Samada Fence, Inc

Samada Fence company is fantastic! I met with Sergio at the property to get a written estimate and he explained every aspect of the job. I mailed him a deposit check and we confirmed the start date. He always made sure he communicated with me throughout the entire job since I do not live at the property. Before starting the job I asked for a sample of the aluminum fencing so that I could see the quality and color. He personally drove to my home to deliver the sample materials! I am not within close driving distance of his business so Sergio went out of his way. What excellent customer service! Samada Fence was the only company that agreed to fix my existing barbed wire fencing at the top of my chain link fence along the rear of my property. Sergio made sure to inform me of his progress and at one point he told me he had to get a special tool to use for drilling into the cement blocks so that he would be able to install the posts for the fence correctly. I'm glad he took his time to do it the right way and not try to cut corners like so many other lazy contractors I find do here in Florida. He also went out of his way to accomodate my request to have the entryway gates installed to my specifications. Because the entry gate would be used quite a bit by the tenants at the property, Sergio wanted to be sure that they would be sturdy and went out of his way to install commercial grade heavy duty hinges. When the work was completed Sergio asked me to inspect the job. He wanted to be sure that I was happy with the results. Of course I was very pleased and called to tell him. I didn't get to send him payment for the balance until a few days later and he said that it would be no problem at all! Overall, I am completely satisfied with Samada Fence, from the pricing, the communication, the workmanship and the final result. I am extremely happy with the work performed by Samada Fence. Sergio is a very honest, reliable, hardworking individual. His workmanship is superb and he takes pride in his work. He is very personable and extemely easy to communicate with. Excellent customer service! He went above and beyond just to be sure that I was completely satified with the work. I will definitely use his company again in the future. Thanks again Sergio! Sergio also offered to deliver a can of special paint for aluminum fences in case there should be a need for touch up.

We need to get our neighbor's survey for part of the job, so we have not had the work done yet, but will definitely do so as soon as we get the required information (we have a zero lot line). We need the entry area replaced/repaired and also the side fence we share with our neighbor.

We had our appointment today with Sergio from Samada Fence Inc. We choose the company due to the positive reviews on Angie's List. It was our first experience using a company through Angie's list and we were very pleased with our meeting with Sergio and his estimate. We had paid more to our gardener for the same job on another part of our job which was much smaller without permits. We look forward to having Samada complete the chain link fence job and hope to use them for other fencing and gate needs when our addition is completed.

Excellent service. They were professional and very easy to work with. Good value for the work that was done. They cleaned up after and I would work with them again as well as recommend them to anyone. Great job!!

They were fantastic. They finished it when they said they were gonna do it. They didn't ask for any money until all of the permits were done. He did all that work before he asked for money. And then he did a really good job. The people he sent out, they left everything the way they found it. They didn't leave any garbage behind, the yard was clean when they left. They get an A for sure.

Samada Fence gave me a solid estimate, which I tried to negotiate. They came back with a fair price and completed the work thoroughly. I am very happy with the end result and I would recommend Sergio and his crew for any fence installation. I was expecting the privacy fence panels that you see in Home Depot or Lowes, but they built the fence plank by plank, which gave me great pleasure to see. The fence is sturdy and well-built, and will last a lifetime. Thx samada Fence!

Very well. Samada took the time to explain what was needed. There was no pressure anytime trying to upsell or push for something I was not interested in. He drove 3 times from Hialeah to Coconut Grove to ensure I was educated properly.Got a great fence and will use Samada any time for my fencing needs.

After receiving an estimate from another angie's list member, I called for an estimate and Sergio made an appointment within 2 days. He came himself and explained why my fence was all rusted, explained what he is was going to do in detail and gave an estimate right there on the spot. (It was over $200 cheaper!) I told him I was leaving town in a week and was hoping he could fix the fence before I left and he managed to fit me in his schedule even though I gave him such a tight time frame! He called the night before to let me know what time they were going to show up. They arrived exactly on time and were very nice, courteous, and professional. They did a beautiful job! I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

We needed a new fence in our backyard to go in front of our neighbor's chain link fence. Sergio from Samada Fence came out to give an estimate right away, which was very competitive with the other estimates we had received, and spent time with us to go over the permitting and building process. Once we selected them, Sergio submitted for the permit right away, and came with his crew to build the fence as soon as the permit application was approved. The fence looks terrific and Sergio and the crew showed up when they said they would. I would definitely hire them again!

Fence was done in a day. After job was completed, I had landscapers tear up part of an existing fence in the yard (to get to a tree stump). This was not part of the fence that Samada installed, however, They had no problem coming by, evaluating the damage and repaired the fence at no charge. Samada is a stand up company, I wish I had more projects I could give them.

He informed me that he would be in my area in a few days and would be able to stop by then. He repaired the gates quickly and charged a reasonable fee.

Very professional. Pricing was just in line not too low or high. Provided a detailed quote. The workers had the right tools and did the job efficiently. One part of the fence had to be over our brick patio. They knew exactly what to do. Quality of work and fencing materials were good. We had some extra materials that they used and gave us a credit. Highly recommended.

We received 3 quotes about putting in a board-on-board wooden fence around our yard. Sergio seemed to be the most professional and answered all of our questions when he first came out. We felt comfortable working with him. After the contract was signed, they went to work on the permits and explained to us how that worked as being first-time homeowners in Florida. Within a week I think, 2 workers came out and started the job of putting the posts in the ground. Day 2 was finishing the posts. Day 3 was letting the posts set. Day 4 they finished the fence by putting the boards on and the gates. Sergio came out when it was finished and he answered more of our questions we had and let us know that the fence needed to dry out before we stain it. We had an issue with one of the gates having a gap on the side and they came out again to fix that. They also helped remove any other plants that were in the way. We had removed the old fence ourselves and cut back much of the plants as possible.

I contacted Samada Fence after receiving a bid from another company that seemed very high. Samada came out the same week, looked at my gates and provided a quote of $150.00, versus $450 that I had received from the other provider. I decided to proceed with work. It was completed at the end of January but I delayed posting my review to be sute the work held up. Everything is working great and I couldn't be more happy, especially when I could ahve spent much more with teh other company. I will definatly use Samada again should I require and fence repairs in the future.

They returned my call promptly. They came out and gave me an estimate immediately. I chose them over other companies based on their estimate and attitude. It was refreshing to work with someone who had pride in their job, they called me after the job was done to make sure I was satisfied. They will always get work from me in the future.

They installed about 120ft of wood fence around my yard. Did an amazing job.

I had a great experience with Samada fencing. I called for an estimate and was informed he would be nearby on the following day to pick up a permit so scheduled a 4pm estimate. He arrived on time and was very professional in treating me with respect and explaining the process he would use. He also had a few pictures on his smart phone so I could see some details about the gate framing and the latch. He gathered the information and spent about 10 minutes in his truck then immediately provided me with the estimate. In contrast to this, I had 2 other contractors who I called for estimates. One never showed up and another took the information then needed 2 days to provide the estimate, which I had to call the office twice to get and it was ridiculously high. So I agreed to the work with Samada and he scheduled the appointment for his next available day. The 2 man crew arrived on the scheduled date and worked very h****** the project, which was to replace a sagging gate and an additional 12ft of fencing on the sides of the gate to ensure it would be secure. They did a fantastic job, completing everything in the single day and using high quality materials. My neighbors commented on how nice the job looked and also agreed that we received a great deal from Samada. I would not hesitate to recommend Samada Fence and would definitely use them again for any other projects they would bid on. A+

Called Samada based on the excellent reviews on Angie's list and told him my situation. He advised he'd come out the next day, and would call ahead to inspect and provide me an estimate. He called me while on the property and told me what to expect. Later that night I received a written estimate by email, with a drawing of the work to be performed. I was advised that they had several projects currently and that given that my work would take about a half a day that they could get to it in the next two weeks and would call me when they had an opening. I was not in a rush so I waited for them to be available. Within the two week period they called back and scheduled the work. They arrived on time and did a very professional job with the fence. They threw in a small bit of fencing to patch a gap in one corner of the property that my daughter could squeez threw. The price was as quoted, the work professional, and the entire experience positive. I can't recommend them more.

Sergio came to our house the same day that we called for an estimate. We called the next day to say we would like them to do the job. He came back to get a copy of the survey so he could obtain a permit. He got the permit in a couple of days and called to schedual. He did not ask for any money until the start of the work. The terms were 1/2 due at start of job and 1/2 payable after passing the final inspection. They are a very professional company to work with.
