety to our home. We would recommend Sergio Samada any day.

This is one of the most satisfying experiences I've ever had with a contractor. Sergio Samada came to my house to give me an estimate. He was prompt, courteous, and scheduled the work within two weeks. He called a couple of times to remind me of the appointment, showed up on time, and charged me exactly what he had estimated. They did an excellent job and left everything spotless (picking up debris and hauling with them.) I would recommend this company to anyone in a heartbeat.

Awesome experience!!!! I would give them an A++ if I could. Living in South Florida, having a good experience with a company/contractor is like winning the lottery (I'm still in disbelief that it happened). And we have done many improvements to our home, so I have had my share of awful situations. This experience was such a nice, enjoyable change. The company was timely, professional and CHEAPER than others - what else can I say!!! He also mentioned many things to consider when putting the fence up (that others did not). For example, others were willing to put the double gate right in a corner. Sergio explained that doing that would not be very sturdy for a double gate, you need at least 1-2 feet of fence of the corner to support the weight of the gate (not sure if I explained this right). So instead of doing just what I requested, he gave me his opinion and suggestions. Obviously, I'm not a fence expert, so I appreciated the advice. Not sure why no one else mentioned this potential problem (I received three other estimates - all for more money). This repair was part of us building a pool. Due to this we had to keep pushing the installation back many times, and Sergio was very understanding and never seemed upset about the rescheduling. He and his crew were timely, friendly and responsive to all my requests. He always said, "don't worry, just call me when you are ready for us" - we have your materials on hold and ready to go. Since we needed the fence for inspection, it was great that he was so timely. I wish I would have been a member of Angies list when I originally installed the whole fence, so I could have run accross this company. I'm sure I overpaid for the original fence with the other company.
