Sergio came to our house the same day that we called for an estimate. We called the next day to say we would like them to do the job. He came back to get a copy of the survey so he could obtain a permit. He got the permit in a couple of days and called to schedual. He did not ask for any money until the start of the work. The terms were 1/2 due at start of job and 1/2 payable after passing the final inspection. They are a very professional company to work with.

I just bought a house and had a survey done to make sure my fence was on the property line. It looked like I could make my fenced area larger so I contacted Samada Fencing to evaluate this. Sergio called me back immediately and suggested that I email the survey to him. Within 5 minutes he called me back to tell me that he thought my fence was perfect based on the survey. There was a very minor area that I could 'claim' as my land but he said as much as he likes new business he was not going to waste my money on moving a fence 6 inches. So I hope whoever reads this knows that this company is run by a very professional and honest person and if I decide to make any changes or improvements I am going to contact Samada Fencing again.

My initial first impression of the manager of the company was very good. They knew exactly what was required for the gates, I didn't have to tell them anything, and they stuck to the code. They were very clear and upfront about what to expect and they arrived this morning, on time, and did exactly what they said they would do. Overall, I am very happy with the end result.

I called and spoke to Sergio, who answered the phone the first time I called and was extremely polite and knowledgeable. We needed a self-latching/closing gate, which is required by code for a new pool we are putting in the backyard. Sergio knew exactly what we needed and texted me a picture of the type of gate that he could install. We then set up a time for him to measure and give a formal quotation. He showed up 15 minutes before the time we had discussed, on a Saturday morning, no less! He measured and offered a price that was much less than I expected. 4 days later, the gate was installed and everything was perfect. A few days later, we had problems with a city inspector, and Sergio went above and beyond anything we could have ever imagined. He called and spoke with the city building inspectors and supervisor to discuss the requirements for barriers around a pool area. Sergio spent so much extra time helping us, even though our project was extremely small and the gate had been installed correctly from the start. We were able to pass our inspection and the pool is being filled tomorrow! After owning a home in Miami for a few years, we have encountered many shady contractors that cut corners and disappear as soon as you hand them the final check. Sergio and Samada Fence did a wonderful job on our small project, and I will absolutely be using them in the future for all of my fencing needs. I strongly recommend them, as they are reasonably priced, extremely accessible at all times of the day/night and on weekends, polite, and honest. Thank you Sergio and Samada Fence!

they responded very well and they were very punctual. The price was average for the job, i received some lower and some higher quotes. They arrived as planned and completed the job as planned. They were very organized and worked without making a mess. I asked them to not destroy my plants and they took very good care of them. Overall it was a very good experience and i would use them again in any further fencing jobs

Samada promptly returned all calls; was courteous and professional on all occasions. Took the time to explain all facets of the job and made recommendations to improve on the original installation. Provided a written estimate and after a brief negotiation gave us a discounted price. Samada called the day before the scheduled start of the job and again when the work was completed. The work was performed as stated in the estimate. The gates were re-built using quality materials and are functioning as promised. They are sturdy and durable.

Outstanding. Sergio, the owner, came within one day to provide a detailed quote and to discuss all of my options. He offered several money saving options even though he would have obviously earned less on the job. In the end, I opted to replace all of the fencing to ensure I was fully within code. Sergio was a professional from start to finish. A true gentleman at all times. His crew worked quickly but methodically and did an outstanding job. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Samada was one company of three we contacted to install a fence around our pool. They answered promptly and came over at the appointed time. Their estimate was the least expensive by far and the only company to suggest we needed a ground wire because of the fences proximity to the pool. We had a slight problem with an outdated survey but Sergio went out of his way to clear that up and secure our permit. The workers arrived promptly on the day promised and worked continuously with only breaking for lunch. After completion, they cleaned up and even dug our hiles for the hedge! A great company with a superb work ethic. I only wish they did more than fencing!

I highly recommend Samada Fence! Delivered a new driveway gate, 1 week earlier than we expected, and painted the perfect color we requested.! Overwhelmed at first at where to start looking we did our online and print advertising searches. How to tell which contractor was reliable? Price? Delivery date? Then it dawned on me . Angie's list! So glad we found Sergio and his family. In fact, after he delivered it he called back later in the afternoon, checking that we are satisfied, understanding installation details (Yes we are "do-it-ourself-ers"

Sergio was very patient with us as we changed the plans several times. He came to the house probably five times before the job started. Once started, it took only a day and we are very happy with the results. Great quality fence that looks fantastic. I highly recommend them!

Sergio Samada is everything the other reviewers have reported. He calls back promptly, gives quick and reasonable estimates, holds to the estimates (no surprises), gives a date he will perform the job and calls a day or 2 in advance to confirm. He used some standard fencing to match that which I already had. However, in what was a complete and welcome surprise to me, he reinforced the gate with heavy metal framing so that it is not likely to sag or lose its fit any time soon. All of the materials he used (hardware, latches, framing) were of the highest quality. The job was finished as scheduled, and Sergio called back to check that everything was satisfactory. He offered to make right anything that was not to my liking. That of course was not necessary as he really, honestly exceeded my expectations. I can recommend Samada Fence without any reservations at all.

It went well from the very beginning to the very end.

Sergio showed up on time to give me an estimate which was very competitve to other estimates I got. The only hold back was the building department and bad weather. He got an engineering drawing for $20 as requested by the building department. After that the plans were appoved (Miami Shores!!!) and Sergio proceeded on the project. I paid 50% down and 50% upon final inspection. Sergio did not delay the work but went right down to business. No crazy excuses like truck broke down, grandma is sick, cat fell in the well, dog had worms, son's wedding, grandpa's funeral, hamster has cancer, etc. The workmanship is outstanding. Everything looks great, swings and slides perfectly. Couldn't be happier.

DO NOT LOOK ANY FURTHER! We have been remodeling our home over the past 2 years with many different projects, and this by far has been the BEST experience we've had with any service! I absolutely LOVE Samada Fencing. You will NOT be disappointed. 1) Sergio is punctual. Every time he came to our house - for the 1st day to give estimate, when he returned to have permit signed, and when he returned again to pick up 1/2 the money when the PVC fences arrived - he was always right on time as promised. I never had to sit around waiting. 2) Sergio is honest. When he gave us suggestions and recommendations for which type of fencing and gating may best suit our needs, I felt his reasons were factual and not influenced by price, profit, what's-in-stock, or convenience. .3) Sergio was very accessible. I had his cell phone number, and he always picked up or called back the same day. He always called or texted me throughout this entire process to keep me updated on: when the permit was approved, when the PVC fences had arrived, and when they were going to start the installation (delayed a few days b/c of tropical storms and tornadoes). 4) Pricing was reasonable. We got 3 other quotes - 2 were about the same, and 1 was more expensive. We went with Samada Fencing b/c of the above mentioned reasons. 5) and then... I meed Francisco Samada - Sergio's father - on the day of installation. What can I say, the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. Francisco is very kind, honest, and professional as well. Being a physician myself, I discover after talking with Francisco that he was an OMF surgeon in Cuba. He is a hard-worker and has built a very reputable company. 6) THIS IS A FAMILY-OWNED BUSINESS. Every employee is some member of the family. And thus, they came about their company and it shows. 7) Fencing - they have started the fencing today. I will have to update you when it's finished. But so far, things are looking great! UPDATE: Fence looks beautiful. Lots of compliments from our neighbors!

Sergio showed up as promised on time. Gave me a price that was competitive with the other quotes. The main reason why I hired Sergio - he gave me good professional advice on fence height, gate type and saved me some headache by working around some challenges. You have to hire Sergio, if you want your work done professionally.

Samada Fence Inc was one of the most professional companies I have dealt with in a long time. I was so pleased that I actually had a company that does the job right the first time. Came on time, great quote and a few hours after I paid them they called to find out if the project was done to our liking. AMAZING!!! My lab had chewed the door chain link fence and made such hole he was able to get out of. I called them and another company getting two estimates. This company came on time and gave me a very reasonable quote and was kind enough not to charge me a minimum fee for work that included replacing a 5 ft mesh for the chain link fence door which I had all the mesh replacement of the mesh fence from the previous owner. The other company quoted me there minimum price for fixing fences which was 3 times the amount and I was very disappointed in that. Sergio was so polite and true to his word. He called to setup a time and day to finish the project and got it done before we went on vacation so our dog sitter wouldn't be worried about a hole in the fence. Not only did they replace the mesh but they also put extra ties on the other door on the other side of the house to secure the fencing so my dog couldn't chew through that side. Also, they turned the door around since the previous owner install and put on the door backwards which wasn't in the estimate but they did it all on there own. I was so amazed that my husband and I finally found a company that that does what they say they are going to do and more. After the project was over and we paid the men, a few hours later I get a phone call from the owner of the company asking how they did on the project and if everything was to my liking. I was speechless...I have never dealt with a company that was professional and I just had a load of work done from bathroom remodeling to a/c fixed, flooring, etc. No one as professional. Thank you Sergio and staff, we will definitely be recommending you to others and using you again in the future!

I am a very picky customer. And this company exceeded my expectations. They came early for the estimate. They explained everything, unlike other companies I brought out. They went through the permitting process. They didn't charge me UNTIL the work was approved by the city!!! And, even when the city was difficult with permitting, they went out of their way to remedy things. Everything from start to finish was perfect. And the fence is great too! And the cost was the best of the three companies I interviewed. From one picky customer to another Samada is the only choice. And, by the way, been an Angie's Customer for years....never wrote a review because I never felt strongly enough about a company!!!

They were perfectly on time...both on the day they gave us the estimate, and the day they installed it. They were very quick, clean, and professional. I will only use them from now on if I need any other services they provide. I called 3 other companies to give me estimates and they were all well over the price Samada Fence provided. I was mostly impressed by how quickly they installed the fence, it took less than 4 hours...I didnt even have to be there till they called me to tell me they were finishing up. They were extremely kind and respectful. The fence looks awesome and is very sturdy. Great work!

They came out to give me an estimate. When I accepted the price and the way it was to be done, they told me when it would start and finish. They were done when they said.

He de-installed the previous fence the day before and showed up exactly on time. Then he came back the next day to install the new fence. He was unable to complete the job, since he wanted to set the gate since the cement was still drying. He came back the next day to set the hinges and complete the job. He communicated well, was timely, professional and the job was done well. I spent a little more than I wanted, but the quality is worth it..

Sergio Samada is a professional and a pleasure to deal with. We walked the job to ensure the scope was complete and he pointed out items that needed to be done for permit. Obtained the permit without issue and quickly installed the fence. Did a great job cleaning up and it looked like they had never been there except for the new installed fence. Would recommend him to anyone.
