I could not ask or receive better service. They are exceptional. The were punctuality, did what I expected, did some troubleshooting on the fly that proved perfect. More specifically, the had to move the position of the middle post because of springler system. Unphased, they had a larger gate made to accommodate the springler system and the repositioning of the post. The two gentlemen who performed the work were 100% professional. All this adds up to the reason why they continue to receive top ratings. Thank you, Samada Fence!

Arrived earlier than the day promised and completed the work. Samada Fence is a superior company whose work is always excellent. They provide good reliable service.

Terrible. I called this company from my cellphone on 9/20/17 at 10:32 am to schedule an appointment and was told the earliest was 10/24/17 at 5 pm. I received a confirmation call from this company on my cellphone on 10/11/17 at 1:29 pm and I confirmed the appointment for 10/24/17 at 5 pm. On 10/24/17, no one showed up for the estimate. I called the company the next day to find out what happened and was told they had no record of the appointment, my home address, or any calls from or to my cellphone number. I suggested the owner check his call logs for my cell number and I was told they only kept that information for two days because they receive so many calls.

It was a pretty easy transaction. They didn't require a whole lot of oversight or intervention from me. I showed them what needed to be done and they did it.

Mr. Samada was kind and responsive. He also worked with me on last minute issues the neighbor threw at us. Weather was a huge factor and caused some delays in installation but even with the storm, his crew finished the job in 2 1/2 days. The only issue I had (which was not too bad since his crew did everything properly and professionally) was that no one on the crew spoke English and I don't speak Spanish. Thankfully a neighbor translated for me and Mr. Samada was available by phone. Already recommended him to others and would hire Samada Fence again.

The job was great from start to finish. I would highly recommend Samada Fence. It only took a few days to complete the job. They really cleaned up after the job was done. My fence is solid and looks great.

Sergio showed up on time, provided quote as promised, got permits done quickly, and completed job in three days. I called and requested installation of a board to close a gap on bottom of fence (small dog), and his crew came out on a rainy day to get it done. No extra charge. Excellent quality of work and ongoing communication makes this a great company to work with. I didn't know of them until I read reviews on Angie's list.

I obtained 3 bids and found Samada's price was very competative. Work was completed on scheduled with a full crew that performed in a very conscientous and professional manner. Totally pleased with their service. I have been involved in the construction industry for over 40 years and appreciate when a contractor performs without a hitch. No surprises, all work on time, materials were first quality, price was as quoted with no change orders, and the workmanship was excellent. All staff on job were courtious and attentive to my questions. If you are planning a fence project, you should consider this company. Personally, I felt very confident in the owner, Sergio from our first meeting. He presented himself in a very competant manner, which was demonstrated through to completion of the job. I highly recommend this company.

Sergio Samada is probably the best experience I have had with any company in the years I have owned properties. He was always responsive, direct and on time. What he says is what he does. He was always available throughout the months and multiple estimates it took me to decide. It was a big decision and Sergio was always available to explain and provide all the help I needed. The final product is great and I receive compliments from everyone that see it. I am now placing a hedge by the chain link for privacy, but the chain link looks pretty good on its own already. He even sent his guys to come back to remove wooden posts they normally don't take down to a ping damaging the stucco, but t i said not to worry about it so he had them come and take them down. After that, my neighbors mentioned their side had cement chunks left from the old fence and if it could be removed. Again Sergio was very courteous and said he would send his guys to take care of some me of the top of the cement chunks so thy can be buried on their property and what little was left on mine. I cannot recommend Sergio Samada more highly and would use him for any fencing work in the future.

From start to finish the job could not have been managed any more professionally. Sergio is absolutely customer focused. After a minor concern about the spacing of some boards he quickly had them removed and replaced - no fuss whatsoever. Having built fences and decks for many years, I know what to look for and what is and isn't good workmanship. I have to say Samada Fencing more than delivered. The finished product is absolutely beautiful and it more than met our expectations.

I must say that Sergio and his team did a wonderful job. The work far exceeded my expectations. Even my neighbours have been coming by to say how lovely the fence looks! Sergio was courteous, professional and punctual. The crew of men were hardworking, extremely respectful of my home, and took care to clean up all the debris before leaving. Sergio from Samada Fence was a pleasure to work with. He was quick and responded to every email within hours which is not something you get nowadays. He had our estimate available the very next day and the job was done promptly after permits were obtained. He did not require payment until the workers were there and the job was completed in one day. I would definitely recommend this company for any fencing needs.

Sergio Samada was great and was very responsive in his communications. His team replaced our chain link fence on the side of our house in a timely manner and added a sea fan which extends slightly over the lake so our yard is completely secure. I was very pleased by the finished product.
