I initially wanted the fence repaired. The owner of the company explained that it would be a better value if I replaced the back fence. It needed extensive work to repair it and it was a larger opening that it needed to be which resulted in the problems I had experienced with opening and closing it as well as its inability to remain upright. The workers arrived on time, and did an excellent job. The door is now reinforced with steel which provides excellent support. The fence is easy to open, close and lock. The area is no longer "hazardous" ... before I had a small "fall off" to the street, which they did not likely anticipate in the repair estimate but fixed anyway.

The service was wonderful right from the first phone call. Sergio returned all calls within less then one hour and always called to keep us informed with all the necessary steps and permits needed to get this job done. There was an issue that entitled us to pay less money on the entire job, Sergio called to let us know about this and we were able to save an extra $100 which we found to be very professional.. Their price for the entire job was actually $500 below all other estimates we had gotten. The day of the installation Sergios father and uncle came at the time they promised and were extremely pleasant and completed the job in a speedy time. They kept all appointments and promised times. We would strongly refer this company to any one needing a fence installed and will be as happy with the finished product as we are.

Thanks to Sergio at Samada Fence I was able to finally close out my fence/gate violation case with the County. The first company I hired to resolve this problem (not from Angie's List) left me high and dry and abandoned the job. I was at a loss with everything that had to be done to satisfy the County and close the violation. But Sergio knew all the answers and helped me through this maze, even saving me from having to pay extra money for plans. He was prompt, knowledgeable, professional and also very patient with me and my thousand questions. The work came out exactly as he described it and we are very happy. I highly recommend Samada Fence to anyone that needs any type of fence/gate work.

Sergio was very helpful from the start. We had a deadline to get our pool fenced in from our insurance company, and needed to get the fence done ASAP. He made it happen, and it looks great! Would definitely recommend this company to anyone, actually I already have. It's hard to find honest contractors that do great quality work in South FL.

Sergio came by and gave me a quote, and again to measure when I had decided to do the work. He was very professional, good to deal with. His guys came on the appointed date, did the job, and it looks good. The price seemed pretty reasonable to me. No complaints, I'd definitely recommend his company.

We were moving into a new home with our 3 dogs and no fence and we had to submit the request to our HOA the day that we closed or we would have to wait an entire month longer. Sergio took care of drawing up the plans and made sure that we had them ready to go for closing day. Then he took care of filing for the permit with the city once we had approval from our association. Then he made sure to get out as quickly as possible once we had the permit so that we could have a safe place for our dogs. The quality of the fence and the work is so much better than the last fence we put in with another contractor. Sergio is easy to work with and follows through with everything. I would definitely recommend Samada Fence.

My husband and I had several meetings with Sergio Samada while our pool was being built. He was always PROMPT and PROFESSIONAL ! He was very KNOWLEDGEABLE and POLITE and always knew the answers to our many, many questions! His family did an OUTSTANDING job installing our fence and they were NEAT and RESPECTFUL with our home:) This company is FABULOUS and I can assure you we did our homework interviewing others in the area. Sergio was great! He gave me a very competitive price, great quality work, suggested that a rolling gate would work best for me in the long run since the opening I wanted was so large (totally agree). I chose an unpainted aluminum fence and he brought by a piece of aged aluminum so that I could see how my fence would age. He and his father were very easy to deal with and very independent. I didn't need to be around for inspection or anything. I will definitely use him again!

Sergio met with me and explained the entire process. He explained why the gates had to be located in a certain way, and the necessary items I would need to have due to the fact that I have a pool. He pulled the permit for the job. He waited until a landscape company removed all the old plant material that would have interfered with putting in the fence, and when everything was cleared out, he removed the old fencing and put in the new fence. It was a 2-day job. First, he put in all the posts and cross beams. Then, the next day he put up all the wood panels. The process went very smoothly and without problems. The fence passed inspection without incident and - done!

Fantastic experience! Sergio is extremely professional and personable. Estimate was $300-$400 lower than 2 other estimates. We're first time homeowners, with little to no experience with home improvement projects. Sergio took the time to explain everything thoroughly, and handled all the permitting. I couldn't give a higher recommendation! My fence is the envy of the neighborhood.

Response to my initial inquiry was prompt and professional. Various options in choice of fence, costs for each, and other pros & cons were discussed. Since I didn't know anything about fencing or Florida code, it was very helpful to have someone explain my different options and also quote prices right then and there. Pricing was competitive with all others that I interviewed. Attention to my initial questions and professionism led me to select Samada to do the job. I knew I made the right choice after seeing the ultimate attention to detail on the job which was completed in about 3 days, from initial setting of fence posts to final inspection. This company has my highest recommendation for its excellent work.

I was extremely satisfied. They were punctual and very professional. The job looked neat, and the work area was very clean. They came and did the job; it was excellent. I loved the service, and the quality of work was great. I was very pleased with their work.

Overall their service was good. I would use their services again, they were professional,and he explained exactly the type of fence that would be installed. We had a little miscommunication but it was resolved in the end. They took of everything I did not have to be concerned with anything. He even followed with the city after the fence was installed. Working with them was a pleasure!!! They were super responsive. This was during the rainy season so the owner kept us completely updated on when he would be able to install because of weather. It was so nice to work with a company you do not have to babysit; we hired and they delivered. Now were are planning to fence the front and we will definitely go with them!!!!TOTALLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

Their pre-estimated price for their work was $2000 roughly. They were professional and courteous. They were thorough and did a good job with the estimate, and they got back to me in a timely manner.

He was great and we really appreciated the quote. The thing that made us not go with them was that we went with a local company that was closer. We also feel we were able to get a stronger fence for almost the same price as the construction of the fence he proposed.
